The agent is unpredictable and is not co-operative, when buying the house he seems to push with higher numbers and is totally not helpful. Never ever hire him. The worst agent I had to deal with.

Tried selling a home with him, he would show up to viewings late. When I told him I wanted to look for a hire a different realtor after his disappointing results. He showed me that he had a 6 month clause on selling my home. Even tho I said I wanted to sell my home within the next two months. If I could I would give him zero stars. Please don’t sign with him and if you do double check his paper work. He will undervalue your home for a quick sale
