The experience was great. The flooring and carpet came in in a reasonable time and then the dates were booked to install and that went very well. I am very pleased with the workmanship. The installers were pleasant and very accommodating with regards to any questions that I had and cleaned up at the end of each day they were here. Tyson was great coordinating the dates and times for install. I would definitely use them again.

We recently put California shutters in our 3 bedrooms, not only was Alexanians the best deal we found in London but their customer service was excellent. Installed quickly, good communication to set up times/arrived on time, and they look great. We worked with Krystal and she was excellent.

Krystal and Tyson in London West were really helpful in finding a carpet to match our existing carpet. Installation was done quickly and efficiently and installers were so polite and respectful. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Chantal's business card states, "Superior Customer Service" which is absolutely correct! She helped me find the perfect stair runner material. I had my heart set on a natural fibre like seagrass or sisal, and we settled on a synthetic sisal- looking material which would be far easier to clean (Stanton Carpet's 'Nevis'). Chantal was always helpful and accommodating. She encouraged me to take home the sample boards and binding options so I could see what the colours looked like under differing lighting conditions. She is full of knowledge and never pushy. The runner arrived within the expected timeframe, and was installed in about 2 hours. The installers were also very pleasant, and I was left with lots of extra material from the mill. Thank you to the Alexanian team. We plan on purchasing a large area rug in the near future and will reach out again!

As recent retirees we were exploring the option of DIY floor replacement throughout our home. We compared many places but kept coming back for multiple lengthy visits to Alexanians at Sherwood Forest Mall where Chantal patiently answered all of our questions, provided useful information and guidance to help us make our decision. Purchased hardwood, carpet and blinds from Crystal, she is an amazing salesperson to deal with would recommend dealing with her. The manager of the store is incompetent and rude. He was suppose to call as soon as my flooring came in (4-7 days). After waiting 10 days, I finally called and was told it had been in the warehouse for 6 days and the manager forgot to call but I could not pick it up as the warehouse was closed. The following day I went to pick it up and spoke to the manager. When I explained that I didn’t receive a call from him and was now behind on my work, he said “it’s not my fault, I didn’t even know that it was in”. Though the secretary did. Then he wanted me to pay the remaining balance without checking to see if it was even in! He then asked what he could do. I requested a 5% discount which he denied. So I’m not sure why even asked.

I can always count on Alexanian Carpets and Flooring to provide the best products, customer service and pricing to my design, staging an investor clients.

My experience with Tyson Benedict was outstanding - he was extremely efficient and thus effective, as I have a super busy schedule like everyone else. The last thing I want to do is spend a lot of time in a carpet store. He was super knowledgeable, had great ideas, and was very responsive in every way. He even stopped in during the carpet installation, which was also an exercise in excellence - my staircase looks gorgeous and the installers were super quick. On to Phase II of my project in the spring - Alexanian has my vote of confidence in my home renovation 100%.

We had a complete bathroom tile job done including Shluter products in the custom shower. The tile installer was excellent and did an amazing job on the herringbone tile in the shower, and gave us suggestions on the floor to ceiling wall tile, that we hadn't thought of. We had excellent support from salesperson, Crystal, and Tyson the manager. They both came to review measure and review our renovation before the install.
We also had solid wood oak flooring installed in 5 bedrooms and the main stairway. Pricing was excellent and the installer Rick was fantastic. The stair renovation looked like it had always been there. The installation was done in 2 phases at our request. In the second phase, the installers were not as good and there were quite a few deficiencies. Alexanian's were extremely proactive in getting the problems fixed to our complete satisfaction.

When we purchased our area rug the staff was courteous, helpful and informative. When concerns developed later on, Tyson was courteous and supportive and took our concerns seriously. The outcome was perfect. Their service is gold standard. When we are in need of flooring or carpets we will shop at Alexanian.

Our experience was exceptional! Working with Tyson, and the installers was a highly professional and ‘perfect’ experience. The product/carpet was high quality and beautified our home. We had Berber runners custom made and installed in all stairwells, and carpeting. Will definitely use these guys again.

Although we have yet to receive our flooring we have been pleased with the service at the store. They were helpful in answering all our concerns and allowing us to take samples home for viewing. They brought in extra samples and took the time to show us how to successfully install the click vinyl tile we chose. We look forward to getting our flooring order and getting it installed. Thanks.

After shopping around for new flooring, we chose Alexanian Carpet and Flooring in Sherwood Forest Mall to replace the flooring in our kitchen and sun room. We found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Chrystal Lydall spent a lot of time with us helping us choose the product that met all our needs. Once the flooring was installed, we had some problems with the flooring sticking properly. We contacted Tyson Bennedict, the store manager, who immediately came over to see the flooring. He assured us that Alexanian Carpet and Flooring stood behind their products. The flooring was replaced and now we are happy with the finished product. Tyson went above and beyond in making sure we were completely happy with the product and workmanship. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone.

We met Tyson at the Home Show in London. He had on display the exact flooring we wanted for our new build. Even though we hadn't started our build yet, he guaranteed the Home Show deal. We went to his store on Wonderland Road, London and with his help, we chose all the flooring for our new house. The flooring was perfect and we were very happy with the price. Chantal helped us in choosing the right flooring for our bathroom and provided us with samples to take home.

Once the flooring was purchased for our bathroom, we also received tips from Tyson on renovating our bathroom which in the end saved us a substantial amount of money.

With Tyson's advise, we had the confidence to do the demo part of the renovation.thereby a huge cost savings to us.

After the flooring and transition bar was installed, we realized the transition bar wasn't a good match. We spoke with Tyson about this and he was able to find a better match and removal and reinstallation of the transition bar at no additional cost to us.
