Absolutely the worst customer service ever, they don’t pay attention to who comes in first and just serve whoever they see. Some of the employees are very rude and make it seem like it’s the customers fault that their life is so miserable…

Excellent selection and outstanding service. Let us sample some of the candies before buying. I regularly bring my toddler son here and the staff are always so good with him. My go to place for Halal meats.

I feel like I stepped into a magical portal to another world when I go here with my husband. Everything is different from what I see in most other stores and they are of excellent quality. I will frequently buy interesting things and tasty ingredients, spices, and candies here. Great international store!

I will say they have a LOT of very cool unique foods here. BUT, dirty, disorganized, aisles you can barely walk through for things being on the floor and dangerous pools of water on the floor. Went there today for my second time for the garlic sauce and some random butter.and came home with this. (see picture).

Disappointing because there is great potential. Will prob not go back.

I would give negative rating if i could. They literally sold us leftover goat cartilages and called it meat. Shame on you for cheating your customers. I paid 15 bucks to throw it all in the garbage. Worst store. Don’t bother to go here.

The staff are so rude to customers. No matter how short staffed or how tired they are, they should not yell at customers. I will never be able to shop from this store ever again. Please take customer service courses because it is obvious none of them know how to treat people with respect.

Always unsatisfied when buying their products. Products are sometimes expired and bad quality. The pricing is always inconsistent. The staff is not friendly at all. There are many Arabic stores that surpass Aladdin in product quality and customer service.

They all seem always super overwhelmed, no one greets customers on the way in or out. They do not seem to understand or are aware of COVID-19! They are not aware of the pandemic at all, they are in the lala land. No Plexiglass between cashier and customers. As soon as u step ull notice most of them having the mask down to their chin including the owner and lady cashier and few at the back. Apart from the young man (left cashier). Sometimes once customers gets closer to cashier the owner will decided to pull up his mask. Ill give him two stars for that.
