We had our front door replaced for the second time by All Brite after a break in and couldn’t be happier with their services. Their techs Aiden and Argyrios went above and beyond to help us!

Kosta Dimas and Argyrios Mitsiatos of ALL-BRITE GLASS/TINT did a fabulous job installing a new screen to our sliding door and replaced a cloudy picture window. Aidan and Kostas came by today to complete the window repair. They were friendly and efficient, as was Ionnis who came by last week.
They even cleaned the window inside and out and showed me how to do it.

On Monday I left a poor review for this business as their customer service line assured us they were open and my husband went down there to find the place closed called again and was told to wait and she would find out where the staff was he waited an hour and no call so finally left. After leaving a negative review and contacting the company, the owner called to share his displeasure with what happened and offered to fix our window chip for free the next day. It was the most responsive communication from a small business owner I have ever had simply outstanding.

Was pleasantly surprised by this service (I was a bit skeptical at first, since they do everything in your driveway). Chad did the install and was friendly and professional. Good value for price (and I do notice the acoustic glass difference which I upgraded to). Would recommend them and will definitely use their service in future!

Went in for a windshield replacement, had me in the next day and only took a couple hours and they handled all the insurance with great customer service.

On my way to Kitchener today, my windshield got hit by a rock and it chipped and started to spread. Pulled into to all brite and Zack saved the day. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

After showing up for my scheduled 10am appt time I was told that the glass was not there and asked to come back in 1-1/2 hours. After returning at 11: 30 and leaving the car for the requested 90 mins, I returned to be told that the window they had was the wrong one and wouldn't fit so they had to get the correct one delivered. It would be another ~2 hours PLUS due to an ordering error they only had the slow curing adhesive so it would take another ~45 mins after that before they could let me have the car. What a waste of my time this place was. The staff person seemed genuinely apologetic but didn't do or offer anything in compensation for my wasted day and back and forth travel hassles. I came here because it was closer than other options but will not use this place again.

Just had Jake and Shaymus do a replacement on a pain in my living room window. They were very professional. They took great care to fit the window properly and to seal it perfectly. I recommend these two gentlemen.

I had a window repair that has been long overdue. I work for a local home builder in the Guelph area and I would typically call on one of my vendors to do the job, but this time I took a different a approach and it seems like it paid off.

Al provided excellent customer service over the phone in regards to the sale itself. In addition, in order to have the work order finalized he had to send over technicians to measure the exact dimensions. And to my surprise, Jake and Yannis from All-Brite Glass & Tint provided such great and excellent customer service during their service call. They were both VERY professional, honest, and insightful. What more could you ask for from a local company?

I’ll be 100% recommending All-Brite to my family and friends.

I had my windshield replaced on BMW the guy’s dealt my insurance company the service was great they took the time to respond to my needs and they made sure that everything was done properly l drove from Cambridge to Kitchener on Manitou drive it was worth it

Shaymus and Jake did a great job replacing a fogged window at our house. We also hired them to re caulk around our windows and remove two very large mirrors from our bathrooms during a renovation. Very pleasant to deal with and professional.

I just had a service from All-Brite Glass & Tint to repair a small chip in my windshield. They were very professional and friendly. One of the employees there, Jackson, was super friendly and explained what needs to be done to avoid charges me unnecessary extra fees. Very honest. I will definitely go back here again.

Still giving you 5 stars because of how professional and easy the new windshield process went. But I have one for the wall of shame! Whoever put the cowl back on my truck pinched the washer fluid line instead of running it back in the notch in the cowl. Have a Merry Christmas everyone at all-brite!

Got my Windshield replaced for my Honda Civic as had a crack from stone-chip. Car was ready in couple of hours with Calibration done as well. Nice work done Would recommend.

Was in a jam and they bailed me out Big time! I can't thank them enough for their great service and availability. I was totally ignorant of window tinting when i called All-brite. The customer service representative was really patient in giving me all the detailed information and a good price as well. I was able to get an immediate appointment and the work was done with perfection. I honestly recommend their service.

After many years and 10 - 20 family cars having tinting done, I must say I have never been so disappointed with the initial call and a second call to request for a deposit to hold the appointment.

The initial call was quite long just to get all my information and request. I was asked the same question several times and the call taker seemed quite distracted and did not listen to my answers. At the end of the call (10 minutes) I was told that I would get a call back to assign a time.

I was called later the following day by a much friendlier scheduler and an appointment was made but then I was asked to make a $50 deposit to "hold" my appointment! Huh? It was explained that the workers have to come in from "far" away and there was no exceptions, even for a long time customer who was never late or failed to show up.

I don't have to make a deposit on most thing I order, especially for a $150 job. I've trusted my new vehicles with you and you can't even trust me to show up for an appointment that I make?

Sorry, no trust, no business.

The car was there 1 3/4 hours first time, it was done too fast hence issues then when brought got excesses as to why instead of apologizing and fixing spent and 3 hours. I won’t tint my next car there. So many waivers to sign guess they have too many issues with other customers in the past.

I got the windows tinted on my Jeep Cherokee. I got the standard tint on my front driver side and passenger side, and then the darkest tint they had for my back windows and rear window. The tint is high quality, and the warranty is amazing. The installation team really know what they are doing and now my Jeep looks beautiful.
The price is competitive, and the quality is top notch. I highly recommend All Bright Glass for your tinting needs. They are the best in the business!

Super efficient, price was fair, and incredibly helpful too. Julianny, the lady at the front desk was amazing! She delt with my insurance company and got my coverage rolling so that I had my cracked windshield covered. I felt safe too, which has (sadly) not always been the case in different auto-shops here in this region. I would definitely go back there and I hope they keep up the great service.

I haven’t had the chance to get back to have All-Brite perform the 3 day confirmation of the window tints on my 2007 Toyota Matrix yet, but will do so tomorrow! I just want to follow their instructions to the letter, so that I will not compromise their work in any way!

From what I have seen so far, they’ve done an awesome job! The car looks SO much better but, far more importantly, it cools off so much quicker when the a/c is turned on, and provides so much relief from the sun’s glare, which really causes me problems with my eyes! I can also tell that the amount of UV blockage will be AWESOME for me as well as the privacy without a trunk…relying only on a hatchback!

So, barring any unforeseen issues when they check it out tomorrow…I couldn’t be more happy!

Very clean facility, easy to make an appointment and get the information I needed. Tint looks awesome. It no longer feels like Im driving a fish bowl around. Wish I'd done it sooner.

Overall good experience. Got my vehicle tinted and when I came back for the inspection they noticed the tint was not to their liking. They replaced the tint and it looks great. I would recommend getting your vehicle tinted at All-Brite. They also accepted the the groupon with no issues.

We found Albrite glass and tint after an exhausting search on the internet for somewhere to have the thermal panes of glass cleaned in our winnebago motorhome. Winnebago no longer makes the sealed units for replacement purposes. After an initial meeting and discussion on the best solution Terry and his team have done an amazing job restoring one drivers side etched and dirty unit to crystal clear. The passenger side unit the same. Can not thank them enough. We can see through both windows just like new. When i spoke to Terry when i picked the RV up i was amazed at the other glass services they provide. Any glass work you need done, speak to Terry first, especially if it involves tempered and thermal units.great work thank you, thank you.

I got my front driver and front passenger windows tinted for my vehicle this past week and so far it's looking fabulous! When I received a quote, they did not include the small windows at the front in which my total cost was $30 more which is fine. The technician pointed out to me that there was something stuck on my window that he could not take off so when the tint goes on, I might notice it. That was very thoughtful of him. Overall, the staff were great and the process was quick and smooth!
