Worst clinic ever to be in! Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs! The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They talk to you in a condescending way and act as if they own the country lol The wait time to see the doctor (with an appointment) is at least 30 minutes if you are on your lucky day. I have been to many doctors there, some are even worse than their receptionists. (Some) Don’t even care to follow up! I’m wondering how this clinic is still operating

All around not happy. Receptionists mostly to blame. Just terrible attitudes and act like they own the place. Never answer and when they do they are extremely rude and unhelpful

This clinic used to be great, but ever since they refused walk-in's it is impossible to see your doctor. I have called 8 times this week and nobody answers the phone. The last time someone answered the phone they told me they had no appointments until 3 weeks from then but to call back the next morning in case something opens. I called in the morning 6 times and nobody answered. Please consider another location if you have chronic illness as they won't be available most the time to help.

Why no one is taking any action against the unfair medical system in Canada? There are no walk-ins and family doctor appointments are weeks to month waitings. What are we supposed to do when we are in pain and who take the responsibility of Canadians health? No doctor care about any patient and that’s the sad reality.: (

Front desk (Asian face with glass) today on duty is so unreasonable. My father was not covered by OHIP just needs Dr. Jiang to refillhis prescription for diabetes it will not take more than 1 min but the same front desk insist we MUST pay $80 for refill the prescription. The prescription request was sent by fax and received by the clinic last weekend. The front desk insists that doctor wants us to pay but when we asked another front desk she confirmed that dr. Jiang did not leave any note for paying. My parents are more than 70 yrs old they have been in the clinic yesterday and was told by the front desk on duty yesterday around 11 a.m. That 1. Clinic received the prescripion request 2. Although not covered by OHIP we don't need to pay if only refill prescription.
We have to wait until 17: 00 to see Dr. Jiang when he finishes his duty to try whether we can be waved by the fee.
This is unfair to ask us to pay for $80 just for prescription.

Generally, the service here is deteriorating to the extent that patients are switching out to the extent they can. The way doctors are paid is to blame, a pharmacist told me there’s no incentive for doctors to be in their office. Today, 1st August, 2023, the doctors’ office is open but no one is here at 8: 15am. Two receptionists are supposed to be here, according to a doctor inside. No walk-ins are accepted. A registered patient has a 15 min window every morning, from 8: 30am to 8: 45am, to be seen that day. There are seven patients in the queue. My doctor is here for only an hour. Overall, it would seem that the CMA and the Ford government are making it difficult for patients to see their family doctor, such that private medicine becomes acceptable.

This is NOT a walk-in clinic for general public, don't be mislead - it's for registered patients only.

We have been seeing Dr. Kirsh at this location for more than 5 years. He is an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable and supportive, takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains the science, executes any required investigations and provides very thorough treatments. He also provides consultations over the phone for non urgent issues and usually calls back within 48 hours of asking for a call. This clinic used to be a walkin clinic, but this changed several years ago, and now it only offers walkins to registered clients. I have never had a problem to see Dr. Kirsh when I needed it, just come 30 minutes before the scheduled walkins start and usually the wait is minimal. Thank you Dr. Kirsh for all your support over the years!

We've been with Dr. Kirsh for so many years. Both Father and Son are amazing. They are our Family Doctors since 1996. Thank you.

ZERO STARTS! When We went to the Clinc at 4: 25 and the receptionist said it’s closed, and there was only one patient there! How lazy all the doctors are! And rude old lady receptionist, I am so frustrated and mad about how all their doctors don’t care about their patients.

Waited over a hour to been seen for a prescription for an allergic reaction. I was told that I had to be seen in person and still waited well over a hour. The doctor is incredibly slow. He literally had 8 patients before me.

Worst walk in clinic ever! I called to make an appointment and was required to make a payment $80 while one of my family members has paid $20. I definitely do not recommend this place

I went there today and had a bad experience. Filipino lady was not very welcoming and kinda rude.she also made mistake of not checking me in. So I waited over an hour even if I already had an appointment. Glad the other receptionist was very apologetic she made sure I get seen by the doctor right away. To that Filipino lady, please make sure you doing your work properly be nicer next time, life is too short

I went here for quick appointments and they did the trick. They did not take a detailed history or basic vitals. I would not go here for non-routine concerns. For a quick in-and-out appointment, they were good.

I have since moved away and have spent A YEAR trying to de-enrol as a patient here. I have called every month and each month they say they will put through the paperwork and don't. More recently I haven't been able to get through on the phone. I just get a busy signal.

I've had to go to other walk-ins which I know costs the doctor money and they don't seem to care.

I cannot use Health Care Connect until they de-enrol me which means I have been unable to find a new doctor.

Genuinely shocked at the poor reviews - I have been a walk in patient for over 10 years and finally decided to become a patient. Dr Sini is fast, pleasant and helpful!

I kinda don’t understand the poor ratings. For sure sometimes they may make people wait longer than desired but that’s so common with walkins. Service attitude is completely acceptable and trust me they are still improving compared to the ratings 5 months ago.

I have been with All About Health for many years now. I have nothing but great experience. Left a doctor who had me wait for 3+ hours for appointment before I came here. Dr Sini is caring, non-judgemental, very respectful, I never have to wait. Now during COVID, when asking pharmacy for prescription renewal, one of the doctors always calls to check on my situation, to make sure renewal is ok, my prescription is always renewed promptly. I just can't imagine a better team of doctors.

Dr David Kirsh is the best. Knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to. What more can you ask for.

I've never had an issue here and I've been a patient for about a year. I went in today and noticed that a handful of people waiting to be seen were all coughing into their hands, I was completely disgusted to see this and was very eager to get out of there. People are disgusting, no wonder so many end up sick, no sense of personal hygiene or proper coughing protocol.

Worst service, receptionists are unfriendly, I mean come on, they are giving me their Monday attitudes on a Thursday. Definitely wasted a lot of time: (

I used to like this place. Until today. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional and did not even say “hello” or acknowledge me. As soon as I told her what I was there for, she dismissed me and told me they couldn’t help me.

I’ve never had a problem with the doctors here. However this receptionist has soured my view of this walk in clinic.

Will not be back.

I went to see Dr. Kliman. He might be super experienced (based on the numbers of grey hairs he has) ; but he is the most rudest doctor I have ever met in Ontario.
He spent 2 mins to exam me. Then he stood up and was leaving the room. When I asked him how many pills should I take and how many times per day should I take. He answered me, ” you should ask the pharmacist “. Then he stood up and rushed out of the door. I understand his lunch hour is from 12-2pm. And at that time it was 12: 08pm. But as a professional, shouldn’t he put his patient first? !
I then went to Shoppers next door and asked for the pills. When I asked the pharmacist those two questions again, pharmacist replied, ” these are the questions you should ask your doctor. “ Then I told her Dr. Kliman told me to ask you guys. The pharmacist opened her mouth big and shocked!

I have had excellent service here for the past 10 years. Dr. Kako and Natalie in particular. I moved from another Dr.who I was quite happy with to Dr. Kako as my GP because the service is so good.
They do get very busy which requires efficiency.

My family and I have been visited this clinic since 2015. Although some staff are good and few are rude and unprofessional, but I see the most problem for this clinic is incompetent management, manager is responsible to see the feedbacks, hear it, and provides a neat and sustainable environment, what I have seen so far is just become worse and worse. Last time my wife booked 2 appointments for herself and I, when we went there, I learned there is one patient is booked between.my conversation is reached to an argue with the front desk, if some one accountable is reading this note, please understand the basic principle of a clinic is how to be organised, having manner has no cost. Family member must be booking consecutively, not as an every other patient

This has to be the worse clinic I’ve ever walked into. I made an appointment just before Xmas eve to see Dr. Kliman and had to wait 30 mins to see him despite an empty waiting room. Once I saw him it was as if he couldn’t wait to leave- constantly getting up from he seat and moving around by the door, not even making eye contact. I tried explaining the reason of my visit and he kept cutting me off and not listening to what I was saying. At one point he even laughed and asked me what I expect him to do a day before Xmas eve. Ghee idk doc maybe not act condescending af and try to make it feel like I’m being taken seriously? After about two minutes of talking over each other he left the room and didn’t even come back. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to wait for him or if that was the end of my visit. This man is a joke and needs to take his prehistoric a** back to med school. I think he skipped the part where you learn how to treat humans like humans. Straight trash of a person. I would never go to see this loser even if I was dying and he was the only ‘doctor’ around.
