Dr. Behnami is very caring, kind, and knowledgeable. He is a dedicated Doctor who gives his patients plenty of time and listens to them patiently. He is very humble and gentle in behavior.

It was a very long wait (2 hrs with appointment) to see the dr, but once I finally saw her she took her time and asked a lot of questions and did a thorough examination. I appreciate her diligence.

Today I went for ultrasound at this Albion-Islington medical centre and the service was amazing. Mis. Seedah was amazing and very professional. I totally recommend her expertise to all of you.

Booked an appointment for 9AM, not a walk-in. Came on time and sat and waited, turns out the doctor doesnt come into the office until 9: 30 and thats a maybe. It begs a question why would you book an appointment for a doctor’s visit at 9 if the doctor does not arrive until much later on?

An absolute joke, when asked when the doctor would arrive I was told “were not sure, sometimes he's early sometimes he comes later”

The doctors were highly skilled, attentive, and caring.and it worth of waiting, and the clinic was clean and hygienic. I highly recommend their services.

It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment you still have to wait. I made an appointment for 3: 15pm and I still wasn’t seen after 4pm

Good family doctors who actually listen to the patient and do not quickly get rid of them. But be prepared to wait at least 30-45 mins even if you have an appointment. Walk in wait times can last up to 2 hours.

To day I was sick and made an appointment in this clinic and all staff were nice and kind. Although, I waited a litttle more time for seeing doctor but he was so kind and patience and listened me completely and paid attention a lot with complete exam. I want to send my thanks to him and best staff. I suggest to all people this clinic.

Front staff is very nice and accommodating, the doctor listened to all my concerns and took time with me unlike most others who make you feel rushed. Dr Behnami is one of the nicest physicians I’ve ever encountered.

This is one of the worst walk ins I've visited. Doctor is always in a rush and doesn't seem to listen to concerns. The head of ultrasound technician is not nurturing at all, instead is very invasive and doesn't leave the room as you undress. While asking questions she will say things like "You don't need to know that" so frustrating. Wait times are crazy, whats the point of booking appointments if you're waiting there for 30mins anyway. Just a very unpleasant rushed experienced in general. I'd find a different place to go.

I like this walk-in clinic, its clean, new and everyone is nice. You can even book an appointment.

Horrible receptionist I think she’s from (Philippine) first of nobody pick the call on Saturday m, then when she pick up I said can you please tell me what time is my appointment I forgot the time exact, she asked my last and first name then took like 5 mins to look for it then coming back asking me back my last name and first name. Then I said again my last name, again she saying there’s no name like that there’s so many this last and first name. Then saying your time appointment was 12 o’clock why your late 30 mins with very harsh tone. Like seriously I said I have been calling since 2 hours nobody pick up the call second now your with harsh tone saying this to me.

Get a proper education Miss, know how to talk with your patient then come to work. I swear. Why even workers now these days being so rude with their costumers and patients.
I’m myself a worker, never been so rude to my costumers/ patients.

Third time in a row I book an appointment ahead of time and I am asked to wait over an hour and a half to see the doctor. Since my arrival everyone that was here has been seen by a doctor and people who arrived after me are being processed before me. I had to wait over 3 hours to see the doctor who saw me for 5 minutes.

After 3 days I am still waiting for the results of a swab to the throat sent to the lab
I visited on Friday 18Nov
I called today (23Nov) and was put on hold.
After 40 minutes someone said hello and hung up.
I called back to ask for the results but again placed on hold. After awhile I gave up.

I booked an appointment for my toddler who needs to be physically assessed for his symptoms. While booking the appointment there was no mention of a phone call assessment. When hanging up the receptionist even said "see you soon". After getting my toddler ready, driving 15 minutes to get there, they pretty much told me they are not doing in-person assessments. The doctor was there, my toddler was there, I don't understand why they couldn't see me in person for the appointment. Instead what the walk-in clinic does is tell people to sit in the waiting room or leave the office to complete the phone call assessment from the doctor who is in the other room. Not only does this not make any sense and inconvenience people who made the trip to the office due to miscommunication from the office staff, but it is a breach of the patients privacy and confidentiality having them sit in the waiting room or on the sidewalk outside the office, rather than the comfort of a doctor's assessment room or the patients home. My appointment was at 3: 15 and I still haven't even received a phone call from the doctor 1 hour after my scheduled time. Now the office is closed. While waiting with my sick toddler in the waiting area, I saw two other people get told they have to leave the office to talk to the doctor on the phone. Doesn't make sense. Toronto's first Walk-Out clinic.

Receptionists have no idea what they are doing. Overbooking patients all the time. Was there on Saturday and heard 5 people came in and said they have a 10.30 appointment. There was only 2 doctors working that day. The Receptionist asked very willingly to cancel my appointment.
Thus is downright FRAUD. It happens all the time. An investigation will be launched and charges will be pressed.

Doctors and staff are very professional and helpful at all the time. I would highly recommend this clinic in this area. The clinic is very clean and tidy as well.

Clinic 4/5, Privacy 1/5. Everyone can hear your medical issues because its the first question the receptionist ask you in a public lobby.

I walked in an hour before they close and being an urgent care centre and me oviously looking not well you would think they would allow me to see a doctor but instead they turned me away. The receptionist was more concerned about being able to leave by 3 rather then help a patiant in need of a doctor

I could not see a doctor here because like a lot of doctors in Toronto, they refuse to see any patient that comes in. I don’t know how you can walk in with a child who needs a chest assessment because asthma and persistent cough that has nothing to do with COVID and be turned away and told someone will call. This is why healthcare workers cannot return to work because doctors delay in seeing patients in person.

Doctors like this are the reason emergency rooms are over crowded with non urgent issues. It’s a shame! They are not doing the right thing as a doctor in the community. We are nearing the end of 2022 and this is what is still happening.

I would never come back here for anything.

I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist upon arrival this past Sunday. I saw a doctor quickly, Dr. Farhat. I then needed an X-ray and a prescription. All staff are calm, kind and professional. The offices are clean and in good condition. This is the most welcoming and pleasant walk-in clinic I have ever been in. I highly recommend it to all. If you’re from out of town, you need to pay cash upfront of $100 to see a doctor. The X-ray and prescription can be paid for with a credit card or debit. Positive, supportive experience in the very best of ways:)

I was told to come in before 3pm. I reached 2: 15 pm and the receptionist said o I told you come before 2: 30.o the dr left. Online clearly states you close at 3. I’m weak and shivering left my vehicle home and took an Uber there and to see no dr. Clearly she lied to my face. This is unacceptable and you’ll should pay for my Uber since your’ll wasted my time and money. I was so furious. Photos show my Uber fare and their time for Sunday. It’s just crazy how people don’t respect patients at all! Yea well they won’t the pics.

Very good clinic, I took there my teenager daughter and the doctors were very nice gave her all the lab test, the ultrasound right away.very fast and total professionalism.also very clean place.

This was the first time I visited a doctor since moving to Canada. I didn't know how the OHIP and health system works, but since this was a walk in, it wasn't an issue. The lady at the reception was super friendly and took the details from my OHIP card. I filled a short form, and I was on the waiting list. There weren't a lot of patients so I was attended to pretty soon. I went there for a ear wax removal. Since it isn't covered under Ohip, I had to pay $20.

The whole experience was amazing. The lady at the reception was super friendly and the doctor was really helpful and nice to talk to. Its such a relief to have the ear cleaned and being able to listen well again.

Just a note, they do not have a card machine and only accept cash. So make sure if you are going for a procedure not covered under insurance, you carry cash on you.

One of the best and efficient walk in clinics in Etobicoke, the front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. The doctor is fast speaking and speeds things up but also listens to your concerns and evaluate's the potential issues. This office is for walk-ins, family doctors, xray, ultrasound and therapy; however on my visits I was there as a walk-in patient.

If you're looking for a walk-in or family doctor within the Etobicoke area I'd highly recommend this clinic, it's also one of the cleanest clinics I've been to by far.

All of the doctors here are fantastic! They listen and run the appropriate tests without hesitation. I have been trying for years to find out what has been going on with me, and thanks to the doctors here I am finally getting some answers. Thank you so much to the doctors, staff and technicians

I visited Canada last week and had to stop by for a minor cold symptoms. Receptionist very professional and took care all formalities quickly. DR. Also very friendly behavior. I realized I could've been visit urgent care early and got well early.but any how I was alright by evening Best thing is they have pharmacy on the same site.way beer then urgent cares in US.

Poor operations. This clinic does not advertise their ACTUAL operating hours, which seems to change from day to day. We went first on a Saturday, and were informed the clinic was closing a hour earlier than advertised, but thankfully we were able to see the doctor (he was helpful, but the appointment seemed rushed). What is really appalling is that when we tried to go for our follow-up appointment, the first time we tried an weeknight evening (@5pm), we were told the doctor left early.even though they are supposed to be open until 6pm. So in frustration we made an actual appoinment for the following day for the same time. ONLY TO BE TOLD AGAIN THAT THE DOCTOR LEFT, and they didn't even give us a courtesy call to inform us of any change. It gets worse, we made a subsequent appointment the following evening because there was an urgent medical issue we needed addressed, and THIS TIME they had the audacity to call us an hour ahead and ask if we could arrange to come earlier even though we have explicitly told them that we work. >: -/
Like seriously, our lives don't revolve around the doctor's whims to leave early! They can change their weeknight hours to 4pm if that is the case!
All this to say, they do not seem to take their operating times seriously, we didn't feel respected as working people, nor was our time respected.
Worst of all, our medical issue was not addressed!

Hello to all, visited first time to this clinic, beautiful and comfortable evnivorment. Loved Doctors treatment. Very well welcomed by Medical staff at front desk. Very clean and pleasent place. I would definately recommend this place to others.
