This place has gone downhill hard. Many food items out of stock, reduced portions and increased pricing. I won't be back.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The manager, Mary, was extremely rude to me. She cussed me out multiple times when the restaurant got my take out order wrong, saying that I was the one who was wrong. What happened to customer etiquette? She was extremely rude to her own staff. I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager at a restaurant. HR should be aware about Mary’s attitude.

MARY the “manager” seriously needs an attitude check. We complained about a burger that smelled awful, and she became passive aggressive. Just some advice Mary… I don’t know if you hate your job or what but learn how to talk to customers!

Ate 3 bites of a burger, tasted raw so asked for it to get taken off the bill and instead of getting an apology MARY the manager argued and only gave 25% off for a barely touched burger and when asked for at least a 50% discount she said “are you telling me what to do”, after 10 minutes she snatched the receipt and said “fine but next time tell us at the very beginning” and stormed off. I work in a restaurant too, I know the struggles but this isn’t how customers should be treated. I can’t believe this even happened lol

Went there for dinner after work with my coworkers to just have a quick burger for like 30 mins. The burger smelled absolutely awful! So bad it’s actually concerning what they’re feeding people. MARY the manager comes no hello no apology just straight up saying yea should’ve said something as soon as possible when I had like 3 bites of the burger trying to put up with the food just eating the fries until I completely lost my appetite. I said I’d pay for the fries but not the smelly burger I barely touched and she didn’t even wanna give us a 25% discount. It literally killed her to give us a 50% discount on the burger. How on earth is she fit to be a manager when she keeps cutting the customer off when they’re calmly explaining the issue and even go as far as telling me “Are you trynna tell me what to do? ” when I asked for a 50% discount when I shouldn’t have even paid for whatever that burger was.

If that’s how Mary talks to the customers I can’t even imagine how she’s treating the employees there as a manager? Seriously? A person with that attitude should never be in customer service. We saw her arguing with another table when we were being seated too. If I ever step foot in All Star again and have an issue with my food, as someone working in customer service myself, I’d expect someone dressed at least a little professional to calmly come and discuss the situation with me so we can sort things out. No one wants to argue over a stinky burger, so maybe relax with the attitude and cut us both some slack.
I wouldn’t let Mary manage even a lemonade stand if I owned one.

My take out order was prepared so late. 55 minutes after I placed the order over the phone and they said ready in 10 minutes. I was waiting in the joint the whole time and it was not even crowded.
Some of the staff are helpful but most just stare at you. I wish there was 0 stars cause 1 is way too many.

Please turn off your two flashing open signs during the day. I went out of my way to come back for lunch based on the signs and didn’t realize you open at 5 now.

I had the best experience today at Allstars from the second I got in to when I left the customer service was great. Marie the young girl who was helping us had a great personality and made sure to tell us the specials and refill our drinks often. I got honey garlic wings, BBQ ribs, and side of fries. We were served very quickly, the food was warm, and delicious I found definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I came tonight with my family and was seated immediately, a great start to my night. The bartender Mary made us bloody Ceasers and they were so delicious. My servers Rosa and Victoria were so attentive. They gave us 5 wing recommendations and they were all delicious. Try the ceaser does Texas! If you are looking for a great atmosphere and delicious food with great service, come here!

Been to many AllStar locations and love the food but this location isn’t great.

Staff is friendly but it doesn’t make up for how DIRTY this restaurant is. Bathrooms are messy and there was vomit outside.

Owner should take responsibility rather than write excuses in replies like the past reviews.

Food delivery was quick and quality was excellent. Brought my brother for his birthday with his friends and the experience was everything we hoped for. Our server Alecia was extremely helpful, kind, and polite. Overall, great experience

The superviser of waiters was so racist. I think it is better that she works on her behavior unill her face.

Went for dinner tonight at Richmond hill location and it was absolutely terrible. We waited 45 minutes to even be served drinks. Then finally we were able to order our appetizers, then they came and we still had to ask for cutlery and plates (as this should be given with food regardless). The customer service was absolutely terrible especially by the blonde manager! Extremely disrespectful towards us, there was an issue with our food and the manager on duty basically forced us to eat our food saying there was nothing wrong with it when it was actually terrible. She refused to take our food back until we started raising our voices and getting extremely angry! We tried to order multiple things on the menu however they were either sold out or the food would have taken to long since they were “under staffed”. We tried to add pepper to our salad and they said we don’t have any yet there’s mixed pepper in another salad. We also ordered a coke and received a Diet Coke. They gave me the smallest drop of dressing for my salad and then when we asked for more they said it would be an additional charge but they didn’t even give enough dressing for the whole salad. The restaurant itself was so dirty! The tables were sticky and gross. This was a horrible experience! It was my first time at this location and definitely the last.

Mary the owner is a beautiful soul. She provides an awesome experience. Our servers Victoria and Rosa also did an exceptional job. Our food was on time hot and they did an awesome job dealing with special requests with our friends who had dietary restrictions!

We were so happy to see our favorite wings restaurant reopen! Friendly staff, and great menu assortment. But please, Owner.you have to give the whole place a power wash! Everything is sticky, and it doesn't look like you cleaned in years. Have we learned nothing during COVID?

It's been 40 minutes since I ordered my food and the wings didn't come yet. I see other tables experiencing the same thing. Maybe it's a bad night today. Could work on their service a bit more. Their waiters don't really check up on you. We got sat down and never was asked if they wanted to take our order. Seems like I had to fight for it tbh. I am pretty hungry.

If you want your wings fast. Idk if you should get it here. Otherwise you should probably order your wings on like ubereats.

Good place for wings. Covid staff rehired seem to still be working through familiarity with their menu offerings. I asked for clarity on some menu items and the wait staff repeatedly had to check with their manager.

Came here on Friday night (December 17) and no one was at the front to greet us and offer a table, waited 10 minutes. Finally a girl came and checked our vax and wrote our names down for contact tracing which was good. We sat down, and after that no waitress was to be found. I want to note for a Friday at 8: 00 pm, it was not busy, couple of tables here and there. It was 35 minutes into sitting, waitresses passed us several times and no one asked if we wanted to be served which I find ridiculous, so my friend and I walked out and left. I think having asked to be served at an establishment is extremely unnecessary. Overall, terrible experience, other AllStar locations are better.

I had a fun night when I came in with my friend here this week. Other than the food being delicious, our server, Melika, was very kind and efficient. She made the atmosphere more comfortable and friendly for us. We appreciated it.

Been there few days ago with some friends and my family,
very very disappointed at this place, servers and management are so rude.took half an hour to get our colds drinks, no plates and napkins.took another 40 minutes to get our foods ready and couples warm and soggy salad.wings were cold and bloody, didn't cook well.other tables came in after us and got their orders on time.finally understood our server forgot to pass our orders to kitchen and she even didn't apologize for this matter.store manager seemed not to give a shot about our complaints.as i understood there is no management and right staff at this location.waitresses even didn't know the name of wings flavors, even what toppings or not with sandwiches,
we had to wait 3 to 5 minutes for each question that we had from the menu that she could ask from kitchen.so disgusting.very disappointed and not recommended at all.

We got takeout for our hospital staff to eat a lunch together, extra drinks and dips were payed for and yet we received no dips at all and missing drinks. We recieved a more expensive burger instead of the proper sandwich and also received a BLT without any tomatoes. We were asked to bring back the improper items instead of keeping them and given no compensation for driving back and forth to receive the proper items. Instead we were actually blamed for all the issues for "mispronouncing our order" and refused a refund for items like the dips that we never got and didn't need anymore as wings and fries were already eaten without the dips, Instead we were actually handed "one single dip" by an unmasked lady and that was that. After that big disaster of an order, the food was cold, very plain and ruined our lunch party. Do not recommend this place ever.

Sharing my terrible experience at this place.
Took almost 1 hour to get only and only 2 pounds of soggy wings.taste was awful.
This place changed a lot since couple month ago.
Everything is slow and you have to wait long time to order a bottle of beer.
As a regular customer, they need to get the right people to handle the restaurant.
Not recommended at all.

Terrible service. They took our order and drinks came right away, then no one showed up for over 90 minutes. Our waitress finished her shift and left without a word while we were still all sitting at the table. Two hours later, the food finally arrived. Wings were not bad. And I totally understand the challenges of the pandemic-but some basic manners would go a long way. Even someone just telling us that our food would be delayed would have been fine. Worst part? Auto-grat

This place is my favourite sport bar for past 12 years.
Stopped by to watch the Raptors game.
Highly designed atmosphere and trained professional staff.
Beautiful waitresses always treat me like a king.

I had a wonderful time with the staff and bartenders at allstars. Specifically, Rosa, gave us the best service I could’ve ever expected. Didn’t have to wait for anything And she was always ware when we needed something. The best

Came here with a few friends on a Friday night hoping to watch a Raptors game. To our surprise they did not have the one channel that played the Raptors (Sportsnet One). I've never been to an establishment like this one where they don't have the channel where the home team plays.

Furthermore, there were only 3 waitresses running the whole place on a Friday night. The ladies tried their best and was working as fast as they could between trying to be a bartender, a hostess and a waitress. I felt sorry for them and can't imagine working short as they were.

Do yourselves a favour and go to another AllStar location.

The worst experience.terrible customer service! Only 2 waitress' and a chef or two. Food showed up almost 2 hours later for table of 8 people. Most people were not screened because there is no body at the front. Waitress' need better manners and need to be polite, and some rude comments made to us regarding our order. A fist fight with another waitress and customer broke out and bottles were being thrown tonight. You cannot run a restaurant like this. I will never go back to All Star Wings!

I used to love coming to this place and the service was always awesome but it really went downhill. Went tonight for wings and ribs with a friend (please note ribs is in their restaurant name) and they were out of ribs. They were also out of almost every beer they had on tap. The server didn’t come to our table for almost 25 min after we got seated and it was just us and another couple. They were just sitting around the bar talking and laughing with other servers until I finally made eye contact with one of them. Giving the place 1 star only cause the wings were good but that’s about it.

The servers weren’t wearing masks half the time, they didn’t ask for any of our info for contact tracing, and when they were wearing their mask it was literally hanging down on their face barely covering even their mouth. I will not be back and it’s disappointing. I hope management changes this place big time and give their staff some proper training.

Definitely not recommended they brought the kids food last and they have the worst service never coming hear again and they did the order wrong

Hate it
First of all, they gave the children’s food last. Secondly, we ordered our food at 8: 40 and we got our food at 10: 15. Thirdly, it took them 40 mins to deliver a drink. Lastly, the food was not worth the wait.
I will never come here again. I definitely don’t recommend.

Went to this place a couple days ago and all the staff were so friendly considering that the place was busy too! Food was amazing as always and they didnt make us wait long for it either, warm and fresh. The other good thing is the amount of parking theh have, wont have to waste time looking for parking. I recommend this place!

I love this bar. Super friendly staff, deliciocious food, and one of the best patios in the city. The owners are very caring and personable. The staff remember my name, my food/drink preferences and what I like to order. I feel like a VIP every time I go there. Keep up the great work!

This place used to be the best sports bar in the area with good food and service. However, with the pandemic, I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while. I recently visited, expecting the same good experience that is usually present, but that was not what happened.

As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you see that the servers are frantic and rushing around to serve everyone. The problem with this is that there are only 3 servers to serve both the patio and inside, and one of the servers was behind the bar, making more like 2 servers. It seems like there are not enough servers, however they were good despite the lack of them. I went with two other people and we had ordered one of the burgers and I had ordered pemeal bacon sandwich. We were immediately told by the waitress that they were out of burgers, which is fine, I'm sure that this happened sometimes before the pandemic. However, when my friend ordered a steak instead of the burger, the waitress left to check with the kitchen, and came back a few minutes later saying they only had 14oz steaks left, so he had just ordered wings.

So everything was fine and the order was put in. However, the waitress had come back 10 minutes later to let me know that the kitchen was not making sandwiches or burgers. I was thinking about just not eating entirely at this point, but ordered the chicken tenders instead. I substituted the fries with a salad and was told there was a $2.00 surcharge to sub with a salad.this was dissapointing, as I would assume that the very small side salad they give you would be cheaper than the 1lb of fries, but I guess this was always the case.

While waiting for the food to arrive, my friends and I had noticed that the string lights they had set up (which looked kind of haphazardly strapped to the ceiling) were constantly dimming and brightening, and at some points were full on strobing, which was annoying. This could legitimately be a concern for someone who gets disoriented/naseous from flickering lights, or even worse a person who is photoepileptic. However, once we had got the food, it was good and served fairly quickly. I am going to assume that the lack of food items was due to the management just straight up not stocking it, rather than them being sold out. I understand that the main attraction here is the wings, but if certain groups of food are not being made by the kitchen it should be indicated on the menu that you can not order these items.tl;dr:
Place is understaffed, and either the management or the owners are trying to cut corners by not stocking certain food and not indicating on the menu, which makes ordering frustrating.the lights in the place are constantly flickering and varying in brightness. I do not blame the employees for this bad experience as they were doing the best they could with the limited people working. The management/owners really need to step up their game if they want this location to last.

Despite being the only one on the patio for a while, and at its busiest there was only 3 other tables, I sat for well over an hour with no acknowledgement. I was clearly finished and no one offered a take away box or anything. The wings were good but I had to go with my second flavour choice as they were out of the first. Couldn't get the drink I wanted either because of short supply. I realize places are short staffed and they're underpaid, but a little incentive isn't a lot to ask especially when it's not busy. At all. I'm not confrontational and I feel like my night was wasted just waiting.

I really don’t know how to start about our horrible moments tonight.
Waited so long to get the menu to order some drinks.
Took half an hour after the orders and missed a draft.
Took another 40 minutes to get the foods, cold and not fresh, some wings had too much sauce and all messed up.only thing that I can’t complain, waitress asked for a good review at the end.

Bad experience! We rodered 4lb wings and fries at the same time and they just gave us 3lb! We asked for the rest of our orders and waited more than 20minutes but Nothing happened. Waitress and the girl who was the manager had very bad attitude! Poor customer service ever! Instead of apologizing for their service they gave us the bill and were so impolite! Although we were your fans, but we Will Not come to this location again!

Washrooms smells really bad and dirty, i can imagine this place is full of diseases.
Disappointed and not coming back to this location.

Amazing wings - Pandora’s Gift flavour is highly recommended. Also, Greek Fries are delicious and perfect for a greasy Gameday evening. Recommended flavours: Pandora’s Gift, American Eruption, Homicide. Mary is a delightful server and hope to see her again when we can all dine-in together again!

I was there last weekend. The quality of food was good but they did not have a variety of drinks that was weird. After long time quarantine because of Covid, I expected more options.

Nice service, always stop by here for two pounds of wings when we get cravings. Recently the portions and wings sauce seem to be less but maybe it's the result of the lockdown. Anyway hopefully things get back to normal soon, best wings in Richmond Hill.sweet tooth rancher all the day

The customer service at this location is always fast, professional and efficient. My food came quickly and tasted delicious. The Greek fries are a must try and the hot and spicy wings are great!

Honestly the service is the worst and the manager does not have any manager skills.
I went there with my husband not only the service was bad they brought out the wrong orders and said it was the right order. When we asked them to change it they refused to change it and charged us full price as well and not to mention they forgot our salad orders as well. I honestly Don't recommend anyone to go here. The food and staff are horrible.

Favourite wing spot and best all star location by far. The vibes are so lively and the staff is always making sure your drink isn’t empty. Highly recommend

I've worked in the hospitality industry for years and not the type to come out of my way to leave reviews for a wing spot but this probably the best AllStar I have been to! Everything from the management, service, food and cleanliness is 100%. I can't wait to come back with more friends!

I love this place! The service is incredible, I've had the same server 3 times (her name is Mina) and she is SO friendly, quick, efficient and funny! Me and my kids always have a great time here! My favorite is cesar does texas, 10/10 recommend

The food is mediocre, the service is below average and I felt like I was at a run down strip joint. Wouldnt recommend.

It was my first and last time for "All Star" last night. 1- The restaurant is so dirty, the baskets of the chicken wings were full of burned oil residue. 2-Looks like the wings were cooked in burned oil, as I was feeling sick after eating until 3 in the morning and had nausea feeling all night. 3- The washroom was so dirty and damaged. 4 -They charge 15% gratitude (mandatory) before tax! - Totally I don't recommend even trying this place.

Mary was very professional and very well spoken. Always made sure we were taken care of, best waitress in the city.

Mary was a great server! Ask for her if you ever come here and she will make your day with her bright smile.

I’ve been to other all stars, and this location by far the best one. Great food, had an amazing experience with my friends the other day, Emily was friendly, efficient, and made us really comfortable!

I went to Richmond Hill All Stars with a group of my friends and I LOVED it! The service was fast and the girls who worked there were all so sweet! I love how many flavours of wings they have to choose from, personally I got the Pandora’s box wings and they were cooked perfectly.

To be honest I almost never post reviews.
However, one of the employees here was beyond exceptional. Nicole was so kind and explained things to my kids when they asked their silly questions. She entertained them, made them laugh etc.it was overal amazing

I’ve been sitting here for an hour before my first drink came. Poorly executed all you can eat wing night.

Unfortunately my fiancée and I had a bad experience at this particular all stars. We went on a Saturday night we were seated right away as it was not busy. Our waitress came and took our order, we order two lbs of wings and an app (garlic and butter shrimp). The waitress brought out popcorn shrimp instead, I typically don’t send food back but I was really looking forward to the jumbo tiger shrimp. About 15 mins went by and our waitress didn’t come back when she finally did, I asked about the shrimp.based on the face she made it appear she had forgotten when she came back she had our wing order. When we received the shrimp (after we finished our wings) they appear to be the same size as the popcorn shrimp and not the jumbo tiger shrimp. I like all stars but I won’t be coming back to this location.

Need to be more prepared if you know there is going to be an AYCE promotion. Waited 2 hours for our chicken wings and didn't even get our second round. Instead we had to pay $25 for only half a pound of chicken wings and a drink. (The waitress changed our bill from the ayce price to 1 pound price but still not worth it). When we asked how long the wings will come the Manager lectured us on how a restaurant worked and never actually answered the question. Was excited about the promotion but it was a waste of my money and time.

I LOVE tex mex fries, I go there many times with friends. The hostess Sahba is so lovely and kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ambiance is nice, great location. Staff are really friendly and the wings are so yummy! Try the hail Caesar fries, it’s a must!

My dad and I went to watch the soccer game for fifa and it was PACKED. We didn’t reserve but some how the hostesses managed to squeeze us in. Right when we sat down our waiter came to us right away asking for drinks, she was super nice! After we got our drinks she asked what we ordered and of course I ordered my regular chicken tenders with a side of Tex mex (the best fries ever, tastes like nachos for all the nacho lovers). Anyway we got our food and it was delicious. We were greated so nicely they all have a smile on their face. It was a great experience with great people and AMAZING food! Will for sure visit again like I always do:).
