My experience with All Appliance Tech was outstanding. Viktor was promptly available when our fridge broke down. He was experienced and friendly. He took the time to explain the problem in layman's terms and he showed me the new part before installing it. We will most certainly call Viktor again should the need arise.

Victor is an excellent technician!
He came by and found the problem very quickly. It was malfunction valve. To assure that this the problem and other elements are not broken he came next day and performed a pressure test. He presented course of action and estimated cost of repair. When the parts become available he fixed my freezer no problem. He came few days later to check that fridge reached desire temperature and works properly.it works even better than it did before.

Excellent service! Not only Viktor knows his trade well, he keeps his word, and he is very punctual. Huge difference with several others I've tried. I highly recommend him to everybody who would need help with whatever appliances.

It was a great experience. We waked up with a warm fridge just the early Saturday morning before Easter weekend. Following a quick phone call, Viktor took the appointment, texted to confirm the time of his arrival just within next few hours. He was super rapid to detect the root cause of the issue and fix it. Few days later we called him for an unrelated small issue with our freezer door and he dropped by in the afternoon fixing it.
