They moved locations “beside the mandarin at Center mall “ friendly staff and very clean place. Most places I called were booking 3 months but I needed immediate help. Called Tuesday was seen the Thursday.

Came with my son to get an xray. Receptionist extremely unpleasant, firm, direct and overall in a pissy mood. Place feels and looks like a morgue. Won’t be coming back.

The receptionist provided incorrect information. I informed her of a replacement health card I was expecting in the mail, have the number still. She said just come in, there would be no problem. I went in, to be told that they would not do the ultrasound without the new version code. Thankfully I have a phone, called Ontario Health, and got the code. Oddly, my doctor had seen me the previous day without any if this hassle, and provided the requisition! The receptionist here, though is rude and patronizing. I recommend avoiding this place.

Got appointment same week. Burlington clinics were booking 3 months ahead! Friendly staff, very accommodating even though I was 20 minutes late. Free 2-hour parking on Main St across from clinic.

Clean building. Professional and friendly staff. Parking can be a little tricky but I found a legal spot on a side street. Gave 4 stars because the washroom was freezing. I realize it is an old building but surely something can be done about it.

Very good office, outstanding service under Manager Maria, and receptionist Christiana is very detailed and caring to the patient.

With the building being downtown Hamilton it’s regular to be older/dated. Hamilton is very historical. Parking was easy lots on the street in front also. The place is clean both ladies were super welcoming and also made my husband feel like he was a part of the experience. I’ve noticed since Covid a lot of clinics shut the support system woman have with them out so this was also a big thing for me. The ultrasound tech was super friendly and guided me though whatever questions I had. Thank you guys!

The building and office were very clean. Surprisingly clean compare to what you would think was inside this old building. Staff were very professional and friendly.clean washroom and waiting area with plenty of space and sanitizer stations and napkins. Did not wait long to see staff. They were attentive and answered questions well.

Great staff, very respectful and thorough.my doctor didn’t sign the requisition so there was a problem but the receptionist Maria was able to help out and i was able to get my ultrasound done, and the ultrasound technician Olga was great.both staff i interacted with were very professional and respectful and i appreciated it so much.i hope that they get paid vacations, they certainly deserve it! I will definitely come back here if i ever need these services again.
