Aldergrove Animal Clinic

We have used Aldergrove for over 18 years. They are a wonderful vet and helped with all our needs when it comes to care for our fur babies. There have been a few times over the years, were we have had to have our animals leave us due to illness and they have been nothing but compassionate and sympathitic and given us as much time as we want to say our goodbyes. Way to go Aldergrove.

We’re always greeted respectfully and enthusiastically and the last visit was no different. Our dog, Pashmina, did one of her many tricks for a treat and ended up on Aldergrove’s social media. A neighbour commented this morning on the photo.

After a horrible experience at our last vet I was a little hesitant bringing my basset anywhere. The staff at Aldergrove were so sweet & patient with my girl as she is a ball of anxiety. They also don’t push you to run tests if you don’t think it’s needed which I super appreciate. They made me feel at home & all the feelings of uneasiness surrounding the vets were gone. Highly recommend!

Our puppy had her 2nd round of shots done this morning and they will be the vet we bring her to through her life. It's a very bright and open office with very friendly and attentive staff. Pricing felt appropriate for the services provided as well.

It was our first visit this morning for my cat Lilly and I. I was very impressed right from the start with there care and concern for Lilly. Dr Meakings and Kara where top notch and treated my cat with love. This will be my Vet from now on. Thank you to Aldergrove Vet and staff.

I have been with this vet for 5 years and I must say I have had some pretty terrible experiences. For basic care I will say they have been amazing, however for care beyond the basics it’s been very disappointing to say the least, I do feel since they’ve expanded they’ve lost the compassion and it appears it is ran strictly as a business. They have made multiple mistakes that has cost me dearly with no ownership AT ALL or compensation for the misses and mistakes that were made. The lady who posted earlier about the emergency situation I completely understand what she is saying because I’ve had a similar situation and this is my own vet. I’ve expressed my concerns a few times but zero follow up. Why am I still here you may ask, it is because I’ve invested thousands of dollars in this vet to manage allergies for my lab and I am not sure if it’s the right time to do so. Different vets all the time no consistency, it is the classic they make mistakes you bring it to light so now you’re the problem. Lastly, I do not give out bad reviews but I’ve had enough.

Have been a customer for many years, have not encountered any issues. The staff will listen and provide follow up appts asap. The doctors are compassionate and will assist with the best outcomes (including not having to spend money on unnecessary treatments/tests) they use conventional and naturopathic interventions. They are offering more options, the improvements to the location are amazing

We’ve been clients for over 20 years. The staff and drs are fantastic. So attentive and caring and always follow up to see how your pet is doing. Highly recommend them.

I really like the feline specific examining rooms for cats. And while our cat is pretty healthy, if a bit plump, I feel the vets are properly concerned with his future health.

Every visit makes me so happy that Aldergrove is my vet. Staff are all friendly, personable, and helpful. A few times we've only needed to see a tech. When we see the vet she's there for the whole appointment, and I can talk to her and ask questions

They feel like family to me!

Was able to get an appointment right away. Everyone in the clinic was friendly and professional. Didn't rush our appointment and I was given plenty of time to ask any questions.
