I had the worst experience using this company to go on a family wedding / vacation, and if I could give a zero (0) rating I would. I thought that the service we received was terrible. I would email for assistance, and I wouldn’t hear back for quite some time. I would call, and was told to call back tomorrow because our representative, Bell, was out of the office. I called the next day, and as soon as the I asked for him, they would hang up on me. I felt like I had to beg for assistance.

I also have to say, they didn’t give us any flight details or times before we were required to pay our deposit. Once we paid our deposit, they gave us a flight time for later in the evening, which made us lose a day. The return flight was also late in the evening, which meant that they expected us to check out and linger around for hours to leave late at night. They ended up changing the flight to an earlier one, after someone from our group expressed how disappointed the group was—but it didn’t appear to be an easy process.

I also found the prices to be higher than what I could find on Expedia, which was upsetting to me. I asked to upgrade my room and they wanted $281 per person (the upgrade was included in the price on Expedia). I called the resort, and I was glad I did, because they upgraded the room for $280 USD per room, not per person; so I found it cheaper to upgrade directly through the resort and not All Link Travel Inc.

I would recommend someone looks elsewhere for booking a vacation—I was so stressed out trying to communicate with the representatives. I was hung up on time and time again, and I was incredibly polite because I used to work in customer service and know what people go through (and they had my deposit money!). I also felt as though that they overcharged when looking at what other people in our group got buying elsewhere.

I would never book with this company again—nor would I recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a smooth experience booking a trip. You will likely find cheaper rates elsewhere and for a way less hassle based on my and my families experience.

I have never encountered a more unprofessional business. I had a horrible experience with the staff who I believe acted unprofessionally and without any regard for customer service. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. They do not value their customers based on my experience

I bought the tickets two times with this company and will never ever buy a ticket from Air link Travel Inc throughout my life.

First time in year 2022 when I had to go from Winnipeg to New Delhi. My experience was Okay with the company then I called them again in August 2023 to book the ticket again for India from Winnipeg to New Delhi.

This time I had the worst experience with All Link Travel Inc company.

Firstly, they charged me more than $125 the price was shown on the website of Air Canada.

Secondly, they did not explain any policy of their company for making a change in the flight when you are booking with them.

After deducting the money for the flight, they will send you the terms and conditions which is almost like a long boring book to read. In that email the policies are made so complicated, the customer will never ever think to make a change in his flight.

For example, they will charge you $450 as their Administrative Charges to change a date of Air Canada flight which is just $150 if you book through Air Canada directly.

Thirdly, I called the person name is BALLA to make a change in my flight then he was so rude that I had to cut my phone in half.
He said, “ you are repeating the same things again and again. Never book the ticket with All Link Travel Inc…. Go book directly…. ”

Why he did not say these things when I was booking the ticket with them in year 2022 and 2023 “ Go Book Directly” and Asking questions is the right of a Customer Mr BALLA Ji……

To Conclude, I will buy the ticket from the Websites of Airlines or Expedia but will never ever book my Air Ticket with this company.

I will like to pay more with Air Canada directly instead of feeling Guilty, Insulted or Ashamed after booking a ticket with All Link Travel Inc.

Never Ever Book Your Ticket with All Link Travel Inc if you want to stay Mentally, Financially and Emotionally stable for your Travelling…. Please…. Please…. Please

These guys are literally thieves they charge 500 dollars for date change and 500 dollars for refunding tickets my flight got canceled due to covid- 19 the airline company gave the money back but still charge 500 dollars illegal never book a ticket from here

Booked a package to Cuba for my family.process was very smooth and easy.very happy with the service from all link.

Worst travel agency ever. They always have highest price for any ticket booking and they never gonna give you any refund if you cancle your booking.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Very bad experince. Their wording is totally different before & after the tickets. After that they don’t pick your calls and won’t listen to you.

Great Experience with All link travel! They provide Outstanding customer service at reasonable prices.
