I highly recommend this school for learning to drive. Ask for Mark Patro to 100% pass for your G2 test. I took package of 15 hours practice lesson and theory. It was just enough to feel confident on the road and maneuvers that asked on the test. I took G2 at Downsview and passed on 1st attempt. I'm looking forward to take the next G exam in one year.

Asim was my driving instructor during my time at All Star. With his guidance and patience I easily passed my G2 test. He throughly explained road rules and prepared me well for the test.

I got training from Hizbullah a year ago and I passed my G2 on the first try using his teachings. One year later I briefly got an 1 hour lesson for the G test a couple of hours before my G exam and using his teachings I passed the G exam on my first try. Good, meticulous instructor.

Mark has been a great instructor, he prepared me so well for the G2 exam and I passed on the first try! Mark was very patient with me and never gave up on me! He ensures that you are 200% prepared for the exam. I will definitely contact Mark again when I take my G license as well!

I’ve had the pleasure of having Aamir as my fantastic driving instructor. He taught me everything I needed to know in order for me to pass my road test; rules, driving properly/safely, techniques, etc. He was also very patient with my learning curve, I highly recommend!

My instructor Ahmad Shah Abdiani always so positive and lively. One of the best instructors you could ask for if you need driving lessons. He will help you if you need and always ask questions if you need to. He will give his best effort in order to complete your G2 and/or G license. I would want to go back to learn from him again.

I had taken driving lessons from Mark Mohan, who is one of the driving instructors from All star. I had directly taken G test after G1 test in downsview, which is a tough location for G.
Mark is one of the most amazing driving instructors I have come across. He remembers and ensures that you learn every single aspect of driving before the test, and he is good natured and patient in his approach.
As an apprehensive and reserved driver, I found Mark's tutoring to be fantastic and was able to clear my G attempt in the first try.
Go for Mark as an instructor and practice with him until he says you are ready, the exam will be a breeze.

Ahmed is a great in car instructor calm and with a great knowledge of on road safety and what ever i learned from class he taught me in in practical. I highly recommend any new drivers to try taking lessons with Ahmed, amazing instructor.

All Star Driving really stands for its name. Well organized from enrolment to online (in class) to In car class. I passed my g2 today it’s all because of Ahmadi Hizbullah who not only teaches but instructs very well that I can understand. I appreciate all his efforts on each in car class that we have. The School and him is highly recommended. Till our next G class!

I took my G2 driving lessons with Peter and passed on the first attempt. It was a pleasure learning from him as he was very patient, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He had many great tips and demonstrations that helped me gain confidence in driving. I will be back for my G lessons with him!

Cleared my G test (direct from G1) on the first attempt all thanks to Mujeeb. He was patient, calm and composed all throughout the lessons and did not hesitate to repeat the instructions till they were etched in my mind. He has been a great morale booster given that I was a nervous wreck. I was hesitant in taking the test but his confidence instilling way of teaching helped me achieve the goal. Highly recommend Mujeeb to anyone looking for an experienced and friendly instructor for G2/G and am sure he will guide them to success.

Iqbal was an incredible driving instructor to say the least. I was as inexperienced a driver as they come and within 12 lessons shaped me into a great driver. He was patient, clear, kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Iqbal as a driving teacher.

Azizrahman Burhanzai is a remarkable teacher and person. He devotes a lot of time to teaching and equips his pupils with a wealth of information. Although I had no prior driving experience when I first met Aziz, learning from him has given me such road bravery! He has taught me the tips and tricks of how to drive safely and courteously around other motorists. With more than 30 years of driving expertise, he is a highly rated driving instructor!

Passed my G road test on 1st try, thanks to Mr. Shah, best driving instructor, really focused on his students. Pushed me hard to make sure I pass on my first try.

Worked with Shah as a first time driver and he was very patient throughout the process, walked me though every step and built my confidence on the road. Definitely would advice anyone, especially first time drivers to who it can be intimidating to start. Thank you All Star Driving and Shah!

Instructors talk way more than they teach to drive, they also cut you short of hours and are rushing to the next student. They were not the best teachers either. The customer service was bad too and management seemed to not be that good. I didn’t feel I learnt to drive. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere to learn properly.

Peter was terrible, so aggressive and rude from the beginning. Fahim was nice but kept mixing up his appointments and booking appointments I did not agree on… he then got rude when I asked for more professionalism/consistency. And the last instructor, Raffi, practically had to chase after him for a lesson…. He’d go weeks without responding.

Super unprofessional business and the management of All Star are EXTREMELY rude.

Seems like Shiraz is the only saving grace and he was impossible to book.

Shah is an amazing teacher! I went with this company and they were very fast and provided me with a lot of good materials at a reasonable price.

Shiraz Sir is the best instructor one can find. He gave me confidence from the first day to drive. I had never imagined to be on the drivers seat as I had this huge fear but he never once made me feel nervous or said anything if I made a mistake. He is very patient and would teach the rules again and again and would make you practice till you get it. I am now able to drive on the highway all thanks to him.

I was told by a couple of friends to register with All Star Driving and im glad I did. Ali Mohsin was my instructor and he taught me everything with ease. He’s very communicative, patient, humble, explains everything in detail, easy to understand, and a great person to talk to. It was very easy and quick to learn from him. Shiraz is an amazing instructor. I was not very confident in my driving prior to meeting him and had gone through several instructors with other driving school. From our first lesson, he was patient with me and ensured I was confident, he answered all my questions and was never rude. I was able to pass test on first try. Shiraz is a very good instructor, i recommend him 100%.

All Star Driving School North York was great from the start. I had already booked my test and needed lessons as soon as possible, and they were able to accommodate. I was paired up with Asim, who is a very nice, knowledgeable instructor who was able to teach me the tips and tricks needed to pass on my first attempt. He also took me on the driving test route so I was better prepared for the exam. I would highly recommend him as an instructor if you want high-quality lessons. The online BDE course was well done and I was able to learn a lot more about driving, safety, and more.

I had a very good experience with All Star Driving School Yonge & Shephard, when I called up the school for details they were happy to answer all my questions and then when I called up the manager as advised to me for a training instructor to be assigned to me I got an instructor assigned to me the very next day. The instructor Asim assigned to me was very good, Patient and answered all my questions as I came from a different country and had so many questions. He also booked my G2 drive test and made sure I was ready by the drive test day and I cleared my road test on my first attempt even though I did not have any driving experience before. I am very happy with service I received and I would definitely recommend Asim. Their prices are also very affordable and less compared to the other driving schools in this area.

I have driving experience from abroad and needed to practice for the road test. The class was very good and I could clear all my doubts. The instructor covered all the test points and gave me valuable tips. I passed in the first time.

I trained with Shiraz for my G2 test, and cleared it today! From the get-go, I was told that I'll be taught driving so I can drive safely and confidently in Toronto, not just for the license. Shiraz is extremely knowledgeable and observant, and helped me address specific concerns with practice and patience. I wanted to get enough clarity and confidence driving through signals, and we practiced left turns until I build 100% understanding of it. Lots of practice for all kinds of parking as well.

I also used the car for the test itself, and it was very well maintained.

I am so lucky that I had Mujeeb as my driving instructor. He's the best instructor / teacher in the world period.
He is patient, knowledgeable and genuinely wants his students to learn and succeed. He not just teaches you for the clearing the drive test but
prepares you for real life driving. He gave me great tips and tricks on reverse parking, parallel, and just about everything else. I really feel prepared to drive now. He'll never rush you and allows you to feel relaxed at the steering.

I am writing this review to really help new drivers, who are timid in learning driving skills. I am really thankful to my Instructor Shiraz Husain. I was a novice driver, he really help me to understand the driving rules better, and also teach my all the driving maneuvers. He really punctual about time and professionalism. I really like the way he teach me not to just pass G2, but able to drive after G2. His lessons were really helpful for me being able to drive confidently now. I have met many instructors, who are hard on students. As a new driver, I believe we need somebody to guide us, support us and teach us. And Shiraz is the one of it! So Happy with my experience with All Star Driving School! I passed my G2 test in first try and credit goes to Shiraz, he has been an excellent in-car instructor. I never drove car before and I registered my test date before pandemic. Meanwhile Pandemic hit and all school were closed for in-car sessions. Luckily 15days before my drive test I got enrolled with All Star and requested for Shiraz after reading all the reviews. Shiraz was very kind and understanding about whole situation and he adjusted drive lessons around my schedule. He made sure that we covered all the lessons and most importantly he made sure I was clear with all his instructions and confident enough just in time. He is very knowledgeable, soft spoken and had all the patience with me while teaching. I had all my trust in him and his way of teaching. In no time I was feeling so confident while applying his techniques and all you have to do is listen to his instructions carefully. He was always happy to answer my questions with a smiling face which made easier for a curious person like me to understand the basics or concepts of each step. Shiraz is one in a million instructor and I am very glad he was my mentor. I cannot imagine learning for any other person than him. I went to All Star Driving School North York after a less than ideal experience with a previous driving instructor from a different school. They recommended me Shiraz Hussain, whom I never thought could completely change the trajectory of my driving life in a totally different direction.

Shiraz has an uncanny ability to not only make the student very comfortable by his genuine warmth, friendliness and kindness, but by his unwavering mission in life to make the best driver even out of the most nervous and terrified student who has resigned to never becoming a driver in life.

Having been terrified of driving for many years due to terrible anxiety, Shiraz from the very get-go, has managed to instill in me the confidence, courage and determination that I could actually become a driver, let alone a good defensive driver, and I did. And he did it, in the most kind, humble and quiet approach that each lesson never felt like a dry, paint-by-numbers class but a through in-depth conversation with a friend who just happens to be a driving expert.

I learned alot about driving and the road from this school. I completed the online course and the in-car driving classes. Abdi was my instructor and helped me all the way through, gave me insightful tips and tricks on how to drive better, etc. Highly recommend doing classes here.

I saw so many good reviews before selecting this driving school and after completion of course my feeling also same. Moreover my driving instructor was Siraz who is very friendly and professional person. There are so many myths about giving road test within Toronto centers but he confidently recommended me to choose any of Toronto drive test centers. I started from scratch and passed my G2 by following his instructions.

My instructors were Shiraz and Meer. Both were kind, personable, patient, and prioritized safety first. I passed my G2 on my first attempt, combined with practice I did outside of class time. Shiraz taught me how to drive properly and safely. Meer taught me what I had to know to pass the test. The school accommodated my schedule to the best of their abilities and I am happy with my decision!

I passed my G test and absolutely ecstatic! I worked with Zahid for the past few months as he helped me work on some important skills.
