Waited weeks for a simple quote. Once I received the quote, it included Sales Tax which is not required for cross border shipments as well as other unnecessary fees. Other companies get rates back to us same day or next day, not 4+ weeks out. In Logistics, we need quick answers, or we will just use the next guy.
