All About Sewing Machines

I live quite far from Barrie, but will make the 3 hour drive because I cannot say enough about the service. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly and every transaction has been a pleasure!

I have been a customer at All About Sewing both personally and for my industrial machine at work for years. Lloyd is a good, dependable sewing machine repair guy and my machines are running well. The new motor in the industrial just breathes new life into it and makes each stitch a joy.

I purchased my Q24 in May 2022 and it hasn’t stopped running since. Lloyd was a pleasure to work with. The entire team is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Courtney trained my for several weeks on the Q24. What a dream to have one on one training. Megan and Kim also amazing. Megan was responsible for the delivery and set up of my machine. I've known Floyd and his daughter Courtney for a couple years now used to take sewing classes there absolutely love them both very nice and friendly always towards me love taking the classes wish they would continue I bought several machines from him and never a problem always had the best experience and service with them will continue buying and going to his shop

Have had great service from Lloyd. I have bought a number of sewing machines plus a Bernina long Arm Q 24. Excellent store with great fabric.

Needing a part for our sewing machine i contacted this store and spoke with Ashlea.even though this was a small p[art and not a great deal of money i was treated with enthusiasm, knowledge, courtesy and prompt response.the part was back ordered and Ashlea followed up after a few weeks to keep me informed the part was coming but still back ordered.
This is the kind of service we all HOPE to get but never do. I highly recommend this store and Ashlea to anyone looking for a great service and products.thanks Ashlea.
