I love this place. Every time I go,
I wish I booked a longer massage. The only complaint I have is the staff aren’t considerate of patrons relaxation when they communicate by shouting outside the room door.

Booked a couple massage and it was amazing! Thanks to Annie my body felt way much better after the appointment.

Horrible customer service! Called to book an appointment. She picked up by just saying hello in a rude manner and the whole time talked to us in a passive aggressive tone. Massage places are supposed to be relaxing and she sounded the opposite.

One of the few spas that actually answers their phone! They’re accommodating and helpful. Masseuse are okay.

I went in today for a couples massage with my daughter. Booked online, and showed up for our massage. There was NO consultation with the receptionist beforehand, she wasn’t even there when we showed up. The massages were decent, no real complaint there. It was everything afterwards that blew my mind.

After our massage I was told by the receptionist that to get insurance receipts you need to tell them before the massage. That makes zero sense, since it’s just a receipt. After waiting all day for them to call me to “figure it out” I phoned back and was told their “online special” is not with an RMT. Is that even legal?

Anyone checking this place out should be very careful because after this experience the place seems very shady to me.

I should add this was the Scarborough location. I have not been to any of their other locations.

Unprofessional on timing, I had an appointment at 3 and I got call from them asking me to come early if I want cause they are free. I arrived there by 2: 55 and I got to wait in the room till 3: 15 after 20 minutes waiting they told me sorry the masseuse was with other client. I just decide to leave the place cause was disrespectful for my time.

Wonderful experience and nice services surely will return and to share with family and friends.

The vibe of the place is good and that’s the only good thing about it. The rooms are nice but the massage beds are not so comfortable. I couldn’t even fit properly on them. Also the room felt cold, there were no heated sheets either and they didn’t even dim the lights until almost done and even thats not the worst thing about the place, their massage therapists are. I cant believe they are registered therapists. I never felt soo irritated while getting a massage. Felt like they didn’t know what they were doing, didn’t target a proper area and were just doing something all over. I would NEVER pay to get massages from them. The only good thing was heated stone massages I guess.

Friendly staff, amazing massage and same day walk in appointments available. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended

I had the worst message ever. She used a very tense elbow pressure that game me a lot of pain. It was supposed to be a whole body message but many areas in my body was ignored, while I asked the lady to do everywhere. The receptionist are nice at first but when you give feedback then they start talking in Chinese and make you feel uncomfortable. I won’t come back to this place. They might have couple people who give good message, but the one I got didn’t know how to do message and only focused on shoulder and arms which are my problematic areas but I didn’t ask to only get those areas worked up.

Sabrina was amazing. She gave me a very relaxing massage. My tight muscles & knots are all gone. She's very accommodating and considerate. 5 stars for her.

To the management: would be nice to address to some of the negative comments and not just the positive ones!

Very rude receptionist! I’m about to start my conversations with her and she’s saying no booking she doesn’t even know what will I ask her and she hangs up the phone. If she has an issue with herself she should not be answering phone or stay in your reception area, she doesn’t have good communication or manners to deal with your clients. I don’t know if she understands English as well

Had a great and unique experience with acupuncture. Highly recommend this place especially if you are trying to do something special with your partner.

Worst massage place. The masseuse who they said was an rmt but for sure was not, used her elbows which she dug in my lower back and the massage bed was so uncomfortable with no cushioning that I hurt my neck. They charge $100 + tax for 60 min and the massage was less than 50 min. I could have paid the same to go to a reputable RMT that actually knows what they are doing. This place is a joke.

Worst massage I’ve had till date. Would not recommend it to anyone. In fact I would strongly recommend against it. The lady doing my massage was inexperienced. She didn’t know any English at all so when I asked her to put less pressure, she couldn’t understand. Within hours of coming home my skin and tissues were extremely unbearably sore and tender to the touch. Please don’t go here. The experience was not relaxing at all.

The worst Masage place. I booked a massage appointment because I have insurance coverage, and they said we will provide you with the receipt. After the Massage they said no we don’t provide you with the receipt. Even the Massage when I booked it I booked a relaxing massage but they did the opposite. I will never go at this place again.

Good experience as always at Alfa spa. Clean interior, no annoying over the top "oriental" music (which i think is racist to be honest) and easy to read receipts for insurance purposes. And above all, a great massage (good pressure, releases knots).

I booked a couples massage, for my mom and I. Jo and Emily gave us the massage. It was the most relaxing massage we've had! They were both friendly and gave great service as well as customer service. I had a lot of knots and tension, and left there feeling so relaxed. My mom also enjoyed the experience and even fell asleep because she was so relaxed. I'll definitely be going back and I highly recommend you go check them out!

I called for the appointment in the morning and I went for the massage on the afternoon. Nice, clean place!
The receptionist is professional, and the lady who did the massage was very good! Telling me about the hot stones, and the oil. I have a lot of pain in my legs and my neck. After the massage I felt fantastic!

They helped a lot when trying to get my family a surprise massage and was really accommodating to some small complications like changing time and being late. The receptionist was super sweet and understanding even when we were being a bit difficult! Would come again to try for myself!

First time going here. It will definitely be the last. Worst massage I ever had in my life. For the first 10 minutes, the massage therapist was basically just resting one elbow or forearm on me while texting on her phone. I looked up and caught her in the act. I had to tell her to stop texting and focus on me. She then lied about texting since the start of the massage. Never get a massage here.

Decent for weak & sensitive body but not worth the price as well as the advertised service. My selected services was preformed amateur and I would not highly recommend this spa:) i gave them a undeserving tip as a farewell good bye.

A very enjoyable spa package, a nice massage, a simple facial, and a great body scrub, will definitely be coming back. To update: I still go here and use their RMT services, they have a great massages and a friendly staff!

Best place. They have good experienced massage therapists and acupuncture. I have been going to this location almost three years. It's clean, and they are so professional. They provide cheap packages for massage if you don't have insurance. Also they have a variety of services such as Facials, chiropractor and Foot massage. Ivy is my therapist, she is the best.

I have gone multiple times for the past 3 years.very professional.easy to get the insurance claim.they have good therapists most of the time
