Allaura Medical Center and Pharmacy

Dr. Pooneh Okhravi is hands-down the best Doctor I have come across. She is incredibly knowledgeable, graceful, sympathetic and attentive.
With over 10,000 patients, it is hard to fathom how one Doctor can embody such characteristics, and make each patient feel genuinely cared for. If I could give 100/10 I really would. Thank you for being such a distinguished & exceptional healthcare provider (Doctor Okhravi). Victoria, who works at the front desk, is also to be praised. She displays EXCELLENT customer service skills throughout her interactions with patients regardless of the busyness of her day.

The waiting time was about 30 minutes for walk in, and the service was fast and efficient. Dr. Okhravi and his staff were professional, and knowledgeable. The clinic was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a quality medical specially when you are looking for walk in clinic for kids.

This is a really great walk-in clinic and I now have Dr. Elserafy as my new family Doctor (I needed a new one urgently in the Summer of 2022). He is very good as a family doctor/GP - very attentive and intuitive and has a quiet, calm demeanor. I recommend him as well as the Allaura Med Centre as a clinic

This center has great friendly staff, very good doctors and large pharmacy. I frequently go to this clinic and I am very happy of my experience.

In Person or virtually, Dr. Castillo goes above and beyond for her patients and does not have the sense of entitlement I have witnessed from other doctors. Always open to listening and understanding.

She is an amazing Human and thats what makes her an amazing Doctor.

Because my health card was expired, the receptionist wanted to charge me $50 for a visit to the Family Doctor!

Friendly staff. Clean place. Good doctors. The only problem is the wait time. Sometimes gets too long for walk ins.

The doctor is rude. I feel so angry and unsatisfied. It's a totally wrong desicion to choose Allaura Medical Center and Pharmacy!

We really recommend this clinic and Dr. Joyce. Her level of care to patients is truly remarkable! Sad we moved out of Ontario and have to find a new family doctor, we just wish to find a similar caring type of family doctor just like her. This clinic provides you the medical attention you need! Kudos also to the staff and receptionists, while they usually not answer calls (probably due to busy hours at the clinic), so far they always respond to our emails on time.

Dr Elserafy is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Really empathetic, gives med great medical advice, and shows genuine care. He has helped me resolve so many of health concerns. Even though I’ve moved a little farther, I still go to this clinic because of him. Best family doctor.

Came here today for the third time for my ear infection, the wait time was between 5-10 mins every time. The doctors are nice and knowledgeable, highly recommend it to anyone who needs to see a doctor without waiting for long!

The front staff is absolutely incredible. Victoria and the rest are so communicative and helpful. It is so appreciated.

My family doctor works at this clinic. The last time I went for a check up I realized that the staff are not nice and kind to the new young staff. There were three secrotory and the 4th one who was mistreated is probebly an immigrant. Those 3 white staffs spoke very rudely to this lady and behaved like they are sueperior. Until the time I was there, the victim staff went to the bathroom 2-3 times to cry. I wonder who is in charge of this clinic and why in Canada we should face such an unfair situations? I hope the young lady realise her right and speak up for helself, meanwhile the managemnet remind their staff to reapsect others.

Came to this clinic on Monday Jan 23rd. Dr Okhravi Pooneh diagnosed me with a throat infection and prescribed me amoxicillin. After getting much worse and nearly choking in my sleep turns out this whole time it was pneumonia. I will be getting in touch with ministry of health as this situation could have been life threatening. I don’t know how the other doctors are at this clinic but after this situation I would stay away.
