Our 2023 Imagine 3210BH is amazing. Only got in one camping trip having purchased late in the season. We thoroughly enjoyed the outing, and cannot wait till next year. Alexandria Camping were excellent to deal with, Gilles, our salesman, was great, very helpful and a very pleasant guy. Highly recommend if you are shopping for an RV.

We bought our rig at Alexandria Camping Center though we live in the province of Québec. They made the whole process effortless. We had to bring our rig twice for warranty work (every new RV will have some issues), all repairs were done professionally and exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Amanda is a joy. I am proud to display their name on my wheel cover. Highly recommended.

Nous avons eu un service très professionnel de la part de toutes l’équipe de notre charmant vendeur Gilles Girard (pas le chanteur des Classels), Michel Painchaud le spécialiste des produits Alliance à Jean-Guy aux pièces, Amanda et toute l’équipe de réparateurs. Le service est A1 et aucune pression de vente les gens connaissent la « business » et on se sent en confiance dès le début. Gros Merci à Gabriel Tan toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande fortement ce commerce à une famille tissée serrée comme eux tous ne peut que bien aller sachant qu’il y aura toujours un problème à régler avec une roulotte qui roule sur nos routes délabrées.

J'ai tardé à écrire un commentaire, je le fais un peu tard mais il est important de commenter quand nous sommes satisfaits de notre achat et du service que l'on reçoit. Nous avons acheté notre fifthwheel à l'automne 2021 et avons pris possession en mai 2022. Nous avons reçu un excellent service de toutes les personnes dont nous avons eu affaires, de la vente jusqu'à la prise de possession. Aussi, comme nous sommes nouveaux dans le monde du Vr, nous téléphonons souvent pour des questions et on nous aide toujours, et s'ils sont occupés, ils nous rappellent! Merci à Mario, Gabriel, Jean-Guy et Norm pour l'excellent service, nous recommandons Alexandria Campground sans hésitation! I'm doing it a little late but it is important to comment when we are satisfied with our purchase and the service we receive. We purchased our fifthwheel in the fall of 2021 and took possession in May 2022. We received excellent service from everyone we dealt with, from the sale to the pickup. Also, since we are new to the RV world, we call often with questions and they always help us, and if they are busy, they call us back! Thanks to Mario, Gabriel, Jean-Guy and Norm for the excellent service, we recommend Alexandria Campground without hesitation.

I contacted Alexandria Camping Centre via the website about a certain unit I was interested in. Dom got back to me quick and we set up a date for me to come see the unit, great everything was set up. He mentioned that he would be away however his father Ping would be able to help out. My wife and I wanted to trade in our 2022 toy hauler for a more couples oriented trailer. When we got to the dealership, Dom’s brother took us under his wing to help out but couldn’t find the trailer. It was later discovered that the unit I had booked a viewing for was sent to the IPM (International Plowing Match) in Kemptville (45min drive away). Ping was apologetic and gave us $50 for entrance fees so we can see the unit and maybe make a deal. The trailer was perfect and we started talking with Mario. That’s the fourth person we have now talked with about a deal. Just when things were looking promising, Mario, the bearer of bad news told us the price Dom was willing to give us and it made me throw up in my mouth a bit. He offered $10,000 less than other dealers we had visited. We heard that he would have offered $27,000 for a trade but because the unit was on sale he dropped the trade price to cover the difference which the sale price was. Dom was firm on the lowball price and that in it self persuaded us to stop communication with the dealership and move on to a better deal at a different dealership. The sales team were good but the owner/big boss needs experience in my opinion. I would suggest having a weak plan “b” (because it won’t take much to leave empty handed) to fall back on when negotiating goes bad.

Cannot say enough good things about this business, First time trailer buyer but I had 2 priorities when searching. Top of the range trailer I could afford and the best dealer in no particular order. Well the results are in and Grand Design is a great trailer BUT Alexandria Camping Centre is better.an honest, old school type of dealer you should be looking for. I highly recommend them ask for Gilles my great experience started with him and was quickly followed by Gabriel and the rest of the team!

Looking for a used rv on a budget. No prices displayed on website. Have to send individual emails for quotes to even find a rv in price range. Extremely time consuming and annoying.

Gilles was very tall and handsome, and helped me with the Momentum trailer I want to buy.

Nous recherchions une roulotte avec un plan d'étage et des options spécifiques. Après avoir passé des mois à chercher en ligne et à visiter des concessionnaires de VR locaux, nous sommes finalement tombés sur un modèle qui répondait à nos besoins, un Transcend 2020 de Grand Design. Avec le COVID - 19 qui bat son plein, nous avons pris rendez-vous.
Gilles nous a accueillis en famille! Avec son aide, nous avons pu négocier l'ajout des deux options qui nous étaient chères. Une fois l'installation des options terminée, Claire nous a fait une excellente visite virtuelle de notre nouvelle roulotte et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Un autre rendez-vous a été fixé avec Gabriel qui nous a guidés à travers la paperasse et a pris l'arrangement avec John pour la livraison de l'unité (entièrement hiverné) à son site de destination. Maintenant, nous pouvons à peine attendre le printemps pour commencer à profiter de notre nouvelle retraite d'été.

Bravo à tout le personnel impliqué dans notre achat, de la vente à la livraison, pour leur professionnalisme et leur convivialité. Fortement recommandé!

We were looking for a travel trailer with specific options and floorplan. After spending months of searching online and visiting local RV dealerships, we finally came across a model that was close to fit our needs, a 2020 Transcend by Grand Design. With COVID-19 in full swing, we made an appointment.
Gilles greeted us like family! With his help, we were able to negotiate adding the couple of options that were dear to us. After the installation of options were completed, Claire gave us an excellent virtual tour of our new trailer and proceeded to answer all our questions. Another appointment was set up with Gabriel who walked us through the paperwork and made the arrangement with John for the delivery of the unit (fully winterized) to its destination site. Now we can hardly wait till spring to start enjoying our new summer retreat.

Kudos to all the staff involved in our purchase, from sales to delivery, for their professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd trailer I purchased from Alexandria Camping Centre. My first one was a used, inexpensive trailer and they treated me like I spent a lot of money on a new one. When I wanted another trailer they were my first stop. Again used but more expensive. My wife and I were treated so well that I now would not go anywhere else when I am in the market for my new one.

We have visited other camping centres and this one was by far the most professional. They have a great team of people that work very well together and deliver excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to any prospective buyer.

We traded in our travel trailer and bought a newer, larger travel trailer here. The sales team, maintenance staff and everyone were very thorough in making sure we were happy with what we were buying. We didn’t feel pressured and they allowed for as much time as we needed to look everything over. We are very happy with our new trailer and we would highly recommend them over some of the really big camping centres that are just focused on making another sale!

I was so happy to have Bought their first Milestone 370FLMB from Alexandria Camping Center. I was treated very well. Dom was our contact and continually went over and above to help us have a great purchase experience. I did get to meet many key members of the team and all were great. The whole experience was fantastic from ordering the new Heartland Milestone, purchase process, through to delivery. All this was done during the Covid-19 and all safety precautions were followed by the team.
