Botanix is the only greenhouse in Alliston. It has great variety and lots of garden knick knacks. I find it a little pricey and sometimes things are not as good of quality as I expect them to be - like the horrible jointing sand they carried this past summer. Overall, a decent place and we need a local greenhouse like this.

Usually really like this place great prices and great product selection.
This review is for customer service alone.
This lady Rosie (dark curly hair older 30-40)
Was giving me attitude and I asked her to finish whatever she was doing so that finishing her task might alleviate her stress.
Then so gave her cash and some change and she looked at me and said what good is this change going to do.
I said fine give me it back and finish whatever you were doing (thinking maybe she had a bad day) and she throws the change at me.
Not impressed very bad customer service skills.

Great place for all things to be planted. Perennials and annuals.veggies flowers all amazing. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely family owned business

Great knowledgeable staff always willing to assist in your gardening needs. Also a great selection of products that are reasonably priced. Get your vegetables early!

I don’t want to miss voicing my appreciation for you and your staff for going above and beyond, ordering in the Schultz liquid plant food that I was having such a difficult time locating, and then bringing it out to my car for me when I came to pick it up. It is so wonderful knowing that there is a garden centre in my area who carries the best plants, cares for them so diligently, and treats their customers with the utmost appreciation. Thank you so much, and I look forward to a continued successful relationship in the future.
