Very thorough analysis, friendly and respectful attitude. The team explains well and describes various courses of action. I felt that I was taken care of of in a professional manner and treated with kindness and respect.

Ive been a satisfied patient at Alba for many years. Can honestly say they have the friendliest staff, a nice environment, very high cleanliness and tidiness standards, great use of technology to make things easier (automated booking confirmation and reminders via text and email which I love), entertaininment (netflix on tvs in every room for patients to watch during procedures, they give you the remote). Alba is also a one stop place for all dental needs. Ive never had to be referred anywhere else for anything dental so far. Any operations and procedures ive needed were available to be done directly at Alba because their dentists have the expertise and qualifications are very advanced, and they have all the machines and tech they need in house. That was really convenient for me personally. They are also very accommodating with scheduling. Highly recommend giving them a try.

**** update***** So today I have to again change my review. I had an apt booked for my daughter at 10am. I took time off of work and kept her hone from school school be there on time. I got 2 emails from them about confirming my apt. One of which threatened me saying that if I didnt click on "confirm my apt" it would be canceled and I would be charged 50 dollars as it would be less then 47 hrs notice of cancelation. This moring an hour and a half before my apt THEY CALLED ME TO CANCEL.
So I'm now out my lost hours of work and pay and all they could say was oh were sorry our Hygiest called in sick. So apparently they only have one.
You can't waste their time and money, but it's OK for them to do it to you.
I will never return to the clinic after this. Between the wait times you sit there when you make an apt to this. All they care about is getting paid! ********************

Here I sit on my 3rd time at the office for one of my kids and just like the last 2 times I have now been siting in the waiting room for over 25 minutes and the haven't even gone back yet to start. To me this is completely Un professional. I have other things to do in my life and the entire point of making an appointment is so you don't sit and wait. I have been at least 5 minutes early every time to show the respect expected when you have an appointment. But it never seems they want to show you the same respect. I'm new to this dentist and after today I will again be looking for another dentist as the service of the office is not good enough. Funniest thing is I must have received at lest 4 texts about being on time for the appointment.it's now been half an hour. Now leaving though they were very helpful at the end I'm a lot more satisfied with the help and will be giving hem another chance! I appreciated the help at the end and the extra help. Much appreciated guys!

The dental doctor is very professional, I have 2 teeth for implant, one implant is finished and it works like real. Another is in process, and feel no bad so far

I'm not one to complain about things, but while in for my regular cleaning, the subject of night guards came up. I happened to mention mine didn't fit just exactly right. That was all they needed to hear! Before I knew it, I was booked to bring in the guard for adjustment. The next appointment they were very serious about getting it just right! And then they didn't even charge me for the visit! Wow! I'm impressed.

Had a stress free, relaxing couple visits here and am actually looking forward to getting my 5 more cavities filled here! Dr.abuali was available for when I was having extreme cavity pain and later had a root canal. I had a terrible root canal surgery before and have not returned to the dentists as a result. The anxiety was relieved through this entire surgery, I felt absolutely no pain and was so shocked! She did it perfectly and took every single step necessary to make sure the root canal is pristine. They also have a tv so u are distracted the whole time. Office is very clean and professional. The staff went above and beyond to look into what my coverage is as I had no idea and let me know promptly. They have amazing technology as well as friendly and open staff! I look forward to doing all my extensive dental work needed from here now!

Well I don't usually leave reviews but I decided to make an exception. It's been over 2 years since my last check-up and cleaning and I have to say the experience was great. No sore gums from the cleaning and I did leave with a smile, thanks to the terrific receptionists!

So amazing and friendly.
Took my 5 yr old in for a check up, he was freaking out before we even got there. When we arrived the staff was so pleasant and helpful and the dental assist that did the cleaning was such a pleasure. She took her time and walked us through everything, he didn’t cry not once or say stop that’s uncomfortable. By the end of our visit he was smiling and happy. Said he can’t wait to go back?

The entire staff at Alba dental are amazing. They all took their time explaining everything thoroughly and they were very kind and generous. Will definitely come here for all my dental needs and will refer them to others I know

I just had the most satisfying dental visit. The service was excellent, the staff as always friendly, the dentist Dr. Baalbaki as always explaining the procedure and creating a very comfortable and secure place by eliminating any fear or confusion that I might have at that time.
I had many doubtful feelings about dentist but since I joint Dr. Baalbaki's office I have no fear about dentistry and each visit is as pleasant as the previous one.

I have been pushing off my wisdom tooth removal for years due to anxiety/fear, but my experience at Alba Dental Centre was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Alsabbagh was quick & gentle with the procedure and I experienced no pain, bruising, or major swelling post-op. Didn't even need any of the pain killers despite it being a bony impaction.

Dr. Alsabbagh is knowledgeable, professional, and skillful. The dental assistants are kind and caring. The team made sure my sedation went smoothly even though I was very nervous of being put under for the first time.

Overall, as someone who avoided the dentist and has little pain tolerance, I highly recommend Alba Dental Centre.

Great place. It always almost never on time even if they ask you come early and almost always make us weight anywhere from 15-30 mins pass the appointment time…other than that great arrive and friendly staff plus super clean environment.

I am a senior who has always been terrified of dentists. Wish I had met this dentist years ago he and his whole staff are amazing. I truly can not say enough about him and his team. I was made to feel relaxed from the time I went through the doors and even more relaxed leaving and going back again. This is the only dentist your children should see first and I promise you they will never have the fear that I experienced my whole life. Their work is amazing, I never felt any pain nor did I have any problems with the extraction once they remove the bad tooth. My husband was impressed with the cost, that coming from a man who counts every penny, he even made an appointment to have them do a filling.

Amazing customer service and professionals at Alba Dental. I have had many appointments at Alba (braces, cleaning, and filings) and each visit is always thorough and done with a high amount of care. I am a little delayed writing this review, but I had to because I am so beyond impressed. I have never needed anything other than cleanings on my teeth, and having bad experiences as a child with dentists has caused me a fear. When I found out I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed I was very nervous. I found Alba and am so glad I did.
Dr. Alsabbagh and his team removed my wisdom teeth and helped calm me down so quickly as I was panicking before we started. The process was both quick and funny! Even just the day after surgery I was free of pain.
