While the doctors at the clinic display exceptional professionalism, I feel compelled to mention that the receptionist on the right side of the 4th floor was notably rude during my interactions. It's crucial for all staff members, including front-line personnel, to uphold a standard of courtesy and empathy, especially in a healthcare environment where patients seek support and understanding. Addressing this concern with the receptionist would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients at the clinic.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews here. I’ve been coming to this walk in since 2015 and I have never had a single issue. They always go above and beyond, they are quick and get right to the problem! I have finally gotten a family doctor, yet I still prefer to continue coming to the walk in. Thank you!

Walk-in has the worst most unpleasant receptionists ever! They are rude with everyone, even with super nice people. I don't know how many doctors work here, but the wait is ridiculous.

One star for the insanely ineffective administration of this place. You call to make an appointment, wait on hold for hours and then sometimes you get disconnected and have to start all over again. Bonus, they won’t take messages so if the office member you’re calling doesn’t pick up you have to sit on hold all over again. It’s so much better to go to a physician with a dedicated admin assistant. It’s embarrassingly bad!

Save your time and energy and find a different clinic to go to!

Literally impossible to get an appointment with MY family doctor. I have tried calling to book an appointment three times and have either been told that booking isn't open for my doctor or that there are no available slots for the month. They claim to have online booking but every time I try this feature it says its not available.

DO NOT Go to this clinic. They're extremely rude at the front desk. The ladies there ignore you and if you ask them a question, they sound irritated with you. I went in to fill some wsib forms after waiting for over 2 hours the doctor filled them and he told me to go upstairs on the 5th floor but once I went up there there were parts of the form that were missing from the doctor. I was told to go back downstairs and that I wouldn't have to wait in line all over again since I had already been waiting all morning practically. Once I got downstairs I went to the ladies once again and I was told to wait. After waiting for 10 minutes I approached her again and she proceeded to not even look at me while telling me there's a line sir. Wait for your question. The line was hours long. This is the absolute worst clinic I have ever been to. Please please do not go here. Go anywhere else but here there is zero manners and respect for patients, the reviews for this clinic speak for themselves. This is absolutely atrocious behavior from the secretaries, I don't even know how they're hired. After trying to explain to her that I was sent from upstairs directly to the front, she kept ignoring me so I said to her. Thank you. This is the last time you'll see me here again and she rudely told me we don't ever want to see you here again either in front of all other patients waiting. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I'm lost for words how they treat patients so poorly if I could give this clinic negative stars. I would give you negative 100. Don't waste your time here. There are many other better clinics in the area.

Cut my finger open on a can on a Sunday morning, arrived here in pain and panic. My doctor was kind and patient, cleaned and closed my would gently. She saw that I was scared and nervous, and she was very reassuring. Thank you all very much for making a bad day betterㅤᵕ

So happy to have a comprehensive clinic in our neighbourhood! Scheduling appointments is easy, and you can do everything from seeing a family doctor to many types of specialists, all in the same building. Bloodwork, imaging and vaccines are all easily accessible too. Very happy client for many years.

Dr. Chan is both professional and friendly. I received exceptional care and follow up from the walk in clinic.

I hesitated to give either 1 or 2 stars! This place is good but the phone line and the receptionist are really bad!

I have been here before and there was some test done and came positive! I was asked to come in, I made an appointment and I was here earlier than my appointment time!

I did ask the receptionist as well as over the phone that this is just a treatment and that I should not be waiting this long to see a doctor etc! Anyhow, I have been waiting for a doctor for almost 1 hour.

Each time I call, I connect to the call center but this is wrong, there should be somehow an option to connect me to the walking clinic or the floor I want to.

Anyways! The receptions are loud and also rude! You asked something quietly and they increase their voice like you are pushing them down the floor!

Working in a customer service call center environment, I know how to behave or talk to the customers and that is how everyone should be treated! Don't write a piece of paper to say: make sure you behave and treat the employee well otherwise security will come and take you out! How about they should know how to behave so they do not get into any trouble like this and blame innocent people like us!

Please implement better service including the call center as well as the receptionist in Broadview Avenue!

I have been a patient here for 5 years now. I’ve had terrible service over and over and over.from wrongful diagnosis, being prescribed medication that I desperately needed only to find out when I got to the pharmacist that I am allergic to it and it was on my file the entire time. It’s impossible to get a hold of anybody via phone even for the most simple things. When you need to speak to a dr or someone from the dr office via phone I’m not exaggerating it is impossible to speak with anyone. I’ve waited on hold for over 3 hours before. It’s not one instance it’s consistent bad service over and over.

Consistently difficult to get an appointment with family doctors, rude & unhelpful reception. They change protocols with no communication and don’t care at all how it effects their patients. I had to panic and find a walk-in near me just to renew a prescription that I’d been waiting a week for, simply because my doctor doesn’t fulfill pharmacy requests - they just ignored the request and didn’t bother to mention that it wouldn’t be possible until I called about the hold up - and then went on vacation.

Doctors are good but it is impossible to get through over the phone to speak to a receptionist. And if by some miracle you do get through (after a 40 minute wait) you will probably be transferred and then sit in hold purgatory indefinitely.

They say they are a walk in clinic but you have book an appointment. They told me 1 hour then I went back after 40 like instructed. The receptionist said ok it will be an hour 45 minutes. Why not just say that when I first checked in!

Have been coming to this clinic for years, I’ve always had a good experience but it just came to my attention that every time I come there and have to do a sample, I always gotta go buy a water downstairs! I wish they had a water machine or something

I have had really good experiences with the doctors here over the past 8 or so years. However, the management of the clinic is really bad.

I routinely get reminders of in person appointments when the scheduled appointment is a phone appointment.

Twice I have been asked by the doctor to schedule an appointment for six months or a year later and then get told by the receptionist that they can't schedule appointments that far ahead of time and have to try to schedule it in a few months.

When my doctor was moving out of the city I got a letter from the clinic telling me there were no available doctors in the clinic that I could switch to. When I mentioned this to my doctor he was visibly irritated with the reception staff and told me to call and ask. I did and was transferred to another doctor with no problem.

It's sad that the experience is so tainted by the administration because the actual medical side is good.

The lady on the front desk is rude. She is nice to some of the patients but she needs to treat us right no matter what. She does not fit to be in that position. Her name is Gabby, she needs to learn how to speak nicely.

Took our 96 year old friend to Albany Clinic and saw Dr Fung. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind and his bedside manner was comforting and reassuring. We were in and out relatively quickly considering it was a weekend and thank all the staff, especially Dr Fung, for this very positive experience in spite of the overwhelming demands on our health care providers.

The staff is hard to deal with and they don't answer calls.
There are no quality walk in clinics in the area.

Clinic Continues to seriously deteriorate. Makes you fill out a form on their website for a PHONE appointment (wasting 10 minutes of your time and life) only to find out there is NO appointments and NO options to make one if your Doctor is booked.

Place is a joke. I walked in and they are booked for the day? I walked in at 1! I called in at 8 like they said and they are booked for the day? Come on guys get it together!

As with any place on a main street, there is 'pay for use parking' but you may have to drive a bit farther away to park for free on the street.

My Dr is very nice. But there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I've been told to contact my Dr about an abnormal ecg. Yet can't even get ahold of them. Very ridiculous

Called many times but no one picks up the phone. Showed up, 2 staff at the front desk chitchatting the whole time I was waiting. Then they say it is only by appointments. Not impressive staff thats for sure.

Even with the appointment you wait 50 minutes what is the point booking an appointment. Unfortunately they are so careless!

Why call it a “Walk-in clinic” when you literally have to book an appointment like you would with your GP? I took my 3 year old because his eye was getting really swollen and the receptionist told me that they’re fully booked for the day and when I I told her that it’s a walk-in her reply was, “Yeah but we’re fully booked. ”

Avoid this place like the plague. Ridiculously long wait times when trying to call to ask a question or book a simple appointment. Staff can be very short/rude. More importantly, last time I spoke to this clinic they mentioned Dr. Mohan Sr was still only doing phone calls after lockdowns and covid mandates had ended. When I asked the staff member how a check up works over the phone she responded “it really doesn’t” so instead of retiring and allowing a new doctor to have his shot Dr. Mohan Sr and his staff prefer to provide the minimal amount of service to their patients and shrug their shoulders at their patients health. Can’t wait to find another doctor and never go back to Albany again.

Went to this place a few weeks ago, would have given it 0 stars if I could. Booked an appointment in advance, but they made me wait for 4 hr past my appointment time before I see a doctor.
And after waiting for 4 hours I met the worst G. P I have met in my life Dr. Arun Jangra, is not knowledgeable, did not want to listen to my symptoms, and the worst no humility and very judgemental, HE ASSUMED that I don't eat proper food just based on my skin color, and wrote me anti bacterial medicine and tests, with out a single question about what I eat or where it hurts. "You guys have a very bad dietary practice" are the exact words. Would never go there again.would advise anyone else to avoid this place at all costs.

Very hard to to reach them by Phone. It took me several days to get somebody to talk to. I had to speak to someone as advised by my GP.

Told my 13 year d son that he needs surgery. Can you believe I can't get through to even speak to anyone about the results they have given me over the phone. I called 3 times and waited 25 minutes and then was disconnected each time. I still do not know how serious his results are. When I tried to make an appt for my son I was told he needs to make the appt. He's a child under my care until he is 18. Why is a child making any appointments. They are overbooked, tired and lack any empathy. I wish someone could give me a call to let me know what is wrong with my son.

The reception/booking agents are an absolute disgrace. Rude, angry and as mentioned many times in other reviews they hang up on people.

Terrible clinic i went in to get an appointment on April and they gave me a schedule for July? ! What if my problem needed immediate aid?

I have been going to this medical centre when they were on the Danforth and they moved to Broadview Avenue and I moved to Pickering and I still travel all thecway gere to have my blood work, mammogram and ultrasound here. The staff are great and very friendly I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great place.

I was at the the walk-in clinic today and saw Dr. Thomas Fung. Although the virtual appointment system is redundant and annoying I had a great experience once I made it to a physical appoitment.
Dr. Thomas Fung was wonderful. He was positive, he listened to me and made it the best experience I have had in a long time. I was getting something very painful looked at and he could not have made it go smoother. I appreciate it! Thank you!

After a few bad experiences, and no way of contacting the clinic via email to share my concerns/complaints (and not being willing to under 30-90 minutes on the phone) I feel compelled to write a review.

My most recent experience; I went into the clinic for a mole removal in my armpit. Not the most pleasant doctor's appointment, but nonetheless I was on the table and expressed nervousness about having a needle in my armpit for freezing where the nurse replied that she 'didn't believe me' because of my having tattoos. And while it's annoying when healthcare professionals are needlessly obtuse about needles into your dermis vs injecting freezing into your armpit/having blood drawn etc- she went ahead to grab my hand to point out I had tattoos there and then reached over and grabbed my ear to continue her point that I can't be nervous in light of that? It's not the best bedside manner to discount patient fears, and that's one thing- but to physically touch/grab other parts of my body while I am laying down, shirt-off and waiting for a needle all for the purpose of embarrassing me/discounting me is shocking. Under no circumstance should a healthcare professional be touching parts of someone's body that aren't being treated, especially in such a vulnerable position.

I've had my family doctor at Albany leave the practice with no warning, no phone call- leaving me, completely unaware and without a family physician for a few months until I tried to book an appointment. And, I've had a few abrasive doctors treat me in the walk-in- notably a doctor who vehemently denied the *very well known* side effects I was experiencing from my IUD and tried to discourage removal, stating the side effects that started shortly after insertion and stopped shortly after removal, were actually my own physiology and psychology.

Rude staff is one thing, but after all these experiences I would personally never, ever go to this clinic again under any circumstances.

This is the best clinic in Toronto! Where else can you find a team of wonderful, friendly Doctors and other staff. Been going to this clinic ever since I was a kid when it was located on the Danforth around the corner from Broadview Station. My kids who are adults now go there. If you want a clinic that's open everyday of the year accept x-mas then the Albany clinic is the place to go!

Dr Tao Allan is a kind and caring doctor who listens before jumping to conclusions, however I can't say good things about most of the staff here.

As many reviewers have mentioned, the reception is often rude, unhelpful, or incompetent. Most times I call to book an appointment I expect 10-30 minutes of waiting, if I don't get hung up on first.

Dr Connie Wong and Dr Gill should not be anywhere near psychiatry or psychology and I'm so grateful I stopped seeing them in favor of doctors who actually listen to their patients concerns before giving advice. Dr Wong gave me some horrible life advice (to just break up with my partner, when it was obvious I was the problem) instead of proper therapy. Dr Gill refused to listen to my concerns if they didn't fall under his questionnaire which lacked the nuance required to treat my problems. I feel like a good psych should be open to keeping up with modern mental health research, however most of them are stuck working with outdated information from outdated manuals in a field that is constantly evolving.

Bonus negative points to Dr Gill who refused to book me an appointment for March unless I got a COVID-negative test in January, a test with results that are only relevant for 2 weeks. How can anyone be expected to trust such an illogical person with their health?

The physio department was also mostly unhelpful (kind, but unhelpful when it came to reassessing their misdiagnosed treatments), but I guess get what you pay for when the appointments are only $50.

The only silver lining I have from this clinic is that it taught me to be more discerning with who I trust with my health. I am doing a lot better now that I've found better doctors.

Sadly the Albany was a very good walkin. Now, there system for booking and call back for the walk-in doesn't work. I have tried on 4 separate occasions to book online and then I called and left a message. They say they return calls and they never did.

The reception staff here are SO rude. Every question you ask is a drag to them. Do not recommend whatsoever.

You cannot see a doctor 2 years into a pandemic. Its pathetic. All the doctors will definitely see a surge in patients because of the NEGLECT that i and several of my family members are experiencing. Dr. Olsheskis secretaries have to be theeeee worst. Ever. Including the walk in desk minders. I call them that because they are so cold. They shouldnt have human beings working in the health care industry and not be willing to take the extra measures needed when dealing with sick and injured people. Im apalled at the service in this clinic since the start of this B. S

I am very disappointed of the way I've been treated at this clinic. I have been trying to get results of my biopsy for a week. This morning I called again and I am caller #23. This is not okay. Another day not knowing what's going on and having to go through my day with all the stress.

Visited Albany Clinic in they were so quick and efficient considering I had my little ones with me!

I've had really good docs here. Everything is connected which makes referrals and access easy. The one down side? Their reception and admin staff. Truly the most apathetic ppl I've ever met. Not rude. They simply don't care. Particularly when ppl visit on their worst days.

During Toronto visit i had some medical issues. I could reach the doctor as a walk in patient (by call) “same “day. That is hard to imagine in Vancouver. Also they open on Sunday, too.

I am extremely upset and disapointed by what has happened to me at this clinic. Dr. Jangra has been my family Dr.for 2-3 years now and he was adamant to get me on antidepressants. I finally decided after two years to try and I'm glad I did because they've been helping me a lot with anxiety. He told me to call back to discuss my medication and refill my prescription. It took me two weeks to get an appointment which is fine. He told me he would send two months refill to my pharmacy. I do not drive and biked 30 minutes to get it and it was not sent in. The clinic was faxed for authorization and they said NO. My pharmacy faxed them again with a note explaining I had an appointment for this and how important it is I get the medication as it is very bad to just go off of Zoloft and they said NO again. This has caused me severe anxiety and an anxiety attack. I have had to go to a walk in twice for my medication because they never send my prescriptions in. Needless to say I am never coming back ever again and this has not been good for my already not great mental health.

Unbeliveably rude, un-professional and dismissive staff booking appointments over the phone. I missed my Drs phone apt because he called at a completely random time. I was then transfered to walk in clinic where the phone was ringing for 10 mins with no answer. Get your acts together and show a little empathy! I will be transfering to a new family Dr asap. Avoid this place at all costs! Totally unprofessional!

I've been coming to this clinic for over a decade. It has gone downhill in the past several years.

There is a lack of communication between departments. Reception is terrible. They will transfer your call and nobody will pick up and they just keep you on hold. This is a regular occurance. Wait times for getting through are long.

The only convenience is having the ability to do blood work and ultrasounds in the same clinic.

If you are a new patient considering this clinic, I would recommend going elsewhere.

This clinic is illegally coercing their staff to get the vacks. Under the Nuremberg Code, Canadian Criminal Law and Basic Human Rights, nobody can be coerced into a medical treatment in which they don't wish to participate. Simple as that. Any employer or institution which uses its position of authority to intimidate, bully, threaten or coerce people into getting ANY medical treatment, (for example, under penalty of removal or being treated differently than everyone else) is breaking the law.

EVERYONE has the right to body autonomy. This goes for ANY medical treatment or procedure you can imagine, INCLUDING periodic or constant (i.e. 2-3 times a week) intrusive testing. In short, WE are in charge of our own health and medical decisions. Not the government and not our workplaces.

To make matters worse, they have taken to discussing everyone's vaccination status openly in order to publicly shame those people who are opting out. A clear violation of confidentiality laws for medical privacy.

One last thing. Coercion and/or encouragement by doctors to get a medical treatment (and experimenting on the public) CANNOT be done AT ALL without INFORMED CONSENT.

YOU TOOK AN OATH TO DO NO HARM, YOU HYPOCRITES! Doctors around the world are warning about the dangers of what is happening. Why aren't you? Do you list off every horrible effect people are getting around the world when you recommend this treatment? Including DEATH? (More people have died from this than from EVERY OTHER approved shot COMBINED!) Get back to me when you figure out what you've done. Better yet, beg for forgiveness. You are blindly participating in crimes against humanity.

Since people are not being properly informed of the risks involved (long term or otherwise) the law is once again being broken by this clinic. (INFORMED CONSENT)

I had a very bad cut on my finger and the doc that I saw on Sunday terrible. I don't understand how he is a doc. I'm upset that he even gets pay.he should be doing something else. I hope he gets fired. DONT GO TO THIS WLAKING CLINIC.

The services here are alright, however, it is very difficult to reach the specialists offices over the phone to book an appointment. The receptionists don’t even speak to me before placing on hold, sometimes I wait for a very long time before someone picks up and usually not a very pleasant experience over the phone.

This clinic has gone very downhill, I was patient for 25 Years, My dr Suddenly retired. New drs are not accepting appointment at all or till august.
Very Very badly managed system. Time to move on, Felt like a discarded rag after years of loyalty, I guess loyalty has no value, this is just a money grab.

I was a patient here for 4-5 years and in that time was transferred between 3 different GPs because they kept moving back to the UK. I finally left the clinic after my last GP had my drivers licence taken away from me because he was convinced I was epileptic despite never having had a seizure in my life. I was left without a licence for over a year and now have to be reassessed by a neurologist every single year in order to keep my licence. My GP refused to cooperate with the neurologist to get my licence back, so I had to go to another clinic to have them properly assess me and confirm that i have never been epileptic. My new GP (at another clinic) was able to get my licence reinstated within one month of visiting him. Now that I’m gone from the clinic, I receive emails every couple weeks demanding that I have my new GP pay for my records to be transferred over for no apparent reason. My new GP took my health history and confirmed that there was no need for my old files to be transferred. I’ve asked Albany Clinic to stop, but the emails keep coming without the option to unsubscribe. I would avoid this clinic at all costs.

The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Albany refuses to hire experienced medical receptionists even with all of the complaints.

Edited 1 year later: staff is STILL incompetent. Why was I told to come in on family day, when the nursing station is closed? The service I receive is laughable. Nurses who don’t know what to do with my forms for a simple vaccination. Frequently given the wrong information and having my time and money wasted. This clinic is mismanaged and disorganized. I can’t come here anymore, and I advise you not to if you’re new.

Old review (still the same sh! T) : Walk-in clinic hours are NOT stable as they “close early based on client volume”. Would have been nice for someone to answer their phone and explain that to me before I commuted all the way there, expecting them to be open during the time that their phone line and webpages state.

I called in this morning to confirm an appointment I made last week.turns out the receptionist or whoever answered the phone didn't actually do the job of booking the appointment. The reviews are 110% correct.the receptionists are horrible, the nurses really could care-less. Whoever is running this place is running it right into the ground.

The team of practitioners do their best to support their patients. The administrator agent is the best and take the extra mile to get things done in a timely manner. Thanks again!

Horrible place with horrible doctors misdiagnosed illnesses for myself, my mother and girlfriend 2 of them required hospitalization when the actual issue was found

If you are late to your appointment, expect to get a nasty message form the doctor, even if you called ahead and said that you might be late because of traffic.
Also prepare your self for a long waiting. You will never see the doctor on time, you could wait for an hour before you see the doctor and for sure no one will say sorry for the delay.
Miss your appointment and you will get a bill in your mail, but if they are late, then it is legitimate

The doctor was nice. The staff was awful! Haven’t such unfriendly people. I called on the phone, but no one picked up for an hour so I just walked in there and turned out there is no one. And waiting time was zero minutes! Although on their website it said 45 minutes. Someone showed up late for his appointment and they were really mean to him. Maybe they were having a bad day but we are all having a bad day as well.specially that we are the patients! When you are sick you don’t want to deal with a mean person. I asked questions about how much I will pay and what’s the difference between two kinds of forms, since it was an out of province visit. And they didn’t seem to want to explain anything.they had no patience.
However the place looks clean. I saw the doctor right away. Usually when I go to see my family doctor there are nurses to take temperature and blood pressure measurement. That didn’t really happen there. Again only the doctor was nice.

The clinic was clean and receptionist were polite, went early in the morning and the wait time was 4 minutes. Doctor Margaret Haddad, was very rude and rushed me, I wanted to ask if the medication she prescribed would interfere with my current medication (it does) and she did not allow me to ask.zero professionalism and commitment to the profesion.

2 hours waiting time is not acceptable, especially if you were told you were going to wait 45-60 mins

I almost NEVER write bad reviews but this one deserves 0 stars. The young, miserable girl at the desk was SO rude. It said they were open from I think 830am to 830pm. I went at 345 on a Saturday and there was a note on the door saying they were closed. I went inside to double check and the girl said no were closed. That was fine until. I was waiting for an Uber just outside of their office (but still inside the building), the girl comes out and rudely says “this whole building is closed you need to leave”. She said this in such a rude way. I said “ok. I was waiting for an uber”. She says nothing. It was her whole tone and wording that really threw me off. She could have politely said “sorry this whole building is closed now can you pls wait outside? ”. Miserable girl. Do not go to this clinic!

I had the worst blood test experience in my life. It’s a been a week and my arm still can’t function and I have bruise area around it.

I went in at 8.30 this morning for a puncture wound on my foot. They admitted me to a doctor within 2 minutes, who gave me stitches and very attentive care as well as articulately explaining what I should be looking out for, next steps, etc. I was really impressed with the service here. The building is old and the wait room isn't bright and fresh, but I didn't care as the efficiency and care of the staff was a far better experience then going to the hospital. Thank you!

Started coming here awhile ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I am seen by my family doctor. Thank you to the Albany team.

Can never seem to book an appointment with my doctor here. And one of his secretary was not helpful, unprofessional and rude. Called in July and was told the only opening is late October.crazy right? Definitely looking for a new family doctor.

Huge line up for one hour after they sent me to other floor and more waiting. Suck service ever. And the staff are very rude.

I had a scheduled appointment with a new family doctor. I was having a medical situation and was going to be running late so I tried calling to discuss this with the secretary. As everyone else has experienced, I could not get through at all. Called and called and the phone just rings. I made it there 20 min late and the doctor said he cannot fit me in (although the waiting room was empty and last time I saw him he was half hour late, so they were able to fit me that time?) and I got charged $50 for missed appointment! Beware!

This review isn't directed at the staff working the at the labs, dentistry or reception areas of the Albany Clinic but one doctor in particular who works there.
I had Dr. Hsiao-Ming Jung as a doctor for a year and a few months but I have decided to stop going to her because she just doesn't seem to care about her patients and cares more about her own time. She won't address anything except what you are there for, and any more issues you'd like to speak about has to be scheduled for another appointment. Be ready to bring a short list of what you'd like to address or she'll be pushing you out of her office before you know it. The bottom line is that she will make you feel rushed during your appointment and make you feel like cattle.
I would like to add that over the past year, she has randomly cancelled three appointments and I have sometimes found out on the day of. Wouldn't recommend her as a long term doctor and only one to prescribe a quick drug or two.

I had an appointment for blood work and they called me in 40 minutes late! I went to the desk after 20 min of wait and they told me to wait or leave. So rude and incompetent!

Second time booking agency booked in wrong date. We lost time money and this happened twice! Not serious booking system

I was not pleased when it came to their customer service line I called, in regards to picking up a test and asked what do I need to pick up the results and I was told that all i would need is my Photo ID (not my health card)! I know I just got my paper health card & I'm still waiting on the official card itself but had she said Health Card over the phone I would have brought it in. It was a complete waste of time coming down to the clinic to get my test results and AGAIN PAY WHO KNOWS ANOTHER $45 OR $75 DOLLARS JUST TO GET MY RESULTS! Sigh Miscommunication at its best I should have asked her to be clear on what exactly is a ID as a Ontario Photo Health Card IS NOT A VALID ID! Frustrated

I called a call from the clinic for a follow up, with no name, extension or department. 23 minutes and 49 seconds later, haven spoken to 4 different people, Inwas told to come back to the walk in clinic. The last person I spoke to gave me plenty of attitude to say she's doing her job and does not control the call centre or the other 2 departments I spoke to. The doctors might be better but the walk in leaves much to be improved.

I have been attending this clinic for many years. Initial contact: Appointment representatives are polite, efficient and professional in their work. Any tests required are ok when dealing with the medical staff who know exactly what they are doing, and answer any questions I may have regarding procedures required. Dr. Elysha Hussein, who despite a doctors busy schedule, takes the time to thoroughly discuss any health issues I may have, and make excellent recommendations. Her medical knowledge knows no bounds. I am very grateful.
