My family and I have been buying tickets for years now with all seasons, and Nikolina is just so professional, quick and amazing.

One of the employees here must really hate her job. Asking her any questions is a huge inconvenience to her. She rushes you off the phone. I understand you may be busy but so are all of us. Your job is customer relations and if answering questions annoys you so much perhaps you shouldn't work with clients.

I read the reviews of this agency and decided to give them a try. I needed help with a large bachelorette. Someone agreed to help me and it started off optimistic but after a few exchanges the worker completely ghosted me- stopped responding to my emails and phone call.
Something may have happened but clients should be taken of in some capacity even just an email to let me know I couldn’t be assisted anymore.
The emails and waiting and realized I was dropped just wasted my time.
