Receiving at rear of building. Backup from road. Very tight Backup. Quick unloading.

This is worst Place Receiver is very Rude and take two Hours to offload one Truck and only one Dock for Receiving and one Receiver who first offload Truck then move stuff from dock area and stage everything in second Building, After that He will start offloading next Truck. No truck parking you have to park truck on Road they don't care your Truck park on road.

Pros
-Work place safety is good.
-Reasonable benefits (health, dental etc)
-Average worker compesation (wages and salaries)
Cons
- They say they are committed to diversity but in actual sense they keep Black People and Phillipines in the lowest jobs. Its probably why they employ lots of immigrants who havent seen better and wont complain.
- There is poor on-job training and slow career growth.
- Managers and HR mostly care about Co.interests sometimes over looking employees' interests
- No single measures taken to accommodate People with Disabilities.
Recommendation: If you consider working there dont expect much.
