Really don’t understand where these 5 star reviews are coming from. Maybe the other brokers from this brokerage are helpful but please avoid John. An individual who simply cannot do his job, can’t communicate and help out with clients. Rather sends them off to his assistant who is rude and aggressive. It takes weeks to get a simple answer from these guys. They charge you more than double the average insurance rates to get their 15-20%. Avoid these guys. Best way to go is to directly get insurance from a bank or insurance company, most brokers now only charge high to get their money up. Avoid John at all costs, a man with such ego who believes he doesn’t need to help you.

Exceptional service, the insurance guy John at All Risk Insurance was very knowledgeable. I truly felt the customer experience was fantastic and in addition my rate had dropped almost in half. I highly would recommend John at All Risk to all my close friends and colleagues.
