We had a handmade turkish carpet cleaned and we are very disappointed.
The carpet in my opinion was not cleaned just sprayed with something to give it a clean smell. It has stain on tassel that was there when we took it to get cleaned and they tore off about a foot of the tassels on the other end of the carpet. I was never notified of these issues by the cleaning staff nor options on how to rectify these issues.it's a good thing I made them open the carpet in the store before taking it home.
I did tell the people at the store I was not happy with the cleaning and they just kept there mouths shut. I wasted my money. I was under the impression that Alexanian cleaning was top notch for such an expensive rug but I could have done a better job cleaning the carpet at home.

Everyone from my sales star, Ahmad through our installation team led by Izzet were a delight to work with. Thanks Steve for making everything move easily through the system.
I highly recommend Alexanian's for flooring. The product was a good price and it is proving to be durable. What's more, everyone is interested in make us happy.

A special thank you to Suresh and the installation team for doing a fantastic job with the installation! We had our combined Dining/Living room done as well as the staircase and flooring above. They did an amazing job overall and with the little details, especially around the staircase railings. Everyone was kind, courteous and very good at their jobs. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Ahmet our sales person was personable and informative. Izzet and his crew were respectful hard workers. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job Easy.

Great experience purchasing new carpeting for stairs and hallway. Annalisa was terrific and took a lot of time to help us choose the right carpet for our home and lifestyle. Ahmed installed the carpet with great attention to detail and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back!

What a great experience! Annalisa was an exceptional sales person and she really went the extra mile! The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I even had my bedroom area carpet cleaned by them. I highly recommend this company!

We worked with Annalisa to get our stair runners done. She was incredibly responsive, and came to our house for a quote within a couple of days.
The runners were in stock right away after Christmas, and they came within a couple of days to install.
The installer was incredibly professional, and made sure to ask us to make sure he was installing exactly how he wanted.
Annalisa followed up the same day, and offered to bind the extra carpet we had so we could use as area rugs. She even dropped them off after they were completed!
Everything about this was 10*!

Annalise is the best. She was super helpful, experienced and honest. Superb rug buying experience. Highly recommended her to help you with flooring needs. I'm super excited about my new rug for our home. It's perfect thanks to her help.
