This small business has an amazing selection of high quality pet food, treats, toys and anything else you could need! All of the staff are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. You also get lots of free samples and gift bags when you shop there. This is where I buy all of my wet and dry kitten food, treats, and toys. I'd highly recommend All Pets:)

Our elderly cat has been having irregularities and we have been scrambling to try out all different kinds of fibre and probiotic supplements but all to no avail. One of the people here recommend a seed supplement for us to try out and after a few days our cat is completely back to her regluarity.

Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The pricing here is very reasonable and is perhaps the best in this neighbourhood. Love this place. 10/10.

I was visiting Toronto from nyc and needed to get some food for my doggo for just 2 nights. The guy with the dreads was Sooooooo KIND nice and caring. I’m so astounded by this level of service. I’ve never been treated this welll. I don’t know if this is Canadian culture or whatever but this place is so freaking amazing. They gave me so many additional samples and treats for my dogs to they’ve never had before. I’m so happy! Thank you so much!

Not the biggest store but it's jammed back with alot of stuff. I purchase big country raw food for my dog which is hard to find at local pet stores.

This is a really good pet store! They have a selection of brands that you can't find in other places.

The entire staff have been very knowledgeable about the products and always happy to help with suggestions for my new kitten. A great find so close to home. Prices competitive with the large chains yet always fully stocked even when the others aren't.

They always send us home with free treats for our kitty and are just all around helpful as well as they carry a wide variety of high quality food and toys.

It's great to still see small businesses surviving and still giving students jobs in the pandemic. Thanks for the extra treats

Been going to All pets since September 2020. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable about animals and products. Everyone is nice and warm welcoming. Its easily the best pet store I have ever been to.

This is my go to pet store! The employees are very lovely and helpful every time.they also give you free goodies for you fur babies which is a really nice perk to shopping here, you get to try samples of what your pet may like)

There's a great range of products at competitive prices, since discovering this pet store we've stopped going to all the others. All the staff there are really nice and friendly, however, there is a male staff member there goes above and beyond. He is super knowledgable and super friendly, any time I speak to him it makes my day. It is my dogs favourite place in the whole world because she gets so much attention and treats when we visit, we can no longer walk up Church St without stopping by!

I started coming here because my cat has gotten a bit older and now needs wet food in his diet. I had been buying various brands from the grocery store but was unsatisfied by the nutritional content. The place that was here before, "Feed me more pet foods" was miles better in customer service, product quality and value for money.

You can't buy the cat food in bulk, only loose cans and the stock they keep on the shelves for each brand isn't even enough for a week if you bought all of it. Barely any of the food has a price on it meaning you can't browse and they know this because every time I've come in, I'm immediately pounced upon by the store keeper. They ask various, pointless questions and immediately recommend some expensive cat food brand or other. You have to directly ask for the price of each individual item or they won't tell you until after you're checking out.

And don't think you can get around this by ordering online, their online store simply lists all the food in all the varieties under a single "cat food" category meaning there's no way to sort through or compare brands, just an endless list of similar items.

What's worse than the service is the product; I've bought 6 different brands and varieties of food here and everything either makes my cat throw up or he just won't eat it making it less than useless compared to basic grocery store brands. Not to mention, nearly all of it stinks to high heaven so the uneaten, "premium" catfood will sit out and stink up my home until I scrape it out of my pet's dish and hand wash it.

All in all, I am amazed this place is still in business. Don't buy here.

Gaslighting male answered the phone when I called ahead to confirm closing time and that an order was ready for pick up.
He kept getting my name wrong and would not stop interrupting me when I'd try to correct him. I'm picking up the order because it's already paid for, but will never again do business with these misogynists.

Very positive experience with the store, affordable products and caring staff/owner. Store staff understood my concerns and needs of my dogs and recommended the best products, no upselling or anything. Sometimes they also attach free small gift along with my purchase at checkout!

Emmanuel, the owner of the store, is who I have always dealt with and always had a pleasant experience with. The employee I recently interacted with (over the phone) was the worst experience I've had that I recall.

I am going to keep it short. I was treated with complete lack of respect and no intention to help what so ever. His language was completely inappropriate and disrespectful, and also included swearing. No I am not kidding. I can't imagine you wanting to have an employee like this working for you. Unfortunately, I will not be doing business with your store any more. I have no issue with you, you are great. I just wish I did not have to have such a bad experience with this employee. If you want to know more, just ask.

My favorite local pet supply store–the staff is super friendly and enthusiastic to learn about your pet's needs and offer guidance accordingly.
The store also complies with current mandates imposed on businesses (such as the requiring of face masks and occupancy limits) in a reasonable way.

I tried to do my part and help out local, privately owned business but it’s not worth it in this case, they very clearly do not care.
I order frozen raw for my dog, granted, their space for freezer food is limited but after already successfully placing two orders I was told today they would no longer be able to order it for me due to the lack of space.
We’re in the middle of a pandemic and this store is literally around the corner from me but it never even crossed their minds to offer for me to get a call when the truck arrives on Thursday so I can come around the corner and pick it up immediately. (Do you work from home? Do you live close by? Can you pick it up when it arrives so we don’t have to store it?) None of that and the employee just didn’t care to offer a solution.

This place has made it abundantly clear through their actions and attitude that they have zero interest in providing satisfactory customer service in the absolute least.

I had to ask him to wear a mask properly over his nose. He complied but he kept letting it hang low several times during my visit. And both the staff were talking to each other constantly, I had to call out a few times to get their attention and I was the only customer browsing. Seemed like they didn't want my business so I left after a while

There is one younger male employee here with lots of energy who is very helpful and kind, outside of that particular employee their customer service is a nightmare. The telephone etiquette and in person experience of their other employees is terrible and it shows that they have no grasp on their product or how to deal with customers needs. Small businesses need to be a lot more aware of how their customers are being treated, especially right now. Conducting a telephone conversation in a condescending manner is completely unacceptable.

Found myself a local pet store! Friendly customer service and had no issues in the last 2 visits. Plan to continue going!

All Pets has always stood out to me from other pet stores because of the staff's vast knowledge of their products and their great customer care. The owner and employees have consistently been super kind and helpful in finding products for my dog and the store always has everything I need. Especially during these financially difficult times of COVID-19, they were extra accommodating and understanding with a discount on their products showing their continuous care and support for their costumers and our pets along with various other measures. Overall, this is by far the best pet store here in Toronto!

At the end of the day there’s lots of pet stores to choose from. However what separates this store from others is their impeccable service. Emmanuel is so great! He always remembers me. My fur babies appreciate the samples that get thrown into my big orders. This store has a small town feel which is so rare and much needed in this city!

I will not be shopping here again. I've had two terrible experiences with a man who works here. First he was rude to me over the phone and second he didn't believe me when I came to get the rest of my order that another colleague had accidently messed up. I haven't had this bad of an experience as a customer in a long time.

I have been a customer of this store with my boyfriend for the last few months, the owner, the son and Mona have always been super helpful and always been able to assist with any inquiries we may had for our little kitten!

We also brought my boyfriend's sister earlier today to get few things for her new friend (a medium/big dog) and even though they didn't have the leash we were looking for, they were nice enough to show us a catalog and we were able to order the perfect one that meet our needs! On top of this we also receive often free treats for our Pet friends and this just show home awesome they are! Definitely suggest this place!
