I recently took my cousin to this clinic, and I couldn't be more delighted with the exceptional care we received from Genna and Kate. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a comforting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The staff at this clinic are truly top-notch. They are not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. The clinic itself was immaculate and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was very reassuring. Thanks to them, my cousin's foot problem has improved significantly, and is well on her way to a full recovery!

Genna and Kate are a great team and have always been helpful. My aunt had a foot lesion for a while and had been to many different specialists. However, there was no clear diagnosis. Genna had taken a look at my aunt’s foot lesions and realized it was a complicated fungal infection. Kate went above and beyond to find the correct therapies and tools to help my aunt to have a speedy recovery. After my experience with this clinic, I gladly refer all my friend and my family for any feet related needs!

Never go to this foot clinic. The person in front was very rude. She said that she throw my insole at the garbage that was paid $300. Reason why she throw because I didn’t go to pick it it long time at least send a message that she will throw it out if I didn’t answer the call…
First time I went to this place I saw how she talk to customers very unprofessional because they don’t speak English good. (Indian, arabic) at least have respect to her own people.

This clinic is professional and so good. I thought since on the reviews, I would have a different experience. I was presently surprised with great customer service and professionalism of the clinic staff. The lady’s there are very nice and helpful, and they are always straight to the point rather than talking about unnecessary information. I have booked my next appointment and I’m glad to be going again.

Very awful service! Receptionist needs to go to school as she doesn’t know how to talk to the clients. Making clients fool and charging extra money. They don’t even deserve a rating. Clinic should hire well professional and kind receptionist.

There is no zero rating to give. Please don't use this clinic for any services. It is absolute rip off. First they will be nice while taking all the money and then comes the real rude talk. They don't care after you pay the money.

Beautiful office, great staff and wonderful service! Felt relaxed and refreshed after my foot massage session. Hands down the best massage I've experienced. Visible improvement in my tension, exact trigger points was worked on. Very highly recommend. Great service provided by Jenna at the front desk

Excellent service, my dad was well taken care of. He has pincer toe nails, which are too difficult to manage at home. He will be continuing with regular appointments at Albion Foot Clinic. Highly recommend services here

I regret coming to this place. The worst customer service I ever had in my entire life. They are so rude. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I give them 5 stars because I was accurately diagnosed and provided with custom treatment of my feet in no time. They did an amazing job of corns and calluses removal on both of my feet. I was provided guidance on the proper ways to maintain and improve my feet health and this is exactly what I needed. I am happy I found ya and looking forward to my next session!

My foot has been giving me issues for more than a year before I went to this location and was evaluated. They figured out my foot issue and made orthotics on site for me. They also suggested special exercises to help repair my foot and the foot massage was just amazing. I am very happy with their service and knowledge. I recommend Albion Foot Clinic if you have foot pain. It worked for me

Havent been to the clinic yet but my phone call with the receptionist was…. Welll something. She did not greet, did not respond to my inquiry and extremely rudely asked me for my name so she could call me back when there is an appointment available. When i asked her approximately when she would have an appointment available…. She responds “didnt u hear me say i will call you”. Ummmm okkk? And then just hung up. Not very welcoming…. Wont be giving them my business for sure. That is a serious lack of customer service.

Had amazing experience with this clinic. Did my orthotics here and shockwave therapy. I was experiencing ongoing foot pain for the longest time. I was recommended by my friend to visit this clinic and their foot doctor. The place is very busy and I had to wait for my appointment. I was very pleased with the Chiroodist and their front desk stuff. Very experienced, professional and polite. Highly recommend!

The doctor is good but The front desk ladies are very very rude and have no customer service skills especially Arabic lady. They will never answer your calls or call back when you leave them a message. I will never ever go again.

The front desk girls are very very rude and doesn’t really want to help you with anything regret going there and yes they will take out everything from your insurance. They do not wear mask nor follow Covid rules. Most of the time they talk to customers beside the glass screen without mask.

Also my product was ready but they didn’t call since they got the deposit money already and when i called they didn’t answer, the answering machine said will call back in 3 days which never happened Anyways Will never return again.

My husband and I visited the Albion Foot Clinic today.
The staff was very professional informative but most of all very courteous.
Great customer service we will definitely be returning again! We already made another appointment.

Very very rude, no concept of customer service or caring for patients. The receptionist is confused and she thinks she is the owner as she tells patients not to go there if they are unhappy. Frsutrating and unprofessinoal

Tried to use their services, did not give me the time of day. The ladies face looked asleep with her eyes open, and was very rude. Did not want to bother looking into the question I had. Extremely unhelpful.

I would never ever go back! It was out first time here and feels like we totally got ripped of! Be careful and do your own research before you purchase anything.

Appointments are never honoured. Had an appointment at a scheduled time and reached there well in advance. They started sending walkins and made me wait for almost one hour, when asked, the lady at the front desk did not seem to bother atleast a bit.never going to this place.be prepared to waste your time if you wish to visit this place

I highly recommend Albion Foot Clinic because:
1. Best experience for foot care, massage therapy and Ion Detox Spa.
2. Best podiatrist/chiropodist place to go. Daniel is an outstanding practitioner and has saved my feet from further deterioration. I had heel pain for years. He suggested me deep heel cup to stabilize my ankle. My custom made orthotics fit most of my shoes. Now, I am pain free. Thank you Daniel.
3. This Clinic is modern, clean, high-tech and very friendly
4. The staff are very professional and are always happy to see you
5. Excellent customer service. The girls at the front are so helpful.

I was their customer since 2017. They were so good then. Now in 2019, new staff is manner less and rude. Once you give your insurance to them, they will use it up all. They change their facial, massage and other services price anytime without even notify you. They charge your insurance huge amounts and give you garbage items and garbage services. Suppose you are not happy with their items or services and you want some modifications then they will rudely ask you to leave or be happy with whatever you get.
Stay away from them. They are frauds. They do frauds with insurance companies and they do frauds with their poor customers.

Best acupuncture I ever had. I've been coming here for many years to Larissa. I highly recommend this clinic. She helped me to quit smoking with acupuncture and now I'm doing weight loss program with her. Girls at the reception are sweet and so helpful. Jenna is hot, I love her.

I am patients of this amazing clinic. The appointments are always on time and all staff are very nice and caring.
Larisa a massagist there, is one of the best health professionals I have ever been to. She is professional, highly skilled, and incredibly kind.
Front desk girls are great. They really go above and beyond in keeping track of your path to recovery and ensuring that you're improving, and they're really kind people as well that take the time to discuss any questions you may have. You certainly never feel rushed with them, and you feel as though you are really taken care of.
Facilities are great, location is good and the place is clean. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I had a foot appointment. The foot doctor was great, he's fast and through.
The girls at front are a great help, especially the cute one she works at the back desk. She's sweet. I forgot her name but she's greek. She booked my brother and I for a massage. I ended up buying a nice pair of shoes. Great place! Great people!

Amazing and professional people work here. Been doing business here for many years. Too bad that there quite a few miserable, attention seeking clients that come here and make a scene for no apparent reason, that i had to see myself. Girls at the reception are very pleasant and very professional.

The service at Albion Foot Clinic is very professional. They book quick appointments with Doctors and the customer service is great. The really help you with what you are looking for and what suits your needs.

Terrible customer service:
The brown/ tanned coloured Iraqi lady at the front desk was not responding to my question and giving attitude when she answered.
She should stay home to learn how to respect elderly people and know when to apologize!
I would never recommend this place because of her rudeness and disrespect.
She was answering voicemails while I was in the store and needed help!
This girl got no manners to be at the front desk or to deal with people.

Bad experience.they charge 3 times more than actual price, it was my bad i didn't do survey before I go. I don't recommend this place at all. They just want to collect your money first!
