Had massage therapy from two therapists and they were great. It's sometimes difficult to book there due to their hours.

Leslie Chan has MAGIC HANDS. Do yourself a major favour and go and see her. Head and shoulders above others in terms of skill and expertise. She listens & incorporates client needs into her therapy like no other. She is the loveliest human, to boot. #lesliechanRMTsuperfan

Amazing staff, my son, whos 11 attended, thectherapist spoke to him about games and cartoons and made him feel welcome the entire time.
Would highly recommend.

Clean. Efficient. RMT MacKenzie H.was extremely kind and professional. She was able to work out many of my knots and provided exceptional customer service. Looking forward to visi again.

The first massage I have had during the pandemic. Was so relaxing and enjoyable. Isabelle listened to what was bothering me and did a great job of soothing those areas.

Amazing place! Lots of safety measures in place. Dom is amazing and has been helping me get rid of chronic headaches.

I’ve been to both Rockland and Orleans locations and never been disappointed! Andrée-Anne at the Orleans location is awesome! Highly recommend

I have a long history of back, neck, and brain injuries. I’ve felt scared that I would find no relief with any RMT.
I decided to give it one more shot, and booked an appointment at Align. And I’m glad I did. I do “Cupping Message Therapy” with Karen, and it has been a life changing experience where I get moments of pain relief.
The only reason why it’s not a 5/5 had nothing to do with the staff. The parking lot isn’t well organized, so it would be best to show up for an appointment at least 10 minutes early.

Karen does a phenomenal deep tissue massage, they don't have direct billing. But totally worth waiting a few days to be reimbursed.

I went to see Andree-Anne double weeks ago and I didn't have good experience at all she kept cracking her knuckles against my neck muscles more the dozen of times which is very close to my ears I was counting the minutes to leave.never again!

I have had great experiences at the Orleans location and Beachwood location in the past, but unfortunately I have had two bad experiences at the Orleans location recently with the same RMT. I am not one to complain, and I have been to this establishment more then a handful of times and I would have expected more. Clearly this company does not value their returning clients, or clients in general. The customer service I received left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this establishment to my patients.
