I think we should understand that the office has limited control over IRCC cases. I would like to express my gratitude from Ms. Janet and office staff for their follow up. It took time but they did whatever they could.

Very disappointing. PLEASE don’t waste your time to call or email them. They can not help you for anything.
Don’t vote for this guy next time. He doesn’t care about people.

I reached out to their office last year regarding an issue with my permanent residence application. They gave me an update on the status, and I was told to contact/email them again after 3 months to get another update. I waited more than 3 months and sent them an email twice, but I didn't hear anything from them anymore, not even an acknowledgment that they received my email. I just felt ignored & I'm really disappointed. Meanwhile, I hear many other people who are in the same situation as I am, who live in other areas in Toronto, who are getting timely response from their MP's office.

I have contacted Ali Ehsassi's office for my immigration case. They were very professional and provide support on my concern.
I appreciate their timely help especially nowadays where IRCC does not respond to any enquiry. Special thanks to Tanveer for her support.

Very disappointing service, in public they say they care about family of victims of flight PS752 but when it comes to action to take care of us mentally they ignore us. After 6 months of wait and uncertainty (never gave us update or at least replied back to our emails) they closed our case yesterday without any more details. Actually it wasn't my first unsuccessful experience with them, you always receive ignorance from them. I had no other options as I live in Willowdale.

Tanveer is amazing and very responsive when it comes to helping me with my issues. She is very professional and great at communicating. Thank you so much for providing me assistance which helped me in resolving my issues!
