I love this animal hospital. Everyone that works here is so kind and caring. Thank you for not charging for things that I don't need.

Have several dogs that are rescues, they all love coming here. The staff are very caring and understanding, even with the special needs of the pets. They give you the information you need and counsel on the best decision for the health care of your animal.

100% would recommend this clinic. The doctors and their vet techs are fantastic and caring. Really great service for a reasonable price.

Staff are amazing! So friendly, answered all my questions, I didn’t feel rushed at all and most importantly they were all amazing with my puppy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful vet!

I contacted Alcona Animal Hospital asking if they were accepting new patients, lucky for us they were. We had our first visit yesterday for our new pup Cooper, and it was great. The staff was lovely and his exam was thorough and they took time to answer our questions etc. We are so happy that they will be taking care of our boy…and we will definitely recommend them.

Dr DeVito and Jamie were very patient with Hemi, and we found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. We are happy and Hemi already has her follow up with Dr DeVito.

We are dog owners with 35+ years of experience. Alcona Animal Hospital is where nobody tries to upsell, making them the most trustable vet clinic we have ever attended. Our trip there takes 45 minutes in one direction. We have many animal hospitals much closer, but we prefer longer drives for better service.

We’ve been using this vet since we first got our pup. Everyone here has always been so nice and always greets our dog with kindness. When we got him neutered, I was nervous, but to hear the staff all greet him with lots of love.as if he was their own pet.made leaving him a lot easier. This is an excellent vet clinic and hospital. The vets are so kind, encouraging and professional. The staff are outstanding. I never wait more than 5 minutes. The reception and exam rooms are immaculate. I am pleased to have this quality of care for my dogs.

I've been taking my two now-senior dachshunds here ever since I moved to Innisfil in 2019, and I don't ever plan on switching vets. Everyone here is so wonderful and kind to both me and my dogs. Dr. Mayerhoffer is so patient and thorough and knowledgeable, and she's a fantastic surgeon, too! One of my dogs needed a growth on his lip removed and Dr. Mayerhoffer was able to preserve a lot of his lip, to the point where you can't even tell how much was removed. I have the utmost faith in this entire practice.

Super friendly, after other vets failed to help my dog they went the extra step to properly investigate and diagnose my dogs skin infection beside her eyes. My dog finally has some relief. Thank you.
