Alexandra Park

Small but very beautiful park. Get a book or sip on your favourite drink out here. Perfect spot/weather to enjoy with friends & family or to just cut off & have that alone time.

It was good. I went for a swim. I got there around 3pm, there was no line to get in, there was space for my stuff. Staff were freindly. The picture is blurry because it's the change room. It's ONLY me in the picture

Asked what the policy was about holding chairs and was told first come first serve.came when it was rather busy and noticed someone holding 5 chairs for himself.let the life guard on duty know what was happening to where she proceeded to let him keep all the chairs and told me to wait until another chair became available.ive been here for almost two hours and his "party" still hasnt shown up.

Disgusting park. Garbage all over the playground area, including bandaids. Pigeons literally everywhere including the sandy area of the playground. Will never return here

Will be nicer post covid-19 and once the tents are gone. Presently not a safe place to go to after dark

A once beautiful and vibrant park accessible by everyone in the community has been completely overrun by homeless encampments, needles, rampant drug trafficking and usage, off leash dogs and unsavoury individuals. The encampments are filled with stolen items such as bicycles and propane tanks. I have fond memories of playing frisbee and catch, but it would be impossible now.
Having been nearly mugged on my way home from work, I would suggest that non-locals avoid it completely after dark. I hope that one day my children will be able to visit and use the park but as for now, we avoid it completely.

I had a blast just chilling on a bench watching skateboarders talking too the village folk was informative

Right now it's full of tents and not a family friendly place to go. Lots of homeless people took over that beautiful park turning it into a place where one could buy any drugs they desire. A Real shame

My experience work out there is outstanding, I really appreciate the staff, the community and their cooperation.

This is now a tent city area due to homelessness, very sad for the people and it's not getting any warmer

As of Nov 2020, they took away the half pipe and most of the skating equipment. You can still play hockey but no skating.

Nice park. But. Too many tents during covid. Park is not useable.

The park has: . Two playgrounds, a splash pad, outdoor pool fifty meter in summer, skateboard park, in winter has two skating areas: hockey and free skate. Even has outdoor curling. No skate rental though. There's a baseball diamond. Next door there is a school with a good wall for handball and basketball hoops and some nets for mini soccer and mini street hockey

Tent city, the city needs to help the people that are stuck and lost their place due to Covid-19. Great place to skate board and swim and ice skate. There are washrooms, I suggest to the ladies to hover your bum over the toilet.

Park has been converted to a temporary camp site? Tents are set up throughout the park, drug and alcohol use all over the playground.

This is a crucial hub of the community. Just steps from Western hospital it serves a diverse and sometimes challenged community. There are lots of computers for user and a decent selection of books. They have lots of programming for children and families. Outside there are many food 'trucks' where you can sample international foods and support local citizens in their effort to become successful entrepreneurs.

This park is awesome in the summer time they got is a little they got a skateboard park in the winter time they have skated the city of Toronto has a skating rink pleasure skating rink and then they have a ice hockey play Shinee thanks idiot Rona you guys rock man oh by the way I'm one of you guys

Lots of people enjoying park but regular crowd of homeless selling and using drugs, camping in park.

There is a lot of things for my kids and brothers to play on.
I'm only rating 4 stars because we were here for maybe an hour and some men came stumbling out of the bathroom after shooting up in there. Right after my little brother came out from there as well

I've throughly enjoyed my time at this park. I have met some of the most wonderful people and was always made to feel comfortable here.

My family was there for the Fringe Awards Ceremony, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Arts in the park like ice cream in the summer!
