Staffs are a joke here either their cocky or hate.
Encountered a grocery worker just stands infront of the product doesn't respect spacing or the customer. Meat section. Worker so cocky asked for a pound gave me 1 and a half? ! This place needs COVID 19 training and customer service skills upgrade!

In this store I can always find what I was looking for. They even have an isle with European foods.

Great place to grocery shopping. However, sometimes they are selling fruits that looks good outside but inside rotten. I had experienced for watermelon and pomegranate few times and decided not to buy any fruits and vegetables from them.

Might be the largest Al Premium food market location in the entire GTA. Found the location to be clean with wide aisles and very high ceilings. It has a food court and even has a Filipino section in the court called Perlas de Pilipinas. Also has Halal prepared foods. Prices are in line with other groceries. Has a large Filipino selection. Also noticed various kinds of hot sauces scattered across three aisles and while not convenient to compare, the selection is always a plus.

It was great when it opened but now.its another generic Chinese grocery store, fine but nothing to draw anyone there like when it first opened and had fresh pitas!

Great place to buy halal meat, fresh fruits and vegetables. Spacious - lots of room between aisles. Wide range of packaged food, beverage and dairy items. Lots of ethnic food items including South Asian and Southeast Asian items. Nice little place to dine in, served by a couple of restaurants inside. One of them is a Bangladeshi restaurant. Pricewise, much reasonable. There's always roll back on different items.

We recently discovered this awesome Asian market next to Costco business centre, has just about everything you need at really good prices, staff are mostly friendly and willing to help. Big shopping carts you’ll need a loonie.

A dirty supermarket. Service is alright. You need to bag every item before you go to the cashier. The belts is wet and dirty. Some cashiers don't cover their nose, it's exposed.

Hot table today was next level disappointing. Ordered 2 combos, noodles in both. Smell and taste of noodles, disgusting!
Decided to leave the noodles and eat the chicken only, not much better. Final straw for me was a hair woven into the sweet and sour chicken that I discovered the hard way. Always had good experiences here over the years but this was too much. So offended by this I felt I had to share my experience. Would have given a zero if it was possible

Great place for grocery shopping. A bit expensive. Customer service was average. Cashiers are good though.

No one speaks english so if need help looking for something you will get no help. Good selection of fruits and veggies.

Very rude and argumentative online customer service. Charging $10 for delivery and don't offer door to door service. Upon asking for reason sharing that we don't offer door to door only lobby drop off. No such information available on their website while shopping online. This is by far my worst grocery shopping experience. I gave them a chance as I used to like shopping in their store but never knew online shopping and delivery process was such a problem. Would never recommend online shopping from here. The staff has the guts to tell me to take help from my family to bring stuff to the door if I have medical problems. That's disappointing and disgusting and how can they even suggest it in first place. The are not apologetic about it either. This is not how you treat people but here I am even paying them.for delivery. Be careful and don't get scammed by them and use your dignity in front of these people.

Clean and organized for an Asian market. Ample space to walk around. Lots of ethnic and halal options. Jackfruits, guavas, green papas, taro roots, dry fish, salted fish, rambutans. Aisles are separated ethnically- European, Philippino, Latino, South Asian - good time saving effort. Decent selection of Bangladeshi fish but a much larger selection of sea food in general. Lots of markdowns to save money. Myriads of utensils, pots and pans, bamboo steamers, spoons, ladles, China, soup and tea accessories. Some herbal tea, medicine, vitamins available as well. Carts are a dollar. There’s a bakery and a cafe selling halal Bangladeshi food it seemed.

I was able to get some customer service as well - a rarity in Asian stores. Over all, good first experience for us out of towners!

Super clean and got good variety on all sorts of products.both Asian and certain European brands.

Lots of variety of fruit, produce and sea food avilable here. Disgusting customer service people, who are Asian. Most of the time they cant understand english.

Questionable produce. Fruit is often refrigerated (or even frozen) before put out on the floor (not fresh). If using the public bathrooms, you can see employees do their "business" and going back to work without washing their hands. Food handling procedures are minimal here. I find expired products frequently. Cuts of meat are badly butchered. Good prices, but I buy here selectively.

Iv seen a mouse and roches in this location and workers that use the bathroom and don't wash their hands n go back to work serving the cooked food I will never buy cooked food here again.

- saw an employee drop strawberries all over floor. She then proceeded to sweep it up and put it back in the container and back onto the shelf!

- they don't sanitize their carts

- several times we bought rotted berries from them

- I've bought roasted duck twice there and both times they were on the verge of going bad

A clean clutter-free store with a varied selection of products. The produce was very fresh and of good quality. The hot food selection was good too. My first visit but will not be the last.

Use to be the go to place. Selection is good at reasonable price. At times bought stuff and found it was opened or expired. Also doesn't recommend their meat counter, I was given spoiled meat once. Will not buy any perishable food there.

Good place, I usually visit this place when I want to stock up on coconut water:) they usually have 2 for $5 (2 liters)

This store is amazing! It has a vast selection of products, fresh produce, and seafood-a great place to shop at to discover new food and ingredients. Cashiers who served me were good and pleasant.

It was average asian grocery store with many varieties of fruits, vegetables, meats, and products.

Awesome selection of just about everything you can think of! Huge variety of products from all over the world. Bakery section is awesome. Extremely friendly cashier, great customer service.

Notice that all the negative reviews are from people with Western names. Hmm, I wonder why that is? People go in expecting something, and no matter what happens their experience is pre-determined.

This resturant is actually a Philipino Resturant/Super Store. They really do carry just about anything. I like it very much! And besides I love Philipinas at heart! <3

All and different varieties of produce and frozen food are available here. Clean and maintained well.

Great product selection from multiple nationalities. Excellent produce. Worth driving 45 minutes.

Terrible experience overall. The people who work at the fish department are very rude. You will have to call them multiple times just for them to service you because they have the tendency to ignore people. The people at the meat department are fine. But, some of the cashiers are unpleasant and lack good customer service. The place is decently clean though.

Has a wide varierty of food, for peopel from different ethnic backgrounds, the store is organized and clean. Staff on the other hand are not very helpful.

A perfect mart. Lots of quality items at inexpensive regular prices are exactly what people like. Never had any problems, I do my grocery this store weekly.

Be careful walking to the seafood area, they don't clean the wet slippery floor. I told I person that works there and they just ignore me.

Huge selection of fresh, packaged, and frozen foods from all over the world but loses a star for lack of Ontario produce even in season, and another for the constant Taylor Swift they play. It's like that's the only playlist they have. One terrible Taylor Swift song after another. And this wasn't just a one-time thing. The last 4 visits it's been all Taylor, all the time. It's quite clean which is nice.

Edit: I don't even care about the food selection anymore. I was here yet again and it was still Taylor swift. I just walked out. I cannot stand it. What is wrong with this place?

I always go here for the food court and bakery, it's very affordable and have a huge amount of serving. A lot of food choices and pretty decent.

Well maintained store. I went for the shrimp sale, it was a great deal $3.99 lb. You can find almost everything you need for cooking. Prices are reasonable, they have a good selection of vegetables and fruits. Fruits are a bit more pricey than veges. Grocery items are not bad. Meat section not to my par even the fish section, kinda hard to buy if staff cant understand what you are asking for. Otherwise they are nice.

1 star less because of the food court. There has been a few cases of food poisoning from eating at the food court.

Been coming here since it opened. Not a regular customer, but once every couple of months. Great deals on meat and a fantastic selection of produce. Store is clean considering it's always busy. But why the one star? I got meat the other day and there were two guys as usual working behind the counter and after I got my order I needed to use the restroom. While I was in there, two employees came in and one of them was one that was behind the meat counter. I don't know where the other one works but neither one of them washed their hands. I was right behind the meat guy so I know he did not return back behind the counter, he went and helped another employee with a pump truck push a skid of product onto the floor. Maybe he went back behind the counter and washed his hands at the sink behind that counter but come on man, I, a customer was right there. I recently left a pharmaceutical job in Scarborough where hygiene was mandatory and I still practice it but come on guys wash them. I won't give the time and date I was there because I don't want these two getting in trouble but I do hope the store management reads this and takes action. I'm not sure if I will be returning to this store (Eglinton) but if I do I will be keeping my eyes open.

All the iles are keeping clean whenever I visit. Cashiers are efficient & helpful. Shopping carts always cleared from parking lot. This is a good place for my shopping.

You can get all of your Asian grocery essentials here from fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood, meats and sauces. They have a hot food table that sells prepared meals ranging from Cantonese dim sum, Jamaican jerk chicken and Filipino lechon. The black pepper chicken and beef short ribs are a must try. Their prices are much lower compared to T and T supermarket. I do all my grocery shopping here.

As far as Asian supermarkets go, this place isn't bad. It's got a good selection of products, especially their Indian and Middle Eastern products, and the prices are reasonable. But if you want anything from the meat counter, or need help from the staff be prepared that not everyone speaks English well.

Lots of varieties. On site bakery and ready to eat foods. Reasonable Pricing. Would recommend.

A pretty great Asian Grocery store with a large variety of produce, bakery, butcher shop, houseware & hot counters.

In the Hot Counter Area, they have Chinese, Dim Sum, Indian, Halal & Sushi areas.

I especially like the freshly made sushi & Chinese sections.

The $7.49 Lunch Special is such a great deal.

1) Rice or Noodles
2) 2 dishes
3) 1 small soup

You really get a good value for your money.

90% of the staff speaks no English the one’s that do speak don’t know what they are doing just and the cash registers have no attended that’s another stupidity

Huge supermarket with wide aisles! I went to their Food Court and wanted to try some Filipino food. There was s $4.99 special at the Indian Food Counter. I asked the Filipina girl if I could have a comparable "Curry and Rice" plate with "Adobo and Rice" instead.
She looked at me with disdain and asked: "Can't you afford a dollar more for BETTER food? " I was shocked at her reply. She was assuming that because of my ethnicity; I was acting like a miser for trying to save $1!
I asked to speak with her Boss. He didn't give me the discount either. Later on, after I had finished eating my chicken curry and rice; I criticised her, albeit politely, for seeing RACE where it didn't exist! I was comparing apples with apples and not with oranges.
Implying that people of certain races and ethnicities are more misers with their money is NOT a part of good customer service in 2018. "Don't worry Sir; we'll give you the $1 discount next time you come here. " "I may not be coming back to you again, I replied.
I couldn't fathom paying $1 more for what was basically the SAME thing! Why should I?

I find all I want to buy in Asian store in this one. Love the cooked food section. Sometimes, I don't bring lunch to work, I pass by here to grab Chinese food. Lots of groceries on sale. Reasonable price.

Rude and poor customer service and from the cashier named Jing Jing. The cashier just rams everything into one bag then an apples pears and soft fruits that would get crushed if put together. Next, I pull out the fruits to re-bag the item. It drops then she immediately and very rudely says its my fault and that it is none of her business. On top of that she claims that I have to clean it up before I can exchange the item which she rammed into the bag. What customer would like a cashier to ram everything into a bag and have all their items crushed and damaged. Been shopping at this store since it was opened and I have seen very poor, angry and rude customer service. Keep this up and I won't shop here again.

This supermarket have a great variety of product and they always fresh. The only issue with this place is the staff on charge of the tea coffee station they are really rude and it seems like they don’t want to deal with customers.

Groceries are overpriced on many items compared to walmart or no frills. Pastries are ok priced or cheap to buy here.

Good place to do groceries. Wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and seafoods. A bakery section with baked daily selection of bread and pastries baked in-house and of course, the cafe/hot meal section where you can pickup lunch or dinner

This place is amazing. You can buy all kinds of food from Asia and not just Chinese. Lots of variety on hot food and prices are reasonable. It's worth the drive to Scarborough.

They stock almost any uncommon ingredient you could want, especially Asian stuff, at very good prices. Plus their cooked food is pretty good.

When visiting the Costco Business Centre next door, we sometimes stop here for other items on our list. The selection is large.

They also have a large variety of fast food and a seating area if you're hungry.
