The Allanburg bridge is apart of the Welland Canal, very interesting and exciting to watch in action.

This bridge is one of several vertical lift bridges of similar design on the Welland Canal. The bridge can be raised to provide a clearance of 119.7 feet (36.5 meters).

Watched the full workings as a freighter passed under. No one stuck on it while lifted!
