Yesterday I underwent a root canal procedure at Alliance Dental Specialist, and I couldn't have be more pleased with the entire experience. I went in feeling extremely nervous, but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. They took the time to educate me on what to expect before and during the procedure, which significantly eased my anxiety. The professionalism and care exhibited by the staff were exceptional. To my surprise, I experienced absolutely no pain during the root canal. I am genuinely grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of similar procedures.

As a person who has extreme anxiety when seeing someone new, I can honestly say that I had the best experience here. Dr Nahmias and Toni were so calming and reassuring. They made sure that I knew exactly what to expect and kept me informed and calm throughout the process. This was totally pain free. 2 days later and still feel great. I will definitely return here if I need another root canal. Highly recommend!

I had a root canal done by Dr. Arij Kayyali. I was very worried about the procedure going in and Dr. Kayyali put all my concerns at ease. I am surprised at how little pain I was in after the freezing wore off. I felt comfortable during the procedure and very happy with the result.thank you to the staff who also helped me.

Dr. Nahmias is my *only* choice when my dentist says he needs to refer me to a specialist. Excellent highly-skilled service and amazing support staff. I literally felt no pain during my last root canal yesterday. Highly recommended.

I have gotten to know Dr. Nahmias and members of his team quite well in the last month because I was in need of two different styles of root canal procedures. He certainly runs a well oiled machine.
He and his staff are very solicitous of the patients and make sure that you are comfortable and well informed along the way.
In both cases I had a pain free and uncomplicated recovery.
He was willing to support me in the choices I have had to make for upcoming related procedures almost like a second opinion.
I feel more confident about going forward.

I went in for a referred Root Canal procedure. Dr. Nahmias, Susan, her assistant and Shalene on the front desk are professionals. The whole outfit are polished and organized. I cannot say enough good things about them.

A truly great experience - and I say this as someone with a dental phobia. I was treated so well, there was zero pain with my root canal and Dr. Nahmias and the amazing Toni kept me informed of every thing that was going on, as well as keeping me warm and snuggly with a blanket. [Edited to update the rating, every dentist who saw the root canal later commented that its so well done, do despite the small experience I'm grateful the root canal was done well and would recommend to anyone seeking feedback] The staff is great and tries to make you feel welcome. I had Dr Arij work on my RCT for which I was referred. My previous Root Canals usually take a lot of time due to curvature of roots. My previous dentists have always done the treatment very slowly for this reason. At the end of treatment Dr informed me that a piece of the file was chipped and left in canal, she explained it's very common and was able to bypass it. My complain however is that I honestly felt the cleaning was rushed and the chipping could have been avoided. Secondly I felt like I was being shut down when I tried to voice my concern over the chipped file. Unfortunately I do not think I'll be returning to the clinic.

Dr. Yousef Nahmias and Toni did an excellent job on my root canal. Always friendly and competent I was put at ease even though I knew that I had to have the root canal work done. The surgical operating microscope enabled Dr. Nahmias to look deeply into my root canal and enabled him to carry out the work expeditiously. The after effects of the root canal was painless as the freezing was sufficiently done to ease any after surgical effects. Over the span of 30 years after several root canals done by him, I can safely say that his work is first rate, all the root canals have been holding well and are in excellent condition.
