You bring in your car for service and come back with a new looking vehicle. The service the provided me was fast, efficient, reliable and overall they went above and beyond my expectation. Took me in for a quick walk in while they were busy, and I still had my vehicle ready to go in 30 minutes. The pricing and service provided is far better than going to any dealership or auto center. The office and waiting area is super clean and organized. The owner of the shop was wonderful to speak with. Their customer service is amazing! I came back to my car with wheels in new bags, plastic covering on driver side seat, and "thank you for coming" paper mat. I needed to get my air filter and cabin air filter changed, the got the part and completed the job in 20 minutes, and tires took 10 minutes! Most places you wait for an hour or more, Alliance Automotive is really fast! I spoke with the owner and he does a lot for his customers to provide the best service. I've received good service before, but the service from Alliance Automotive is completely 1000% satisfactory. I have no doubt every customer that they have, at the end of the day leave with a smile, because I sure did. I would HIGHLY recommend others to come and get service done here, because once you do, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. That is how amazing the service they provide is.

Shane, Marcell and Kevin are phenomenal mechanics! I have been a customer of Shane's for a decade. He is an honest and fair person to me and my family. Shane's team goes above and beyond for their customers. I appreciate how Shane gives a huge discount to families that are struggling with financial situations. I saw him take off a couple of service charges while I was waiting in the main customer area, and overheard how he helps families out. Definitely recommend Shane for fair and quality service!

Service was best I have had. Owner provided wifi, which allowed me to work while they fixed my car. Great pricing and mechanics explained issues well and most importantly they didn't try to up sell. Other than that Shane got my car ready in half the time and half the price of my regular mechanic.

Our family has been going to Paul and Shane for decades! In fact we have been so happy with their service we have referred several family members who now also only go to them. Its hard to find mechanics who who can trust and know they will be honest and not charge more then needed. Paul and Shane are just that - honest and trustworthy, they will only do what is needed and you don't have to worry that you got "ripped off" since they charge fair prices.
