My experience with this taxi service is nothing new. I had called the day before (yesterday) to book a taxi service to pick up my daughter at 6: 15 AM the next morning to go to work. At 6: 10AM, I called to reconfirm that the taxi was on its way to pick up my daughter, and they confirmed that it was on its way. Great! I called again at 6: 30AM to see where the taxi was and the dispatcher on the new shift change confirmed there was no taxi coming because both vehicles on duty were out of town at the moment. She said there was nothing in the system, stating that there was a ride booked, yet I had just spoken to someone 20 minutes earlier who confirmed they were on their way. I had to scramble last minute to get my daughter a ride to work for 7AM. I’m so disappointed with your services, your lack of customer service, and your unreliability. Shame on you. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I did not use this cab because every time I call they are never available at all so how they even make money is beyond me

Had a great ride home. Was very pleasant and nice to deal with. Great experience all the way around.
