This is the best daycare I've seen so far. I got referral from another mom who sent her kid here who had a great experience. I felt the same. The teachers are nice and caring. The director is very accommodating and responsive. The value is quite good too. I sent my first kid to another daycare that costed a lot more and had issues. Highly recommend!

My daughter has attended All About Kids since September 2019 and she absolutely loves it! The staff is friendly, caring, and always coming up with new things to do with the children. Crystal is a pleasure to deal with, as well as all the teachers in her classroom and in the toddler/infant rooms.

I enrolled my 18 months daughter to this daycare thinking having access to the cameras was a plus. Well, let me tell you! I regret with all my heat leaving my daughter to them. As time went on, I realized all the flaws and misconducts from some of the staff which led me to remove her from the program INMEDIATELY. The first week I left my daughter for half days after transition week I noticed they NEVER changed her diaper despite asking them to change it regularly [RED FLAG]. After 3 days, I left her full time. As I pick her up I ask “J” how was my daughter’s day and she replaied good. I do have access to the cameras but it happened before that I wasn’t able to see my daughter for over two hours and well you know, you also want to speak to the caregivers. Anyway, long story short, I get home, I check her diaper and surprise, my daughter’s diaper is so so tight I get disturbed. I immediately call Crystal to kindly ask her to make sure her diaper is no tight like that anymore. She asks me to talk to the caregivers directly so the following day I kindly ask ”G” to please don’t tight it like that. When I pick her up after a full day at the daycare (I couldn’t spot my daughter for 3 long hours during they day, I’ll get to this part later), I arrive to the car and I removed her snowsuit and realized my daughter’s diaper, AGAIN, was wrapped so tight her skin was red (lack of proper blood circulation). I took a picture and sent an email to Crystal (assistant) to let her know her diaper was so tight again for the SECOND time [more RED FLAGS]. I, again, kindly ask her for this to never happen again. She apologized. Well, that same day at night I gave my daughter her daily shower and as I undress her I realize she has bruises on her right body side at the height of her ribs just above her waist. Wait a minute, what? I think, are they bruises? I review them closely and in fact they are. I immediately take pictures and send an email to Crystal to tell her I found the bruises (weird spot to get a bruise) and that I wanted to know how they happened even if was by accident. She replied saying it didn’t happen at her daycare. I thus sent the formal removal from the program notice. You may think toddlers get bruises all the time but after so many red flags you just can’t leave your kid under their “CARE”. It was hard to believe she hit herself while at daycare specially when she was still adapting and was crying almost all day while being held. Now, on her very last day at the daycare, the exact same day I found the bruises I swing by mid day to check on my daughter because it was the second time I couldn’t see my daughter in the webcam for over 3 hours. I just presented my self out of nowhere and see my daughter is being held by ”G” who is trying to put my daughter to sleep but my daughter goes from closing her eyes to sorrowing with tired cries. “G” doesn’t see me but I saw how she, while still located out of the camera eye, deliberately places my daughter’s plush kitty on her face while still holding my daughter in her arms. “J” sees me and tells “G” I am looking at her. ”G” turns around and smiles. I continue to observe her for as long as I can but with all the disgust I was feeling I had to leave her because I had a meeting close by. I ran back to pick her up as fast as I could. When I pick her up I saw one of the caregivers handling a toddler with disregard by lifting a child by the wrist with an annoyed facial expression. All this red flags happened in a matter of 2 days and my maternal instincts told me this was not a place my daughter deserved to be at. I obviously never knew how my daughter got those nasty bruises because when I called the director she couldn’t care less. We leave our kids under their care thinking it’s safe to leave them and then this sort of things or worse happen at this centers. Be careful because even though it wasn’t a broken arm or a bright blood accident it definitely is a BIG RED FLAG. I never brought her back.

All About Kids Daycare (North York) is an amazing daycare. Being in the field of education, I whole-heartedly believe that I could not have found a better daycare for my 3 children. I have been a part of the All About Kids family for 6 years strong. I know when I go to work my kids are/were in the best hands. All About Kids provide great care for my children. The staff maintain a positive and productive daycare environment. They praise children regularly and ensure children are participating. They always speak to children in a respectful and honest manner and state expectations for behaviour when necessary. The staff always greet children to the classroom in the morning and listen attentively to their stories and comments. They always assist children in achieving a positive and safe integration into cultural, educational, social and recreational activities. It saddens me that my youngest will be graduating soon; we have created a strong bond with all the staff at All About Kids. They are outstanding, dedicated and patient team players.
