Unfortunately I must agree with the negative reviews below. I used Allegro at the recommendation of my service provider shipping my container from the Caribbean to Canada. All was fine until there were some issues regarding customs. Then suddenly Sahar said ‘oh, we’re just a shipping company, you clear it up with customs Canada’. The delays were their fault for various lies I caught them on. Then they tried to charge me for the delays. I refused to pay. BOTTOM LINE - do not use this company!

Our shipments have always gotten where they need to go, and the rare time there is an issue it is dealt with quickly and fairly.

I suspect many of the negative reviewers have unrealistic expectations or are unaware how chaotic the world of international freight is. It's an incredible relief for our company to have Allegro Freight to deal with the front-line challenges for us.

THEY DISSAPEARD AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND DESPITE THAT WE SEE IN THE SYSTEM THAT THEY READ THE MESSAGES.

Allegro is the worst shipping company you'll ever find in Canada. They overcharged me. When I requested to send the charges for inspection, they threatened to hold myshipment before I made a payment. The person Sahar Al-Jazrawi is an awful person that never listens to customer requests. Even they delivered the shipment on thewrong schedule, which is more terrible. If you DO NOT want headaches and overspending, I suggest you never ever use Allegro for your shipment.

The worse customer service ever and they tried to squeeze money out of me with unreasonable extra charges. Don’t even deserve one star. They charge extra charges for waiting 1 hrs but actually, they wait only 30 mins. They can’t even tell the pick up time exactly. So, rude to the client too.

Do not work with this company if you are a transporter. They owe us money since 2015 & when we call or email their accounting, there is no answer at all. We will be choosing legal method now but be careful if anyone wants to transport stuff for them
