Love this place. They have a lot of good hot food as well as frozen foods, groceries, canned, packaged, etc.

Taza allu pharata were not fresh and with fungus.
Lady finger with lot of salt. No veggie taste. Only Bihari kabab good. Please improve quality. I came from Brampton.

I am always provided polite, friendly, and professional customer service. They always go above and beyond. They provide a wide variety of products that are difficult to find elsewhere. Love this store!

Fantastic Pakistani food! Great for takeout and they cater too. When you arrive there is a huge hot table area. I love getting their lunch specials, great value for the amount of food they give you. Visited this store on my friend recommendation. It is one of the famous Pakistani store in Mississauga.

The store has wide variety of grocery stuff, vegetables and meats. You can find everything at one stores if you are looking items from Pakistan.

They also have take away restaurants within the store. Sadly there are not many vegetarian options.

The store is also famous for their home made kheer. It is one of their signature dish.

What type of service is this? I gave 5 stars before, but now 1 star. My food was packaged very badly, leaving it to drop in the bag. I can't even eat it.

This is a family run business. Friendly and overall good customer service particularly (two sons of owner. They both have beard). Take out food is good. Lady in kitchen is hard working and her cooking has homely feel. Meat section is decent. Cleanliness & shop entrance could be better.

1. The mutton lamb was overdone, cold, not the currect quantity.
2. Chicken karahi was watery, no flavour and the chicken pieces were wrongly cut.
3. Kebab were hard n chewy
4. Naan was not ready even after giving them a pick up time.

Great quality meats and a hot kitchen that rivals many restaurants. I've been shopping here for years.

Used to be a good shop but lately they have increased their prices when other stores haven't. Horribly expensive for halal meat and other grocery items. We complained to owner who said every other store is more expensive than his!

I appreciate this store being in my community of west Mississauga! Fabulous food - at any stage of your liking - raw, cooked, pre-cooked, half-cooked, frozen etc. Al-Ramzan, has over the years taken our not only our taste buds but our hearts! Its a family run business and the front staff truly take to serving their customers with care and courtesy! I have seen them often letting go a few extras for their regular customers and if they run out of food (which is a disappointment of course) one comes out of the store not so disappointment! They always offer alternates.

Its a fantastic cozy Pakistani food store and they have a beautiful, aromatic spread of take out table. Thank you Al-Ramzan for this great community service through your store.

Very courteous people and very helpful customer service. Old guy owner of this shop is kind and try to crack jokes but sometimes customer don't understand and consider him rude which definitely he is not.

Worst taste of food quantity and everything else is good but their taste is not satisfying at all after eating their chana masala and bhindi iam looking to rate it zero stars i felt like throwing out thats how awful there taste was

The customer service, the availability of Desi ingredients, the meat. All is good. The prices are fair. Can't go wrong.

BUT, I will mention that the readymade food in the front is not too fresh. I get it, it's not restaurant so they gotta keep the food out as long as possible.but that breeds bacteria.

After having a 2 seekh kebabs, I immediately had a bad bout of explosive. (you fill in the blanks, it's not pretty).
Quality control, make sure your food is preserved fresh, and maintained.

I feel their Meat and chicken is of premium quality

All desi groceries are available as well as freshly cooked food. Good variety to choose, from including barbecue, and veg items. Prices are very reasonable. The family who runs the place are helpful and courteous.

The store has fair prices. The young man at the back is friendly and courteous however the old man at the front is cold and boarder line RUDE.

I live in the area and I'm a regular customer. I have a sincere request to PLEASE make your food LESS spicy! I've tried 90% of the menu and other than the pulao everything so SUPER spicy (Bihari kebab is acceptable). This is not just my personal opinion.my family and friends have visited and tried the food and had the same complaint. My mom who LOVES spicy food couldn't handle it. So please take my request into consideration because I really love this place and want it to be successful!

Very good value for money take away Pakistani cuisine. Extensive range of Pakistani and Indian groceries that are commonly used in desi households. Parking is spacious and location is very convenient. Staff gives very friendly and personalized service. Decent quality of halal meat available. Very loyal customer base which is strongly motivated by the strong relationships built by the owners

I stay close to Al ramzan and it's been my one stop shop for groceries, snacks, biryani etc.etc. (I can keep going on). When you enter this place, you are attracted by the biryani, chicken tikka and Bihari kebab that are utterly delicious. Must visit to experience the awesomeness.

If you are high risk PLEASE avoid this place at all costs. Social distancing is non existent!
Also, what is going on with the meat department. Since ramadan any pre packaged meat is low quality. They write non fat minced beef however the meat is incredibly fatty, they mince it extra fine so you cant tell too much.
Also pre packaged beef pieces are 80% bones. Thier meat is more expensive then in other places. The least they can do is ensure it is fresh and quality is good. It is very dishonest how they are running this meat place.
Restaurant is hit and miss.they dont maintain quality and many times you can end up with stale food.

Medium size Pakistani grocery store. Economical and clean. Staff are soft spoken and welcome type.

A great place to source ethnic food items of Pakistani and Indian origin. It offers a large selection of packaged and frozen grocery products. It also stocks fresh vegetables and fruits including seasonal stuff. The meats area has fresh and frozen products. The layout and labeling of the aisles can be improved, for locating the items one is looking for.

The savory and sweet snacks are made on site, and are fresh. I enjoy their freshly made lunch items, for take away. Overall a good place for one stop food and grocery shopping.

Horrible customer service. I ordered food 4 days ago with the promise it will be delivered the following day. Every day I wait for the food and I call to check. They never replied to my messages or delivered the food. Finally someone answered the phone yesterday and promised the food will be delivered last night but again no one bothered to call and let me know that it wasn't going to be delivered or answered my many phone calls or messages. My order was for Halal meat and was over $200 so it wasn't a small order. Now first of Ramdan and I have no meat or food to cook because they promised me last night I was going to get my order last night. Very unprofessional.

Well what to say.typical "DESI" mentality of both staff and owners.highlights of the day,
-ordered FOOD, that suppose to be ready in "10 minutes", took almost 45 minutes.
-tried to complain, staff response "what can we do" take it or leave it.
-owners gives a dam about your suggestions, time or
problem you faced at the store. All they care is for os your MONEY.
During the wait time, observe staff handling customers and food.
-No health & safety codes were in placed or followed.
-No gloves, no head or beard safety nets at ALL.
-Staff cleanliness showed the inside story of the Kitchen cleanliness.awfully pathetic unhygienic environment.
-Contamination of food that really raise health and safety concerns.next step avoid the place and contact health ministry to inspect the place.

Really like the store. Halal meat and food is also available. They also do catering. All kind of Pakistani groceries are available. Recommendations for pulao and seekh kebab.
Suggestion for the management to improve the ambience of the store. Prices are ok.

The best desi grocery/meat/catering place in Mississauga. It is a family business. The owner and the staff are very humble, friendly and honest.
The food is fresh and delicious. The price is very reasonable. Almost all types of Pakistani and Indian grocery is available. Everything is Halal in this store. They carry excellent cooked and pre-cooked food items, fruits and vegetables. If you want to return a product for any reason, they will refund your money happily. I will recommend this store to all of my contacts.

Here you will find a great selection of East Indian food products. They also do food catering for events & have hot tables for lunch or dinner with a wide variety of delicious prepared foods for takeout. From chicken biryani to vegetarian daals as well as pakoras & meat & veg samosas. Great service.

For groceries its good, Never buy milk from here because it has been numerous times that we got bad spoiled milk.even today.we had to go and get a new pack.but groceries are ok.

I love this place. Food is delicious and nice people. Their restaurant provides tasty food and they're generous with portions and excellent with pricing. We ordered two large lamb Biryani, kabobs, chicken and another type of kabob (I don't know the name) and because it was after hours, they didn't charge us for the bryani. Just amazing.

Meat shop in the back too. All the nor.al groceries are available here ad a large walk in cooler keeps fresh veggies.
The back part feels a bit industrial rather than retail but it's an old store in a medium space trying to make it work.
Service is fast and friendly and products are great. Well priced too. Wish the meat shop had more steak and sausage offerings though. Caters more for south Asian tastes.

Friendly staff, lots of variety of groceries and fresh vegetables at reasonable prices. Take out food is also good and reasonably priced. Meet section though good, needs some improvements in the quality of meat and poultry products.
