Ordered from Alexanians twice now and won’t hesitate to do it again!

Our second order had a hiccup with arrival date that was the fault of another location. I spoke with the manager (I believe his name is Ken) and he was absolutely amazing at problem solving. In a couple hours he went above and beyond to source the material we needed and it arrived at our house that afternoon. I couldn’t believe the level of customer service he provided and we weren’t even a big client.

Extremely impressed with the service and prices at this location and we will happily purchase here again.

For all of you that want to default to a Big Box Hardware store for your carpet needs, I strongly suggest you consider Alexanian Carpet and flooring on Appleby line in Burlington. The carpet we selected was beyond expectations and very luxurious and warm. But the biggest surprise was how low the price was. Chris Logan and his team are very professional, caring and dedicated to 100 percent customer satisfaction. 5 stars is NOT enough to say about Alexanian

I ordered Eclipse California shutters from this location back in September. I shopped around and their pricing was very good. Overall, everything went smoothly, except for a delay in the installation.

Just a word of advice if you do order from this company, make sure you keep on them to make sure they actually place your custom order after the installer stops by and measures your windows.

I waited over a month before finally calling and complaining and that's when they realized the order never actually was received by the manufacturer.

I waited all that time trying to be polite and it totally backfired. You need to be pushy if you want things to actually get done on schedule.

After complaining about the delay, they knocked $100 off my order.

At any rate, make sure you keep on these guys so that your shutters are ordered and installed in a timely manner.

Otherwise, the shutters are awesome and I'm very happy with them.

Had new stair carpets fitted on May 26th. The two young men that worked here pretty well all day did a great job. Thanks. Nita.

From the first carpet shopping visit to Burlington Alexanian store we knew we were getting the best selections anywhere. After choosing a wool product (they’re many choices) we were contacted by the Manager Ken Matpan himself on details, and with assurances that installing our chosen carpet at our Muskoka cottage would not be a problem.
After scheduling the install with a very helpful Adam we waited a short time for the day to finally arrive.
Installers Nail, Yusuf, and Kilic arrived at the specified time and began the install of 1850 sq ft of carpet including ripping out and disposing of existing carpet, in 6 large rooms and 2 staircase runners. Approx 9 hours later non stop they were finished and everything was spotless.

Great product knowledge (they sourced a rare tile for us to match an existing product in our client's home). Above and beyond anything we could have expected. And on top of that, great pricing. Chris at the Burlington location was amazing. We stopped by on New year's Eve to get a few quotes. He was the only one available and took the time to explain our options. He guided us through everything and gave us updates on the way on order status. The Installer, Zafar, was so great. Made it look easy to install.

We had some issues with a floor installation that was a year and a half old. Contacted Ken and Justin at the Burlington store who immediately dispatched a team to review what was happening. The floor was replaced the Installers were great to work with and did a top shelf job. I am happy wife is happy

We were looking for some new carpet or flooring options for a walk-in closet renovation. We stopped in Alexanian's initially to look at carpet tiles and received fantastic service from Chris. After taking samples home we decided against that option. Returning the samples we had a discussion with Haley and Ken the store manager. Both of whom were courteous and super helpful. They suggested we take a look at their end of roll offcuts stored in the back as an economical solution. We got a great deal on a fantastic carpet, and bought a high quality underpad. We left left extremely satisfied with an economically priced solution. The service and assistance was top notch and I would highly encourage you to pay a visit if you are looking for flooring options, if you want a helpful and no pressure sales experience. Worth the visit.

Less than a year old and $5K spent on 2 sets of stairs and 2 bedrooms. Was very clear we had a 14 year old dog and was Sold on a pet friendly product.

This carpet can not be cleaned personally. Can barely take a small coffee spill nevermind a little dog sickness.

Already paid to have them clean it once. And was charged more than what was quoted. Pretty disappointing based on previous reviews.

Purchased a new area rug and underpadding last week. I am so thrilled with it, it is exactly what I wanted! I was helped by Chris in your Burlington store, who made my purchase so easy. He was professional and so helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed choice, explaining the warranty to us and policy if the rug did not work out, and walking us through the purchase step by step. A few days after purchasing the rug, Chris followed up to make sure we were happy with it. I am so happy with both the carpet which looks amazing in my living room, and the service I received.
