Went and saw Jana today for massage and I am sooo glad that I did. She really helped me with my pain and also was just such a pleasure to chat with. She really knows her stuff, I have a lot of respect for this woman that I’ve only spoken to for an hour haha thank you, Jana! Will be back.

I booked an appointment based on the reviews here and I was very disappointed. The masseuse at parkdale wasn’t friendly, gave very short answers, and didn’t increase the pressure when I asked her to. I was relying on her experience for treatment and asked her for input but her responses were brief to the extent I was uncomfortable. I couldn’t relax at all and I didn’t enjoy or benefit from the massage (I suffer from low back pain and sciatica).

I would post the name of my therapist but then it would be harder for me to book if I let the secret out ;)

Molly was amazing. I was in a lot of pain in my neck, shoulder and jaw due to various stressors and previous injuries. I hadn’t had treatment in a few months and was able to sneak in a last minute appointment and Molly was fantastic. I left painless and with way more mobility in my neck after only one hour. Can’t rave enough about how happy I was to have this relief! Thank you Align team

Calm, relaxed atmosphere. Very clean. I always see Kelly when I go for my massage, she is truly amazing. She balances all areas perfectly, is able to smooth out my many knots without putting an elbow through me, she has a great intuition for when to chat and when I just want to relax and zone out. I feel like a new person when I leave.
I like the new location on Parkdale. Accessible, perfect for some lunch and shopping plus the best bonus.just a few blocks from Suzy Q donuts!

Just had my first appointment at the Barhaven location with Aaron Johnston and feel 10 years younger. The clinic is clean and inviting and Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and very good as a massage therapist. Would definitely recommend this business.

I have been here once and I can't complaint. Kelly is an amazing therapist and always willing to address your complaints. They take well precautions against Covid 19 and you can book your appointment online.

I will elaborate for you. I had a ver displeasing conversation over the phone when trying to book and appointment. I was put on hold for about 7 minutes then the phone hung up no call back. I did call back myself however the phone was picked up and no one said a word. Thank you for that:)

Cailey Schaffler at Align Cooper is an amazing RMT! She really helped with my recovery from a whiplash injury. Highly recommend!

I've been going to see Diana at the Cooper location since November 2018. She is amazing. Even with the deep tissue work, it's not very painful. I'm sore after for sure. I'd say my favorite part is the mint oil she uses that reduces inflammation. I've seen her for my back injuries and I always leave feeling better then I did walking in.

I've been coming here for about two years now and it always helps so much. I see Emily and she's awesome. She listens, asks questions, and helps narrow down the possible root causes of my pain and soreness. She also gives me stretches to do at home and ideas to help prevent my issues in the future. Love her and highly recommend!

Had my first massage at Align. Jade listened to what my problem was and really focused on that area. She also gave other tips on what might help me. Overall good experience, would certainly recommend.
