Align Massage Therapy

I've been seeing Francis Huot for a year, and he's simply amazing. If you want someone who is attentive, professional, and damn good at their job, make an appointment today.

I have seen Avi twice and plan to continue with treatments with Avi. He sure knows how to work out the knots and shares his knowledge to help with recovery. Nice clean location. I highly recommend Avi. The entrance is on Charlotte street and not obvious from the corner of Rideau.

This was my first time trying to book with this company. Yesterday (12/07) at 9: 08am, I had successfully booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage with an RMT named Francis Huot, for today (12/08) at 4: 45pm.

But this morning at 8: 00am, I received an email from the booking system stating that my appointment had been suddenly moved to 12/16, but I cannot make it that day.

I have never heard of any institution changing someone’s appointment without asking the client if the new time slot is acceptable first. Very bizarre and unprofessional.

I cancelled this appointment and switched to another RMT at the same location who apparently will see me on the 11th instead of the 16th as I am in serious pain.

I will update the review with the quality of the service, but so far there is a shocking lack of consideration for the client. They didn’t try to call me to explain why this happened nor why mine was the only appointment that was cancelled by Francis today.

The massage treatment with Sébastien was very helpful for my problems with my back, shoulder blades and neck! It was very much geared to be deep tissue and to open up the area. For the next few days after I felt more opened up in the area than I ever had in years. It still feels better 5 days later even though I had to have a gastroscopy in that time. I will for sure come back to see him again:) so I increased my rating. Thanks!

Staff are welcoming & the space feels friendly and calm, not in anyway intimidating. Ciara was awesome, very communicative in her treatment/approach, attentive to pain and personable. A great place to destress!

My first time going to Align on Beechwood and the service was wonderful. I booked with Nancy; my appointment was punctual and the massage was perfect. She asked if the pressure was okay and then dug out knots I didn’t even realize were hiding under the knots I could feel. Honestly, the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ari can apply as much pressure as you like. Go see him for an effective (yet sometimes painful) massage

Avi Davies is excellent. He always knows just how to fix the problem, and is professional and courteous. An excellent therapist and treatments are always amazing!

Parking was a bit tricky but it was well worth it. I had a wonderful 60 minute massage. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They even accommodated my schedule last minute. Align massage therapy also donates to many of the charities I work for throughout the Ottawa area.

Great atmosphere and all the RMT's I've had have been awesome and knowledgable. Very professional. I go to Beachwood and bank st locations.

Laine Magic Hands Robertson is THE best therapist I’ve ever had, I highly recommend booking with her, very professional with just the right amount of pressure, she knows her stuff.

This is my go-to for massage therapy. You can submit services to your insurance company as staff members are Registered Massage Therapists. Moreover, they offer a variety of treatments such as hot stone massages, acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, etc. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive. I highly recommend.
