I have been dealing with Allegro Central Vacuum Systems for both my personal and business needs for a number of years. The entire team are nothing short of professional and courteous with great pricing for their products and repairs.
Most recently I contacted them at 5: 30 PM on a Tuesday to let them know that I had an issue with my business vacuum that is used every day to vacuum an average of 20 vehicles per day. Obviously this is important to have a functioning machine.
Not only did they wait for us to deliver the equipment to them even though they had closed by the time we arrived but they had the unit reconditioned and ready for pickup by 10 AM the next day. Truly above and beyond any expectations!

I am so happy that I chose Allegro when I needed to replace my central vacuum. They were extremely helpful recommending the unit that worked within my budget. Their customer service is above and beyond.
