Allfine security recently updated my alarm system and monitoring. All service was provided as promised. The installer was very professional and cleaned up after the install was done. I presently have an older security system by a manufacturer that was taken over by allfine. First they charged me $360 for 45 minutes work, which was worthless didn't help with any of my issue's. Then when I complained they agreed to refund me $50. Then asked for an estimate to fix my system 2 times and they won't answer me has been over 2 months now.
