Extremely satisfied with the team at Alderwood and the incredible work they do! A few weeks ago I had an emergency with my lower brace, as it completely came off on one side and needed to be placed back immediately. Dr. Kevin was so accommodating and fixed the issue in no time. I also had a cleaning with dental hygienist, Arsema, who not only gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, but also provided me with helpful education on how I can take better care of my teeth. More to that, the administrative staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Having a busy schedule doesn’t allow me much in the way of flexibility, but they have been very helpful in setting up dates/ times that work for me. I am John, and I have been receiving a dental treatment from Dr. Asena Akcasoy at Alderwood Dental Office for a long while now. Apparently, as a highly experienced and qualified dentist, Dr. Asena have successfully treated all the complications I suffered for years, including risky root canal treatments. I would like to thank her with all my sinceretiy once again. Likewise, I am super satisfied with the service provided by her dental assistant, hygienist and the front desk staff. My recent experience at Alderwood Family Dentistry was exceptionally positive. Dr. Jonas demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence in removing my upper wisdom teeth and addressing a mucocele on my bottom lip. As someone who experiences dental anxiety, I was greatly impressed by the staff's ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.
The dental assistant, Fatima, was both attentive and comforting, providing a level of care that greatly reduced my anxiety. Additionally, the receptionists, Gisele and Himani, created a welcoming and polite environment, allowing me to feel valued and at ease from the moment I walked in.

This gem of a dental office has been a Godsend to our family. My son discovered it a few years ago since they accepted University dental plans for students. Little did we know we had just found the most beautiful and loving dental professionals we would ever meet. I have an adult daughter who is intellectually delayed and we ALWAYS had a problem with dental visits. I mean it was awful. Her last dentist wouldn’t work on her teeth for any reason without putting her out. I didn’t want to do that to her every 4 - 6 months. The dilemma I had was balancing how scared and traumatic a dental appt was for her vs putting her out every 4 - 6 months.
Visiting the dentist was an awful experience and one that my daughter tried to avoid at all costs quickly turned into a question from her every 2 weeks: “Daddy when are we going to Alderwood again? ”…she absolutely loves going there and we are so happy with their dental work, care and attention. I have switched to them as well.
Dr Asena Akcasoy and her assistant Fatima worked on my daughter today. Such a stress free experience! Who would’ve known? My daughter would run away as soon as we mentioned a dental visit in the past. Everyone on staff from their receptionist Giselle to Laura their treatment coordinator are absolutely amazingly loving and compassionate people.

Remembering our first visit there a year ago, we had met George who worked on my daughter on that first visit. It immediately went from a stress factor of “11” before Alderwood to zero stress almost immediately and a happy patient and dad! She still asks for George whenever we are going there.

Thank you Alderwood. You’re all beautiful people and we are lucky to have you in our lives.

This team from start to finish is the best. Caring, punctual, kind. We had no dentist and they not only recommended an excellent surgeon for extraction but continued caring for my elderly Mom. Dr Wil and his staff are professional, caring - so happy with them. Highly reccomend them

Dr. Will Oh Su Nam, was so gentle and calm. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I was comfortable. Honestly from the front door to the dental assistant everyone was very kind and respectful. I definitely recommend Alderwood for their nice staff and their body inclusive atmosphere.

Very happy with our local dentist generally speaking but they really pulled through for us at the last minute recently when our daughter suddenly saw some blood on a tooth. Greatly appreciate how they were able to address the matter quickly and with such care!

Had a great experience on my first visit, from booking my appointment with one of the receptionists to the last step of my consultation. The receptionists are lovely, attentive and solve things quickly. Dr Asena was also amazing. With a huge smile on her face she not only educated me on a few issues related to oral health, but she showed me exactly what I needed to do as next steps of oral care. The dental hygienist (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was also super sweet! I greatly recommend this place. OHH and they gave me a reusable water bottle:)

Never going back here. My daughter is extremely extremely traumatized after her tooth extraction. Her scream as the dentist pulled out her tooth will forever live in my brain. I've had wisdom tooth extractions and not felt any pain. My daughter has has been stitched twice and never screamed like that.

I had a great experience with ALDERWOOD FAMILY DENTAL TEAM. Dr Kevin is calm, extremely meticulous and highly skilful in his approach. Rahiel, his assistant made me very comfortable with her gentle, smiling nature. My hygienist Kavita is an affable person. The team’s dedication towards clients is greatly appreciated. The office sent appointment reminders on time. ALDERWOOD provides high-quality service at reasonable prices. The front desk staff was very efficient and accommodating, always willing to work with my schedule. The facility is well equipped and spotless. They take sanitation and sterilization seriously. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this team of dental professionals to those looking for any dental treatment.

I find them over-priced, relative to other dentists in Mississauga.
Location is decent.
They do a good job. Dr. Kevin and Asina are great.

I would definitely that the customer service of some of the hygienists (George) and the young receptionist needs a revamp. Sassy and rude, is what comes up for me.
I'm switching out, very soon anyway. So, I'm not bummed out.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. Extremely friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Their text and email reminders for appointments really ensure you don’t miss an appointment. If you have insurance or coverage through your employer they do ALL the work for you to make sure you’re getting covered to best ability. Wish I found them a long time ago. Will not go to another dentist, ever. Dr. Asena, Dr. Will, Rahiel, Larissa and Fahtima you guys rock (pardon my spelling) See you in December!

Fantastic dental clinic! Warm people, especially Dr. Stefani! As someone who really does not like going to the dentist, he made it very comfortable and not stressful at all. The clinic itself is comfortable, clean and has new equipment. I would definitely recommend Alderwood!

I did have to wait a while but it was worth it. Asena is such a kind and sensitive dentist to my fear of dentistry. She handled it in a lighthearted approach which works well for me. She is very knowledgable and also offered multiple solutions for taking care of my dental health with limited funds. The entire staff are also very professional. I'm making Alderwood my new dentist since moving to the area. And I have to say, so far, they were way better than the dentist I've seen since I was a kid.

This is a dental clinic that does care. They set the standard for highest quality work and professionalism. I have been attending for about two years. I have received Invisalign braces, gums management and regular cleanings. Dr. Stefani and the entire team are great and strongly recommended.
