On very short notice, Alana's Flowers & Gifts made a custom bridal bouquet for my micro wedding. When my family and I were picking the flowers from what was available (end of the delivery week!) I was a bit indecisive and wasn't sure how it would turn out. I was THRILLED with the result! Exactly the rustic, fall-inspired bouquet I was hoping for, and it perfectly bridged the colours of our bride and groom outfits. I will be coming back for more occasions.

I’ve been dealing with Alana’s Flower for at least 20 years for my wife’s Birthdays, Anniversary, and recently my Brother Spray for his funeral, the girls were always friendly and Professional, The best Flower shop in Etobicoke, Cheers Gary.

Very easy to order online. Lots of beautiful choices at reasonable prices. My order was delivered to the recipient on the correct date and she was very pleased with the flower arrangement.

Hello, I purchased the orchids from you today over the phone and my son picked them up this afternoon. He sent me a picture and I feel for the price of $150 it should have been a little bigger. I had purchased an orchid arrangement previously double of what you gave use for $200. I was expecting more as to why I asked for a picture prior to the flowers leaving.

Hi Daniela, thank you for your message. We have fulfilled your order up to the value. Our single potted cascading orchids are priced at $89.95 on our website and in store and your arrangement contained 2 of them. These orchids are premium waterfall phaleanopsis and we carry different varieties depends of the seasonal availability. Unfortunately we didn't have same variety that you've most likely purchased last time.

I posted the picture of the $150 orchid arrangement to the pictures section. I am a very fair person and I always strive to give my customers excellent quality and service. I feel that for the price that was charged for the orchid arrangement should have been a bigger arrangement. This was a gift for our cherished family members wedding that we were not able to attend and I ordered this over the phone. I usually don’t give reviews but this is a good learning experience for me and others to beware when ordering over the phone as I am embarrassed to have given this arrangement as a gift. I am not suggesting that Alana’s flowers will not provide others with beautiful arrangements but I was disappointed with mine as they have good reviews from past customers.

Ordered a flower arrangement for a celebration of life gathering. The flower arrangement was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you so much.

I received beautiful roses delivered and they are amazing quality and they smell so good! They’re fresh and not broken or crumpled. I have no idea about how much they cost but they are beautiful and high quality and the delivery man was very friendly too. Wow!

The ladies at Alana's are very helpful and always make you look good through their beautiful floral creations.

I found them especially helpful with gift bouquets and funeral suggestions - there orchids are exquisite. They remain my go-to for all my personal and business floral needs.

The lady was super nice and helpful. She made my tulip arrangement look extremely pretty!

They had a wide range to choose from but I decided on the white tulips.

If I'm ever in the area again I'll be getting my flowers from here.

Paid $65 plus delivery for a bouquet of mostly leaves with 4 flowers stuffed in. Updated to add the owner called the person I sent these flowers (my mother in law!) to to speak to her about my review. I found this to be very inappropriate. When I called and asked her about it she said it was to "investigate" to see if someone had pulled flowers out of the bouquet. Unbelievable. Also if the owner is reading this, please always call the person purchasing the flowers if there are issues, not the one receiving them.

Received a delivery and was very impressed at the care taken in keeping flowers fresh. I will definitely be using this florist in the future.

Wow extremely rude. Complete money grab. All she cares is how to RIP off customers and make them feel bad if they dont spend what she wants. Ie 1 rose is $7 and 1 dozen costs $70! What a RIP off as they sell 1 dozen anywhere for around $20. Her samples are horrible and so over priced. Her attitude is the worst made my fiance wanna run away and never come back. Will never ever again go near this unappreciative store ran by arrogant pushy annoying people! Should have realized hie bad it was a after a quick phone call but once in person the nightmare of dealing with here came true and it was worse. It ruined my flower shopping experience!

I had originally ordered the FTD Color Rush Bouquet (Item C8-5164) for Mother's Day as my mom absolutely loves carnations. It was received today and I did notice that there was no carnations, which was initially a little disappointing for myself but my mom absolutely loved it anyway.
I did post an initial review of 3 starts but I have changed that to a full 5 starts after the owner Alana actually called! She was incredibly sweet and walked me through the differences in the order which really helped me understand why adjustments were made because she still wanted my mom to have something beautiful for Mother's Day. Because carnations weren't available, she had made adjustments to the order which equaled out to more than what I actually paid. She made a beautiful piece containing roses, peonies, Scottish thistle, sweet pea flowers, etc. (I uploaded a photo as well) I'm not an expert at all in anything to do with the flower industry so I really did appreciate her calling to make sure that we were both happy (my mom and I), as that shows that she really cares about her customers. I would definitely use this shop again in the future.

We’ve been using Alana's Flowers & Gifts for quite some time and they never disappoint! They always provide GREAT customer service and more importantly FANTASTIC arrangements. Most recently we ordered a funeral casket spray and a standing cross for a loved one and they were absolutely beautiful and surpassed all our expectations. The arrangements looked exactly, if not better than what we wanted. Everyone at the funeral remarked about how beautiful and elegant the flowers were. They always put together beautiful arrangements for me, within my set budget. This is my go to flower shop in etobicoke.

Tip: come with the container (ie. Vase, plant pot, etc) that you want your flowers put into and they'll work with it for your floral arrangement.

Going to get flowers for a loved ones funeral is never an easy task. Upon walking into Alana's flowers I was greeted warmly and I was provided with an easy to follow book of examples. Alana inquired about my budget which I also appreciated. The arrangement that was delivered was bursting with colour and had an abundance of beautiful flowers. I would highly recommend Alana's flowers and I will use them again in the future, for hopefully a more happy occasion. Thank you so much

Terrible experience. Delivery of flowers went to a neighbour, it was a surprise so I had no idea to expect them. Delivery guy left the flowers with a neighbour but left no note indicating so. The next day, after tracking them down, the roses were already showing browning and curling up, as were the mums. I called the florist who made light of it and advised she would ensure a replacement bouquet would be sent the next day. Got the replacement bouquet late in the day, the next day, no roses, a bouquet that was smooshed together, a bunch of yellow browning leaves with rotting ends that were clearly shoved into the green wet sponge. From the first phone call, to the numerous text messages there was never any real apology from the florist. It was the delivery guys fault, it was my neighbours fault and it was my fault because how could I expect replacement roses when the ones I got only showed a little browning. Who cares how much the flowers cost, I should be happy with what I got and I have been left to believe it's my fault in the end.

I called Alana's Flowers and Gift shop last minute to have flowers delivered to my mother on her birthday and spoke with Ivana who assured me they could deliver that afternoon. Sure enough, I received a phone call from my mother stating she had just received the most beautiful pink bouquet of flowers she had ever seen. According to my mother and the photo that was sent, they really could not have been more beautiful! Thank you Ivana for making my mother's day! Your service is impeccable, as is your creativity in putting such a beautiful arrangement of spring flowers together with such short notice!

It was my wife birthday and I want to send her flowers and it was my first time dealing with Alana's and they felt with my order in very professional way and deleivered it on time and the selection they had in the web site was amazing and the moan important thing they made my wife day with great flowers and I.
