Good pool, good teachers, exception always are there in my case life gaurd Amy, very accommodating manager Andrew. Overall good experience. Something that I really like in policy is if the pool is closed for fowling they refund for that class and teachers try to reach you in time so you don't take efforts to get there. Very young but very professional teachers.

Neither helpful nor friendly staff, esp.the girl that does the evening shift. This place is too expensive.

One star too much. The worst place in the world I went to, swimming coaches deal and speak very badly, rude, no respect, there is no smile or welcome, recorded in the swim lesson for women, but entered three different men to the pool to see women swim and this happened three times in addition to women who do not stop filming and taking pictures. The rooms, floors, cabinets and bathrooms were dirty and that was in the morning at the beginning of the day. It was time to start the lesson and tried to go down to the swimming pool to do warm-up exercises while we were waiting for the trainer to come! One of the coaches who is supposed to train us, asked me to come out while telling her in a polite way that do not worry because I was good at swimming! She told me inappropriately and glancing at me that the laws prevented me from going down to the swimming pool without the trainer. I responded to her orders, but her brazen looks continued until the lesson was over and I left the swimming pool! You did not agree to give me the lesson you learned, and asked her colleague to do so. When I finished the lesson, they told me that I can not continue the lesson. I have to go to a lower level because the rules say that I have to score at the lowest level and then go to the upper stage even if my performance is good and equal to this stage! I did not believe her and asked her how? Your words are illogical! Why did not the employee tell me when I was registered? ! But she told me that the laws here force me to do so and when I realized that it was unbelievable I argued that I did not pass the movements required of me, and of course not true because I did what others did and the coach did not tell me anything! She said these are the rules here! It happened just because I do not like their colleague. I can not believe what happened! They made me feel very bad. I decided to get my money back and I would not go back.

Trouble place all employees needs someone supervised, the are racism to other and very bad behaviour

Pool is overly crowded and thus training sessions are too cluttered. Sometimes one class has to wait for other class to use their space for training.
