The worst chicken platter ever!
The chicken leg was cold!
The rice was uncooked and I already feel that I got food poisoning.
Stay away of this place.

Very horrible portioning! I go to any other ali babas and it'll get double! Service was terrible, they were lost, confused for me trying to get 5 items! And the store was empty so it wasn't even busy. They had their own food which wasn't part of what they sold right on the line with everything else, open for everyone to see! Overall bad experience. Never coming back to this store.

Shwarma Is half the size it used to be person working was rude and rushing not as good as it was a few months back. Employees were more polite and were not rushing the process of making the wrap

Disgusting looked like food picked out of a garbage can, ordered Two chicken schwarmer wraps we got nothing even close to it.

Rude staff and raciest. 5 people walked after me got served first.owner started cursing when asked for reason

Food tasted great! Portion size was good, everything was fresh and prices are reasonable. Staff are very kind and quick. Definitely my go to when I am in Bloor West area.

I have noticed that the last 2 weeks, on Tuesdays, the falafel wrap is basically filled with lettuce and all the previous ingredients are barely inside, if any. The wrap is very dry, almost has none of the sauces on it. It is very unsatisfying and I'm still hungry after eating a whole falafel. Too bad, I like this place but maybe I'll stop going there.

I had chicken shawarma wrap today from this location, no greeting no welcome. I bought food and left, I was fasting I took 1st bite and I realized something is off but I was hungry I kept eating. I couldn’t finish it all and ate half of it and disposed of the remaining. I didn’t eat anything after that. I got an upset stomach from that wrap, it wasn’t fresh. I’m never going to that location again.

Ordered via Ritual and when we got there they told us that Ritual orders weren’t being accepted, and they hadn’t started making our food yet. Once they did and it was finished, they made us pay again in store even though our cards had already been charged by Ritual. Apparently this was something the manager made them do (who wasn’t on site to be asked about it). Had to go through Ritual for a refund.

One of the best shawarmas I had in a long time. Chicken was seasoned well and everything together was perfect!

Place looks and feels like a dump. I got a falafel wrap, and the falafel was already cooked (I don't know for how long). The falafel pieces themselves were gritty and frankly pretty gross.

I go to a lot of shawarma spots and ali babas usually is low on my list but this location makes a GREAT shawarma. And the woman working was super nice definitely will be back:)

Absolutely fabulous! Staff is friendly and welcoming.meat is juicy and flavorful, tomatoes are incredibly fresh and substantial amount of sauce to cover everything.service is amazing:) i eat there quite a bit, very very good!
