Absolute worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The husband (one owner) met with us and the first 10 min of the meeting was him he was bad mouthing our venue and his staff. Was very inappropriate with me and kept calling me weird nicknames…. I finally had to tell him to refer to me by my actual name. Very unprofessional. Dealing with this company after the initial meeting was a nightmare. Took forever to get samples, we were told we could pick samples up, we get to the showroom and are told a different story. Wasted our time driving back and forth to the city. We had to use them due to our caterer having a partnership with them…. Would never again use them for any event

Used Alamo recently when planning for my cousins wedding shower and they had everything we needed and more! Nina and Issac are so helpful and professional, this was my first time planning an event and they helped us make sure we had everything we needed. There were the little details that we would have never thought of that they had suggested and we were so grateful for their help! I loved that all their products are all of good quality material, the plates are high quality, the cups and silverware, even the tents and food warmers were top quality! They recommended and provided us great serving staff and an amazing bartender! I will definitely be coming back for all my event rental and party needs!
