We were looking for flooring initially for our kitchen, then for the living and diningrooms too. We needed a waterproof product for the kitchen, durable for our pet and lots of foot traffic, and we wanted a relaxed and homey look to top it all off. We had an idea of what we wanted, but thanks to Frank and his team who gave us more information about different products and their care requirements, we made a better choice. Frank did extra research for us to make sure our order arrived according to our construction schedule. Our contractor was very impressed working with Frank and the warehouse for the first time. Communication lines between all of us were seamless. Thank you again Frank and your team for making our construction project a great experience.

Odd experience. The salesperson talked mainly about himself and what he had done in his life, even interrogated me on my wood knowledge, but patient and good advice was scarce. Still waiting for a quote for a floor I was interested in. All in all not a comfortable environment to shop in. All talk no adequate follow up.

We just had new carpeting installed in our entire house. From our first introduction to the store to our final installation the experience has been incredible. We started by dealing with Frank, the store manager. We can’t say enough about this man. To say he has bent over backwards to accommodate our requests is an understatement. He is no longer a store representative but a friend. That is the highest compliment we can pay to this extraordinary man. The installers, Luciano and his team, worked harder than we have ever seen three men work twelve hours a day for two consecutive days. Aside from their excellent work they were so accommodating and polite. All in all we can recommend Alexanian in Richmond Hill 100%.

Had our carpet installed yesterday. It looks beautiful! The whole experience dealing with the store was great. Joe was the sales person. He took time to select the product with us, was very helpful during the process. The at home appointment with Joe was very smooth, he addressed all our questions and took all our requests. The installation crew led by Kevin was absolutely awesome, walking us trough the process and being very careful around the newly renovated interior. Thanks guys!

Frank and his team were absolutely excellent. My wife and I had our floors installed in our condo, and it’s absolutely stunning. We chose the High Noon Luxury Vinyl Plank and are excited to finally move in. It took the team no time at all to install the flooring. They were quick, thorough, and extremely professional.

We recently changed our old bedrooms carpets to hardwood floors. We bought the wood at the Alexanian Richmond Hill location. Their service was excellent and professional. They even helped us take back extra unopened boxes of wood to send back to the manufacturer. That saves us some money! We are very happy with our floors and they look amazing!
