Rented a canoe from the Minden location. The staff there, Karen, deserves a raise. She was excellent with setting us up with the equipment and a few last minute items from the shop. Highly recommend.

Popped in here while I was in the area at my friend's cottage just to browse kayaks and Sara (staff) was so nice and helpful that I left with one! They helped us get it on the car and took the time to teach us some tips and tricks. Would definitely recommend checking out the place if it's close by.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Shoutout to Emma for helping so much! Did everything she could to help us with some wakeboard parts and it all worked out perfectly.

My sister went in for a used SUP, as recommended by the Haliburton store. Took time to get assistance. Then had to go to the basement to ask someone. " manager". Said check again later then a half attempt to sell a new one.
I bought a gift certificate last year, but a challenging event as they couldn't figure it out. I ended up having to go to Haliburton.

Rented a kayak and canoe from this place! Reasonable price, great product. We especially liked the kayak! They helped us load my truck and gave us all the straps and buffers we needed. Would rent again.

We rented a paddle board for the week as my grandchildren were coming up for a visit and the experience was fabulous. Last year we rented a smaller one and our experience was great then as well. The staff are super helpful, tied everything on our vehicle, gave us helpful tips and the board was wonderful. My grandkids can hardly wait to come again and experience it all over again. Thanks everybody.
